Viking69, how dare you be critical of John Threshie! Malaysia anyone?
"TXMC gets a multi-million dollar grant from the Canadian government every year because it is officially a Canadian company which also has a Conneticut address."
And you get thanked for your insight? Are we in 1998?
Transparent because their financials are being audited? Isn't that the law?
The past has a way of repeating itself.
They only noticed on Sept 6th that they did not have the resources required? Really now...
what? a well? you're digging a well? a whole well?
well, good luck with that.
Anyways, lets agree to disagree on this...
You contend (but cannot prove) that Threshie was not president of the company when it was delisted... I know he was. Financials were not properly and timely submitted in late 2002 and early 2003 and TXMC was delisted, with Threshie at the helm.
You can't make up history as you would like it to have been. Tirex was, like so many companies at the time, full of hype and promise but also full of shi_. They did, however, thanks to Muro, have a real product to sell but the snake oil salesman has never been able to get it done. His best move was aligning himself with Simpro and if it is true that Simpro is moving ahead and will, in the foreseeable future, have an operational TCS-2, then that is an enormous first step and confirms the viability of the machine. Again, history is not on our side but, again, it's encouraging that Threshie is taking the proper steps to get the company back on the otccb. The $20.8 M PR is however very reminiscent of past PRs that never materialized. In fact, a company called Wells Express, supposedly about to buy a TCS-2, was proven not even to exist.
Make of this what you want. BTW, I got in after it hit $1.47.
I do not live in CA... And Tirex is not in Montreal anymore.
Wow, name calling... over a few simple questions...
You really have no clue about this company. You can defend the technology as it is sound and possibly marketable. But it is incomprehensible to defend John Threshie and you should be ashamed to do so with so little knowledge. It's wise to diligently research a company before sinking in money. Will Tirex succeed? Possibly, but it will be in spite of a snake oil salesman like John Threshie. Is this MOM valid? History would suggest it's a con but we can all hope.
I have spoken to Mr. Threshie in person. I visited their facility in Montreal almost 10 years ago. I was not able to see the prototype in action because of "electrical" problems. I have a bag of 60 mesh crumb rubber produced by the prototype. I spoke often with Jackie, Threshie's mouthpiece at the time, and was fed the same lines many are being fed here. Most board members here would benefit from hearing from longs who know the history of the company than pumpers like you or anyone who claims to have spoken to Threshie and is sharing Threshie's "information".
So before you arrogantly send packing anyone who questions your blind faith in this company, think twice. Name calling is childish and you lose any credibility by doing so. I'm sure you have more shares than I do, buy I'm also sure I have more $$ invested in this company. 10 years ago, I shared your optimism.
But after all the lies and deception, I can't believe that this company is still alive and is actually taking steps to regain respectability. Is it just one last pump and dump or will Threshie finally pull it off. Since you only care about your pocket, cheer on blindly, my friend.
Are you the same Viking69 posting on Raging Bull claiming to have just discovered this stock but claiming to be a long time shareholder on this board?
Do you still claim that Tirex was demoted to the gray sheets while Threshie was not president of the company?
Have you ever heard of Wells' Express? Xerus maybe?
Do you think they have repaid the $5M they borrowed? http://www.tirex-tcs.com/press_march0500.htm
Tell us, Viking, of your vast knowledge here that permits you to bash anyone who questions your hype or you can just refuse to answer again.
I just realized I still have quite a few shares left over from the CLRT days and looked up the stock... not a bad pps. Any reason for optimism? Things looking up? Hope so because was this thing ever a scam years ago! I believe they were in set-top boxes for schools if memory serves me right.
Anything untrue about what I posted?

3 simple questions... you were quite gabby a while ago. Care to enlighten us some more.
It's not an insult. It just does a disservice to all shareholders here when an anonymous poster puts up false information..
"Mr. Threshie was appointed President, CEO and Director of The Tirex Corporation in 1999 by the Board of Directors. "

Now, when and why was TXMC knocked off the OTCBB? As a long with a chip on his shoulder, you should easily know this... or are you really a long?
This from Viking69 on RagingBull dated 31 Jul 2008, 09:39 AM EDT :
Chiro, you have been waiting for a while for this,
and sound very involved?
I hope you are right, i found this stock and the idea sounds good
So i bought a few shares,
Let's see when it starts!!!
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)
Then if you do not know enough about the history of this company, you should not be critical of others when they post. John Threshie has been CEO of this company for as long as I've been a long (10 years) so don't try to BS everyone here. Yes, the company and their technology has potential but I thought Threshie was done with fluff PR that go nowhere. And if you were a long, you would be very weary of anything he says.
Viking, if you have been a "long" for such a long time, you would know that the current CEO was the CEO when the company was delisted.
Dan, if you are so confident in this reaching .10, why is your huge order below .01? Why not put it in at .015?
"The resolution was approved by a majority consent of shareholder votes." I guess they have majority shares and didn't need my vote. Why not 2 billion while they're at it?
Some parts on the orginal TCS system in Montreal were leased and had to be returned. Also, they did not pay their rent and were booted out therefore they had to put whatever parts they still owned in storage... if memory serves me right.
Bonjour Vivianne, have you been invested in Tirex since the good old days of the pump and dumps in Montreal. It's hard to tell if the present rumours have any truth to them or if Mr. Threshie just took a long long vacation and is now intent on pumping this puppy one more time. Salut!
With Obama pushing green technologies and tons of federal funds available, who knows? The TCS is environmentally friendly, but its financial viability and its performance guarantee are in question. Horrible and shaddy management at Tirex however. Question is : how have they managed to stay afloat so long?
It would nice to get a real confirmation that Simpro is actually putting together some of the TCS technology. We've heard this song and dance before.
Look back at all the press releases for a multitude of lies and deception.
What is going on now, why the company is getting its finances in order, is anyone's guess. It could be viewed in a positive light but the cynics (and it's all too easy to be cynical with this company) will view it as one last pump to line the pockets of a few.
There should be one pump left and it will hard to believe anything contained within it. The company has been virtually silent for so long and it is unbelievable that it still exists at all.
Ragingidiot,
You're right that Tirex is a scam but you don't seem to know much about the company's ghosts. The pps never got anywhere close to $10, nevermind $20. And the feds never shut down Tirex. The company stopped paying its rent and was booted out. They dismantled their prototype and have been hanging on by a thread ever since. Ask Dillinger, he's been obsessed with this company for years. At least the pump has been shut off and the hype and lies are done with.
Cannot believe that the cripple is still babbling on about this. Let me guess... multitasking...32 monitors going on at the same time...just got in from working in the garden on all fours
