This is more than 3 months old - irrelevant - been discussed long ago!
Old news, please post relative information only.
2 times zero still equals zero, right? PCFG is going to go through the roof in the next 10 days, and zeros will be left in the dust.
PURE speculation, especially when all of the DD points to the opposite!
Thank you for your service!!!! Go Union, and go PCFG!
Nice post! Are you a M grad? My team is playing M State in the NCAA hockey tourney today, I'll be leaving early to go see it!!
Time to check on the little DD you are trying to do - the 2010 10-K was filed on 7/12/11. They caught up on all late filings last year.
ALL - A lot of eyes here, almost 45,000 reads already today. Let's do what we do best and keep the discussions on PCFG and not on other posters. Putting our best foot forward for people looking in to see will help us all in the long run. Thank you in advance!!!
Really embarrassing that the CEO doesn't know the deadline for filing, you both might want to check the SEC website for the actual date, it's not a secret. Additionally, they can file for a 5 day extension, not 15....
10-K: for Fiscal Year Ended 12/31/11 due Friday, March 30, 2012

My thought exactly!
Thanks airdale!
NOT a big deal!
link please?
According to the picture it was taken in July, 2011. SMAS has claimed to have an office there for many years, nuff said....
Oops, looks like you are correct, my bad! The door with the 89 on it has NO sign at all!! Begging the question, if SMAS actually HAS an office in NYC, wouldn't they want to let people know that they were there with at minimum a sign on the front door??
You might want to let Mattie know he'll be filing late then according to the SEC. Do you have a link that will validate your claim that it is due on 3/31? Here is one that validates mine.

That would be a LATE filing!
So the official SEC filing requirements for CBAI don't matter then? Hmmmm....
LOL, GET IT RIGHT, ask the SEC
10-K: for Fiscal Year Ended 12/31/11 due Friday, March 30, 2012

WRONG, even on a simple fact - CBAI 10-K is due on March 30th, 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. Leap year, minor detail ignored or overlooked - imagine what happens when MAJOR details are overlooked or ignored!
The 10-K is due 90 days after the end of the fiscal year. With this being a leap year that would make it due on March 30th.
Try maps.google.com and put in 89 Franklin Street 10013 - then select 'street view'. You'll see the sign that says "Personal Training Studio" - it's a sublet as needed at best, and bogus at worst. There is NO WAY they have maintained a functional NYC office there all these years! My guess is maybe they'll get 3-4 students to buy into the program. SMAS is a DEAD stock, but Stevie still needs to buy Happy Meals.
Item 9B. Other Information.
The registrant must disclose under this item any information required to be disclosed in a report on Form 8-K during the fourth quarter of the year covered by this Form 10-K, but not reported, whether or not otherwise required by this Form 10-K. If disclosure of such information is made under this item, it need not be repeated in a report on Form 8-K which would otherwise be required to be filed with respect to such information or in a subsequent report on Form 10-K.

Yes, that would be used between reports 10-K or 10-Q. But I believe that they are required, in lieu of an 8-K having been released, to declare them on their next report, as would be the case here.
I believe that they are required to release material events which occurred subsequent to the end of the reporting period.
Going to be some serious burning going on, I can already smell the sparks!
.25 and I've got a cool even million! But, I'm holding for $1 and 4 million!!!
Good summation job as always Fox, stickied!
Nice thought SG, but the 10-K is actually due on March 30th since this is a leap year. It's due 90 days after the end of the fiscal year - 31 days in January, 29 in February, and 30 days out of March to make 90.
GM, Z - nice way to start the day with that outlook!
Likely not all that sinister, your bid is probably not your MM's highest bid - and that's all that ever shows up. If I put a bid in for 10 million shares at .01 that wouldn't show up either.
They cannot buy back shares while there is material information about the company that has not been made public. Right now that would include recovery rate, processing throughput, and a host of other items. Share buybacks typically can only occur just after a filing.
It is NOT up to the Mods, we do not have the ability to restrict posts!! This can only be done by iHub admins. Let all get back to discussing the company or the stock please and not other posters.
GOLDEN Zap, great job!!! There should be ABSOLUTELY NO refuting that we have a PRODUCING GOLD MINE now!!!!!!
Pics stickied, thanks Zapito1!
They can't sell shares under PCFG, this is a company with the same name, not the same symbol.
There's a Pacific Gold that sells nuts out of Texas
There's also a Pacific Gold that sells mussels out of South America
I think that's the OTHER Pacific Gold Corp! Address in Wyoming!
Nice find and post Lowjack!!
A note for those who don't have Twitter accounts, like me, you can follow the news at http://twitter.com/#!/PacificGoldCorp
If I remember correctly, the Screws are after the mill and before the geotextile tubes. They are used to remove excess sand so that it doesn't clog up the tubes.
