Well said Terry!
It's looking much better! Bid $.13 and offered $.15!
Good point...
We're right back at $0.07 on only 9K shares! That didn't last too long!
No trades today ='s no bids! I'm not sure how long the price will stay up here.
No follow-through trades today, which means it will most likely be back below .10 in no time.
This is the latest I see about the case: https://insight.rpxcorp.com/litigation_documents/10631989
Whatever it is, they closed up 115%! I'll take it!
Whatever it is, the stock is perking up. It's bid $.12.
These guys are still delinquent on their filings. Let's hope they get their books in order.
Understood
Or just irresponsible. :o)
Bu they haven't filed in a long time. They must be out of cash.
They haven't filed in a long time.
What's the deal with this stock?
Will do
Rosym,
Please add this beautiful video to the intro section of this board:
What a joke... you grab an article form over 2 years ago after the company has proven they are real and have substantial orders to back that??? Why don't you visit the factory and see the employees working there now? Every company goes through hardship... it's how they make it out of it is what makes them a real company or not. They have a full factory in Indiana and have now just broken ground on a new one in India, but obviously that doesn't mean anything to you. Keep up the good due diligence.
Did you guys see they just posted this image of their new factory in India Click Here

I already contacted them on their website regarding it and I also posted it on my Twitter account.
WindStream nails the front cover of Energy Digital and a solid 8 page feature that falls right after a feature on Duke Energy... a 56 billion dollar energy company! That's what we call huge!

This is very cool! They just published the product they just launched for the Indiana Department of Homeland Security called the MobileMill and this is the video of it:
Very nice Rosym! Looks very clean!
With the contributors on Seeking Alpha... you have to remember... there is no qualification process. ANYONE can open up an account there and write a report and Seeking Alpha will post it. Even when the contributors have a position in the stock, which is a major conflict of interest... they will still post it! Now remember, Auspex is short the stock, so he will write as many negative reports as possible to discourage investors from owning the stock. The company could announce a $100M deal and he would try and find something wrong with it. His entire goal is to destroy the credibility of the company at ANY cost. I called the company and asked them if he ever called to confirm any of his claims and they said that they have never received a call or email from him. This type of liability is why Yahoo Finance stopped their Seeking Alpha syndication. They obviously saw the major risk of publishing articles from contributors who have an incentive to make a stock go up or down and so they cut Seeking Alpha's distribution from their site, which was a huge win for a ton of public companies. Whenever you read a finance article, always ask yourself "What's the authors incentive for writing this article?" Why would they waste their time writing the article? Are they just good people looking to save investors or do they have a hidden agenda?
If you were wondering what the Caribbean could look like in a few years from now as a result of the JPS / Windstream partnership... check out these renderings -> http://www.windstream-inc.com/installations/lookbook-renderings
Killer pics of the Mobile Mill created for Homeland Security (IN)! http://www.windstream-inc.com/products/mobile-mill/command-center
Ahhhhh ya... that makes complete sense Rosym! Thanks for that solid piece of knowledge you shared with yourself. This company definitely looks like a scam... especially after you read the press release below. (Sarcasm intended)

WindStream Technologies Celebrates 3 Years of Manufacturing
Company Reaches 3 Year Milestone of Manufacturing, Sales and Job Creation
NORTH VERNON, IN -- (Marketwired) -- 09/16/14 -- On Friday, September 12, 2014 WindStream Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: WSTI) celebrated its 3 year anniversary in its 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in North Vernon, Indiana. This marks a major milestone in the Company's growth, having started in 2008 in California with the idea to bring small-scale renewable energy to a worldwide, mass market. The Company manufactures its signature product, the SolarMill® which is a hybrid (wind and solar) renewable energy system. The SolarMill® has resonated with customers worldwide due to its cost effectiveness, scalability, durability and ease of installation. Customers that are looking to reduce energy costs, reduce their carbon footprint or generate energy in the absence of a grid have found the SolarMill® to be a perfect solution for any of the aforementioned markets.
"The past 3 years have been an exciting time for WindStream," said Dan Bates, President and CEO, "we have overcome many challenges having gone from start-up through final product design and engineering to setting up a manufacturing operation that currently produces 500 SolarMills a month and ships to customers all over the world."
In celebrating this important milestone the Company also pointed out that it achieved other notable benchmarks of success: greater than $22MM in purchase orders, going public in 2013, US patents approved, products shipping to over 30 countries, and strategic distribution agreements worldwide. WindStream is giving back to the North Vernon community by employing 35 of its residents while having local vendors supply many of the needed components. "I could not be prouder of the team that we have assembled and of the products we are building here at WindStream," said Bates. "North Vernon took a chance on us when we were just getting on our feet and I owe a debt of gratitude for the vision and support shown by the community, the City Council, and especially to Mayor Campbell."
"You talk about perseverance, we've watched WindStream overcome adversity and meet every challenge head-on, openly and honestly and somehow, get through. With that kind of tenacity I am sure that WindStream will be a great success. They have been a great corporate citizen of North Vernon and I am grateful to have them in the community," echoed Mayor Harold Campbell.
WindStream recently renewed its lease on the property and will be expanding its operations to meet global demand.
Hondaboost,
You're a good astute investor when you read an old Q that has old information in it. A smart investor would read a Q and then look for newer news that makes the Q old. Case in point:
WSTI secures $2MM in working capital: http://ir.windstream-inc.com/press-releases/detail/64/windstream-technologies-secures-2mm-working-capital-line-of-credit
WSTI secures $8.1MM in P.O.'s increasing its total to over $22MM: http://ir.windstream-inc.com/press-releases/detail/24/8100000-po-windstream-technologies-and-jamaica-public-service-company-expand-their-offerings-for-renewable-energy
Now, since your short, let's see how you argue those facts, which I'm sure you'll come up with some ridiculous/lame response.
Wow! You know these shorts who write blatantly false information about this company like "It's a fraud" or "It's worth $0" are so right! It's a complete fraud, yet their products keep showing up around the globe:
Read the facts: https://www.facebook.com/WindStreamTechnologies/posts/704738166266042
It's incredible that it's legal for them to write false information and profit from it! Where is the SEC when it comes to this kind of stuff???
It says this:
Riyadh Renewables is not only the exclusive distributor of the WTI products for the GCC, but it is also an equity partner of WindStream. Riyadh Renewables is owned by a member of the royal family of Saudi Arabia and as such is extending its influence and credibility in securing projects throughout the region.

Never mind. I found the old company. It got purchased by another company who hasn't produced a turbine in over 4 years... what a joke!
I saw a similar product a while back... I wonder if it's the same people behind it. Does anyone have any other info on the company that could shed some light on this?
Not to mention they have a Saudi Royal family member as an investor! Very interesting...
That's not including the other PO for $14.5MM! Very interesting company that no one knows about. Time to start more DD!
I am going to ask to be administrator of this board since no one is around to listen. Message me if you are also interested in moderating it with me.
I guess this board has died a bit since the company was EEMT.
Is there anything in this company yet? I can't find a website.
