Dilution on the way..
Our ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on our ability to further implement our business plan, attract additional capital and, ultimately, upon our ability to develop future profitable operations. We intend to fund our business development, acquisition endeavors and operations through equity and debt financing arrangements. However, there can be no assurance that these arrangements will be sufficient to fund our ongoing capital expenditures, working capital, and other cash requirements. The outcome of these matters cannot be predicted at this time. These matters raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. The condensed consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary if we are unable to continue as a going concern.
As shown in the accompanying financial statements, we had an equity deficit of $8,914,854 and a working capital deficit of $6,743,293 as of June 30, 2015, and have reported net losses of $1,331,838 and $1,045,239 for the six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. These factors raise substantial doubt regarding our ability to continue as a going concern.
Seriously? Company is worth nothing until they have proven agreements and revenues coming in. $100,000 in sales last quarter and $700K net loss, how long can they last until bankruptcy? Where will money come from to keep the lights on?
Hilarious.. $102,239 in sales for the quarter, and a net loss of $719,553. And you try to compare it to GNPT with $2,684,928 in sales and a $392,409 net loss.
Of course there are seasoned traders around, but they buy/sell same day. I would have done the same thing if I was around today during that dip..and I would have been out for the quick 50-100%. My point is, the major bounce has already happened .0012-.002 or whatever it was, for 80%+. Unlikely there is that much of a upside range again.
Call the securities attourney!!! LOL!
Well I can't say staying long as the float continued to rise by over a billion shares in the last year combined with abysmal filings with massive debt is smart, sorry. I think many here are just uneducated with how the OTC works, or simply blindly follow certain people's unrealistic optimism.
Incorrect. Say this reverse splits at .001. Post RS price would be .10. Now add in what happens when remaining shares get diluted. Market is not going to buy 200M shares at .10, and the seller doesn't care where he sells because the shares are always discount to market price.
Biggest bounce probably already happened .0011 to .0015 imo. Hard to bounce when any seasoned OTC player knows shares will lose 50% of value post-RS once the dilution kicks in.
Company buying shares back is always a pump tactic to entice buyers or holders. Buying back 11M shares out of 3B outstanding is peanuts.
I think most are down so much now they have said screw it and decided to hold the bags. 1 million shares now worth $1000-$1500 vs $10,000+ at .01
Yep, will lose 50-80% of the R/S price within days/week. Maybe a buy after OS gets close to maxed out, until then I see zero reason to buy or hold this.
Terrible end result here, sorry to the all the shareholders that just got screwed over by Vanis.
See our 301 seller finally gave up LOL!
Everyone has their own opinion on where to buy/sell, that's what makes a market
Pretty much my strategy for the last week. I'll be waiting for mr 301,000 shares to give up in the 6's later today
Moved a little to quick yesterday, still need to churn slightly lower levels (.007-.008) to clean up any remaining loose shares before we can expect to hold higher levels...IMO
Thanks for the 67s Now some 66s pleeease?
However, bounce players who bought at .009 were also the ones selling at .008, .007, and .006 :)
Unfortunate folks were willing to give up shares in low 6's when they could have sold 30% higher today. Maybe even higher by end of the week Can only do so much for people..
3 of the last 4 filings have been extensions (NT)
Looking better, direction about to change here
OTC halts never good. Best case stock opens on Grey Sheets, worst case never trades again. Either outcome almost all equity will be lost. As for the dividend, no clue, but wouldn't be surprised if it is tried to be reclaimed in some manor.
Hilarious we are now being accused of being paid to post. Been here over 6 months through the early dilution days, I'm not going to disclose what I own because it's nobody's business and I have nothing to prove :)
Impatient folk who throw all their money into each trade..thats why 90% of the aggressive selling is in the first hour of the day. People finally decide to give up waiting, take a loss by paying a premium by hitting the bid on the bid/ask spread, then chase the next hot OTC runner which only ends up diluting and/or has risk of getting halted.
Hilarious!
Glad we are in a REAL stock here Unfortunately all the $ people have in the other stock will simply evaporate...
Unfortunately it's a limitation of IHUB, news is only pulled from certain wires.
As long as people are still willing to sell in .006s we will stay here. Volume is decreasing daily though. We know how easy it turns once the big bids start showing up
In due time, I still want more cheapies :)
Just the daily morning liquidation as someone goes to chase "the next hot stock" :)
Yeah few ticks don't matter when you know the upside potential is. I'll have my bids in at .0062 .0061 and .006 now in case someone else feels the need to get out. Feel free to hit em folks!
Missed that big block by 1 tick, boo!
Still a few shares left to 'bore' out No reason to chase higher until volume completely stalls IMO
Last few days has been: open red, test support at .006 then close near even. Let's see if that pattern is ready to change today
Exactly, the fact there has been no change to share stricture (other than 3M restricted shares going unrestricted) confirms this dip was all retail panic and emotion. Needs to churn the rest of weak hands/10% flippers out then we can continue our climb.
If we get follow-through bidding tomorrow like we had end of day today, I foresee a nice green candle in our future
Thanks, no surprise there
