Just like there is nothing to sell.. There will be nothing to buy.
Seriously, the last post I read is that you were supposed to get the stocks any day now back in May of this year.
I just do not get this.
A company offers stock to raise working capital to operate a mine.
Goes bankrupt and loses everything.
Another group start a mining operation at a different mine where they will need working capital. But instead of offer stocks to raise capital this new group will work at issuing stock to the stockholders of the previous venture that is now defunct and the stocks are worthless.
I guess this new group that formed just feels bad for the stockholders from the previous venture and is going to work at making profits now so that the worthless stock is replaced with stock that has value of which they received no working capital.
These new owners of this company are really nice guys.
I have not checked what was happening here in 2 years. I m really sorry to see all you folks on here torturing Yourselves with this insane debacle.
I certainly hope that none of you folks put any money into this nightmare.
Respectfully,
Richard
Like the Zen master said,, "WE'll see"
YO! Chuck!!! Just thought I would stop by and say HI! Good luck and best wishes on here.

So if I send in a thousand dollars I get the equal amount in return that everyone else gets regardless of how many shares they have purchased in the past?
Respectfully,
Richard
Just who does own this company now?
My Oh My! I thought there would be a lot more chatter on here especially with the recent e-mails sent out by cprk.

Chuck, I would truly appreciate you time, energy and especially your expertise. However, I am just on the sideline and I would rather see your efforts put forth on what positive actions you are trying to accomplish here. I must confess that I have not truly kept up with the progress so far. I did read the indictment on the liars and thieves thoroughly. How these people can live with themselves I will never be able to begin to imagine. I salute all you and everyone has done to try and salvage this lousy situation.
Like Winston Churchill said in his commencement speech at Oxford University in 1948.
"NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Respectfully,
Richard
I get down on my knees and pray for the folks hoping that cprk will produce some kind of return for them. You all know where my heart is and it is with all you folks I have come to know. However, so much as I admire the time, effort, expertise and money that has been spent to salvage the cprk stocks. The math just does not add up. As much as so many disagree with what webtime has his opinion on. He can not be ignored. The reality and the math and the common sense just does not add up. It does not even come close.
Imagine that I decided to start a mining operation today and used my own money. But since I am such a nice guy, I am going to bring on all the cprk shareholders and give them all a piece of my pie. Let's think about that for a moment.
How many of you cprk shareholders would take you good money and start up a new operation and keep you on just because you got screwed in cprk.
I hope in some insane business manner that I am completely wrong.
But I do not need a PHD in Economics to add this up.
And Chuck, no disrespect intended whatsoever. I just hope and pray that you and the others are a heck of a lot smarter than I am and I will ever hope to be.
Most very respectfully,
Richard the now a Public Adjuster
Obviously Copper King was just a scam and a pipe dream run by thieves. What a terrible, terrible shame. Those poor folks in Milford that were hoodwinked.
I hope that nothing less than jail time is in store for those frauds Dotson, Blum and Bennett.
Where are the monies coming from to keep this on life support during this BK? Also, where is the funding coming from for any kind of any start up in operations wherever that might be?

Just posting here on cprk my friend. My heart is with all you folks!!!

Yeah I changed my name.
Since some of you guys are being so nostalgic about this whole thing. Does anybody have the dirt on who brought in that low down dirty puke John O'Hurley in on this to do that infamous advertisement on the CopperKing website that I first saw in 2009. Then the puke O'Hurley went on the Neil Cavuto business show to try and pump the cprk stock just days before we found out that the mill was just a big scrap heap.

Whatever happened to that fire retardant product that I thought this company was all about?

A 60 million dollar processing mill was built that did not work. Everything else is meaningless Rhetoric.

