From the last PR...
This announcement is to summarize and confirm that the original buyout offer was negotiated by LMPC (Loss Prevention Management & Consulting corp.) CEO, Craig Douglass, acting as independent consultant on behalf of private acquisitions partners, Bo & Su Lee, in association with Han Bool Co., LTD, and a conglomerate of additional companies in Southeast Asia which have requested within the collective agreement to remain anonymous at this time. /b
Quin,
Thanks for the info on Ted Williams. I am still trying to get a handle on this latest PR. I think people are overlooking some significant information in regard to the press release ... some positive and some not.
First the not so positive. The offer is apparently 200M. Given that Jared will have to be compensated for his preferred shares, the original offer would not yield 10 cents per share for the common. It would be something south of that depending on the preferreds.
Now for the positive. The pps has held up amazingly well given the negative reception that this has received. There is a significant buyer that snaps up shares and does not let his go below .015. People have been predicting that this is going to the trips but that hasn't happened.
You seem to have a lot of confidence in EESO. Were you satisfied with the buyout PR? The buyer was only partially revealed. We still have these mystery buyers out there.
4 (wish I could say 10)
I don't post much, but I will never buy a membership until they stop deleting posts. They do us (and EESO) all a disservice by deleteing so many posts. It's just plain offensive.
That's right. Jared stated it was a household name. Most people have not heard of Wow Green or the Lee's.
I think DOW makes the most sense. I would think it would have to have been one of the companies that were in Korea this last time. There were five others there besides EESO. Dow of South Korea was there. They are a household name. The others aren't.
Any large chemical company that is not looking a this business area right now will miss out on the first wave of new green products which will be huge in the marketplace. Look around, the marketplace is about to explode in this area. Couple with that the huge issue of poluted water world wide. Read the article below.
"Despite their accumulation of water treatment expertise in recent years, Hoffmann excludes General Electric (GE), Dow Chemical (DOW) and similar companies from the Palisades indexes he helped to build because their exposure to water is too small a part of overall operations. "

I got the sense that if sold, the share structure and company would remain as is except Jared would be out. We would not be cashed out, but remain a Pink Sheet like it currently is. Did anyone else get the impresssion?
I would love to do that but I will be at work during the call. Might be able to catch the last part.
I am with you. I am ready to take .10 to the bank. A lot of things can go wrong with a small company like this. I don't want to take a chance on those things happening. We need to get this deal done.
I see Enzyme Solutions Inc is in the address of the lab results. Isn't ESI the other company that Jared used to be a part of before he founded EESO? Why wouldn't they be attributed to EESO? And who is James Wheeler? Just trying to figure this out.

Who owns the other 75% of ESI?
Does EESO first quarter run from Jan - Mar. If so, we should be getting first quarter numbers in about a month. This should be the first quarter that production for WOW green will show up.
EESO used to be Cucos, Inc. I am working on DD for EESO. Does anyone know the story of how and why Cucos became EESO?
Thanks in advance.
I would really like to know that too. It's not revenue that is important but profits.
Thanks for the analysis. How confident are you in the 20% royalty rate? Just wondering, that's a pretty good number but I haven't seen anything official on that.
Does anyone know how EESO came up with the formulations that they have? Developing revolutionary products take a significant amount of technical talent and research. I'm thinking you are talking about people with PHD type of credentials doing scientific studies in testing lab somewhere. I don't see that EESO has that kind of research capability. I don't know where the people that make these formulations are?
I have just started to look at EESO and I have to admit that I am growing skeptical of EESO's legitimacy because of the reluctance to release audited financials. You don't need to fear audited financials unless you have something to hide. The up-side would be huge if there is nothing to hide.
Many of you may live in Fort Wayne and know the operation personally and may be confortable with the situation like it is. I am several states away and the only info I can get is what is available online. I am an investor that is looking for small and promising new companies to buy stock in. Even if they take a while to develope. I am especially interested in those that provide a benefit to mankind as well. Howerver, I have been burned before and must proceed with caution at this point.
I would appreciate any insight that those of you that really know the company could give me on these issues.
Thanks!
When you talk about Revenue do you mean Gross Revenue or Net Revenue? It's a big difference. Still good numbers, but I am just trying to figure out which one you mean.
Green
That's good news if true. Could you post a link or some source document?
Thanks
I have been trying to figure this out myself. It will be difficult to really know until some financials are released and that is supposed to be done soon. This looks like a promising product and market but the company (in my opinion) is being mananaged like a private enterprise rather than a public company. There are a lot of unknowns here. I am not saying its not a good opportunity it is just that there is no verifiable way to make that case right now.
What royalty percent does EESO get from WowGreen. Does anyone know the exact license arrangement between WowGreen and EESO?
Thanks
Exicting Times ... Thanks all for the info.
1.6 BILLION shares WHAT should the PPS be? Does anyone have any numbers on valuation? What was the net revenue for 2008? What is the projected revenue for 2009?
Looks like a terrific product.
Thanks in advance.
I'm thinking about investing in EESO and I was wondering if anyone knew the net revenue for 2008 and projected net revenue for 2009?
thanks
