CONFIRMED
Qb stands for OTCBB, it's nothing.
Couldn't help but do a little averaging with the latest PPS upon these recently uplisted stocks on these exchanges:
If it's the TSX Venture - the last 10 companies uplisted at an average of .20 - that would be wonderful!
If it's one of the big boards - TSX or LSE - LOOK OUT!!! If history is any indicator, then we're looking at $'s!!!
Great for me either way. And I completely realize that every stock is a unique situation and is dependent on the amount of shares available, company value, etc., so the averages have to be taken with a grain of salt and don't mean much, but it's fun to look at knowing that we will soon be joining the big dogs. GLTA
Don't take it personally Josh... Hang in there, we're close imo... He is still gagged... By answering "No Comment" at least you know he's reading it and taking time to respond.
Thanks for the great post and the continued hard work... it is much appreciated.
Thanks... I have heard that $100 fee thrown around this board several times. What is that all about? Do they charge that for all Pink Sheets?
Not that $100 is going to matter to matter with where I see this stock going... IMO
Does anyone know if Zecco trades on international exchanges? For some reason I don't believe they do. I know my Etrade account does, but I own some shares with Zecco as well.
If no, would they have to pay out for your shares at uplisting price so you could buy back in with a broker that does? Thanks.
Did you read the whole PR???
Work continues on the new market segments that RCC/IWS is pursuing, both in the “Green” home division, which is building its supplier network in Idaho, and the Commercial Energy division that will be formally kicked off in New York City in March 2009. Work began on the Commercial Energy division in October 2008, analyzing its feasibility and business viability, and the company believes it is now at a point where it is ready for commercial sales. Interviews occurred this week with companies who will help the marketing of these products as well as wastewater and water systems. These relationships will expand the RCC/IWS coverage to several Southeastern States including Georgia, Alabama and Texas.
That sounds like business to me. Great business as a matter of fact. IMO
You can add me to the list as well. GLTA
I stand corrected Jim... GL.
Agree 100%
NO to sell.
YES to more!!! GLTA
I agree that Gene should have been a little more clear when listing the resume of Bill Hess to include President of the TSX. That was a mistake on his part - some here will and have argued that it's a blatant lie. I, on the other hand see it as slightly misleading...
TSX Venture Exchange

The TSX Venture Exchange is a stock exchange in Canada. It is headquartered in Calgary, and has offices in Toronto, Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Montreal. It was previously known as the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), but in 2001 the TSX Group purchased it and renamed it.
The TSX Group also owns the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). The TSX deals mostly with well-established equities, while the TSX Venture Exchange is a public venture capital marketplace for emerging companies who have not yet met the requirements for listing on the TSX.
As of 31 December 2007, the TSX Venture Exchange had 2,176 listed companies with a combined market capitalization of $58 billion.
He was the President of the TSX Venture Exchange and I think the point is that he brings a wealth of experience to the table when it comes to being a part of running uplisted companies and overseeing uplisting procedures. I see Hess as a great addition to the company regardless of the misleading PR.
Honestly, do you really think Gene thought he could be sneaky and slip that past investors? (I'm sure many here do. LOL) Not with all the DD on this board.
I too noticed that Hillman and originally thought the same... however, I think that may be wishful thinking - would be wondeful though. It is an RCCH transition team working on the uplisting. IMO that would be the case whether it was RCCH or RCCIWS that was going through the process.
Interesting thought nonetheless... IMO
ghcnj... thank you for the reply. I am not worried about the certs as much as I am curious about the process. I plan on holding onto my shares for a long time. Thanks. GLTA
How do I "acquire" certs for my shares? If I do acquire the certs, how do I sell them back again? It is my understanding that once I ask my online brokerages - Etrade and Zecco - for the certs, they will not take them back.
Thank you for your replies. I am very thankful for the wealth of knowledge that I have gained on this board over the past year by all of the "usual" posters here. Trading pinks is obviously not my bag.
Good Afternoon to all... First, I just want to say that I have read yesterday's PR about 100 times and I, like the majority here, am very excited for us longs and RCCH. I do have a couple questions to throw out there though, and I am not in any way trying to be negative:
1. Say RCCH uplists the entire company and it has been NSS'd 1-2 billion shares... How in the world are the mm's going to have the cash to cover all of those shares with a rapidly rising PPS before the uplisting day? I don't care if these guys end up in jail or not. How would they cover that many shares?
2. Say RCCH uplists spin-off RCC/IWS... If I am correct, only holders of "real" RCCH shares would be given a ratio of the new RCC/IWS share structure. What happens to those holding mostly "air" shares?
Again, I'm not trying to be negative at all and for the time being, I am not worried about this. Personally, it appears to me that RCCH is trying acquire the means to own and operate a business that can produce 100% green and self-sufficient living communities without having to sub-contract much/if anything at all out to others - JV's with builders, energy plans, wastewater plans, etc. This is a stock that I plan on holding for a long time and am very excited by the potential that this company's future holds. I just want to make sure that post-spin off (if that's the case) I have shares in those companies.
Thanks for your help and GOOD LUCK to all reading this.
Best part about that... "no ceiling in sight"... since, they have added IWS and Ezee Debt. Go RCCH!!!!! GL
That is odd... I called mine in just like I have always done last Tuesday and nothing.
I have had an order in with Etrade for 1M @ .ooo1 since 1/14 and it has yet to fill... you are not alone.
I have been using Etrade and, like all of the other major brokers, you must call in the order for this stock. They have been charging me $13 to place any order and when I have placed larger orders with an "All or Nothing" tag they have filled fairly quick with no problems... Hope this helps.
Good pick up... Etrade has been kind of weird lately when I go to purchase this stock through their brokers over then phone. Months ago there were no questions asked and orders placed without a problem. Lately, however, they ask me questions to "make sure I am aware of what I am buying." Might be nothing, but seems odd and I'm not buying the arguement that they are looking out for my best interests.
Anyone have any luck adding at .0001 today? I have had an order for 1M at that price and has yet to fill... sure doesn't make sense to me with that volume and definitely doesn't seem like company dumping.
got it... thanks
Good evening board... I have been holding onto RCCH for several months now and have been reading these posts for most of that time. I am rather new to this and this question may be dumb, but here it is anyway:
If there is evidence that TDAmeritrade has suspected that stock manipulation has been occurring and has brought this pps down from .95 (May 2007), then why wouldn't this be worth at least that now once all of the nss is cleared out? Afterall, RCCH has done nothing but expand its business - vastly - since then... Thanks and best of luck to all.