My heart really goes out to all you folks that went out to visit the mine and the mill. I can only imagine how incredibly excited you all must have been feeling about being in on the ground floor of such a venture like this. I know how excited I felt when I first bought into this stock.
I remember telling my ex-wife that if something happens to me, that this is one stock you want to hold onto for at least five to maybe 10 years.
The really insane part, is when the stock starts trading again. It looks like I will have to go in and buy. When that happens This is going to be one of the hottest stocks ever to get in on at this price.
Does this mean that there is still value to this company and that money is still here to be made?
Respectfully,
Richard
I would like to just say that I hope that somehow, someway, this whole thing works out for each and every one of you folks. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Happy New Year Everyone,
I am saying good-bye to Copperking. By the end of closing tomorrow I will have sold the last of my position in cprkq. I have had a wonderful time posting on this board over the last 2 years. A lot of the postings on here have been real. A lot of the posting on here have been Nice. And a heck of a lot of postings "have not" been real nice. lol
My closing out of my position is of no reflection on how I feel about the company or the stock. It is but by personal reasons that I must sell. I won't be looking back or lurking about, that is not my style nor my nature.
I feel as though I am losing many friends here and my best friend at the same time. This has by far been my most favorite board to post and banter, speculate and hope on. Perhaps some of will catch up with each other on other boards now and again.
So it is with a heavy heart I bid you all farewell, and with the best of luck to everyone here in Copperking, all your investments and a happy life.
Respectfully,
Richard
Oh!! Okay Ken. That's just great. kick a guy when he's down. I was hoping that I never had to get a real job again. lol
Red herrings definition: RTR's BS!!!
Actually I am trying to line myself up a rich woman. You know, make my money the old fashioned way.
That was a great find though Bro. If I can't get to sleep tonight it will make for some great reading. lo And I need my sleep too. I am most likely going to except a position tomorrow with Prudential where I will be getting my series 6 & 7 license to sell securities. "NOW THAT IS TRULY SCARY"
lmao. Your starting to scare me satellite. You have way to much time on your hands. What really scares me is that you read that whole thing through. Twice!!!!! lol
And PN could end up being a full copperking partner. With that being both the best and worst case scenario. Remember, there is no longer any deal in place. Copperking was in breach of contract and was unsuccessful in entering into a new agreement with NS-PN.
And thanks for chiming in CandyB. I knew you couldn't resist on that one. You must be seething to share with us some of what happened over the years with Mark Dotson putting those land deals together. That is probably a mini-series in itself. lol
I believe that Weiner and Pennington are a wildcard at best. And if Weiner and Pennington testify they will be naming themselves as co-conspirators. Now unless I was them and granted full immunity the only thing I would have to say on the stand is that I plead the 5th amendment.
Now the 2 longest conversations I had with Pennington one of them was back in June of 2009. It was how he expressed to me about how rock solid Bridge Loan Capital and all the other senior lenders were 100% behind Copperking and it's management.
My next conversation with Pennington was December of 2009. At which time he did not know where they stood with copperking. Now, let's look at what I should have seen in hindsight. October 2009 we find out that things are not going well with being able to deliver a marketable product. November 2009. Good old boy John O'Hurley get's on the Cavuto show and does his snake oil salesman bit and tries to pump cprk. Of which I don't think anyone on here really appreciates what happened with this. Which may tell me why the sec is talking to people.
And then in December of 2009 I find out that they are broke and that their strong as an Oak financiers are backing away. Well it should have told me that things were really, really bad.
So when did this conspiracy start? When NS-PN decided not to cash the check? When it was realized that the mill was not performing and that more time and even more important money which was not readily available. Or did the conspiracy start with the O'Hurley interview or is that a conspiracy of and in itself?
But we do definetely agree Ken. "Negociate before you litigate." Which is why I believe that a major move is in the makings. And what will come into question is that with the removal of Mark Dotson, who are the real owners of Copperking and who has the power to make the deals and call the shots.
I think we are going to see the curtain come down on ACT I with this chapter 11. And I look forward to a very entertaining ACT II to say the least.
Think about it. Here comes 400K about to be thrown in the pot when there's nothing left and nothing else on the horizon. Now either your doing some unbeliveable bluffing or you have one heck of a hand to play.
Besides Sleep,
These lawsuits are of no consequence. The only thing that NS_PN is looking for is what it in it for them "NOW" not in the distant future.
What must be happening is that Ole Chuck, Frank and EC and company must be negociating a new deal with NS-PN. NS-PN see the EC trying to broker a deal with them and can see that they are now dealing with some serious straight shooters. NS-PN will be inclined to work with them. If this thing falls apart, all those claims and leases put together fall apart. And then NS-PN is left with a huge hunk of scrap metal on their land of interest.
And let's talk once again about some improper business practices. I wonder if CandyB would like to comment on some of the "business practices" that went on while Mark Dobson what puting all those claims and leases together.
