"Will trading automatically resume after ten days?
It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.
In contrast to OTC stocks, stocks that trade on an exchange or Nasdaq resume trading as soon as an SEC suspension ends. "

They have to apply
An issuer with a class of equity securities owned by 500 or more persons and total assets in excess of $10 million must register the securities under Section 12(g) of the 1934 Act. An issuer must register within 120 days after the last day of the fiscal year in which it meets both the shareholder and total asset size thresholds.

Here are 2 of the sec filing pages for them, I didn't feel like looking for others. As of now nothing new has been filed, so if it is about Drakeford they are only asking SPNG

24-Aug-2009
Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
Item 4.01 Changes In Registrant's Certifying Accountant.
(a) On August 24, 2009, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. (the "Company") approved the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP ("D&T") to act as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending May 31, 2010. The engagement of D&T will become effective upon the filing of the Company's Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2009. During the fiscal years ended May 31, 2009 and 2008, and during any subsequent period through the date hereof, neither the Company, nor any person on its behalf, has consulted with D&T with respect to either (i) the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, either completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company's consolidated financial statements, and no written report or oral advice was provided by D&T to the Company that D&T concluded was an important factor considered by the Company in reaching a decision as to the accounting, auditing, or financial reporting issue, or (ii) any matter that was the subject of either a disagreement as defined in Item 304(a)(1)(iv) of Regulation S-K or a reportable event as described in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.
(b) On August 24, 2009 the Company informed Robison, Hill & Co., a Professional Corporation ("R&H"), the Company's current independent registered public accountants, that it is being dismissed as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, effective after the completion of R&H's audit of the Company's consolidated financial statements and the related Form 10-K filing for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2009. Upon completion of the audit services, the Company will file an amendment to this Form 8-K with the specific date of the dismissal of R&H and provide the disclosures required by Item 304(a)(1)(iv) and
(v) of Regulation S-K through such date.
even a blind squirrel finds a nut
Thought you could only have that one 15 day extension
Not required with a 1933 company
Nice of you to show up today after an absence since July 16. I realize that a lot of people view an extension as a negative, but it's not that big of a deal. Spongetech has filed an extension in the past.
Spongetech now has the services of the 2nd biggest auditing firm in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. That should have cleared up anyone's doubt.
People can contact Delaware SOS and get the A/S number also, which happens to be 900 million.
There's no dilution and Spongetech has the 2nd biggest auditor. Only good times ahead.
Be sure to keep us updated. Maybe open up a twitter account so we can have an update every hour.
This will answer your question:

Deloitte Touche LLP and A/S of 900 million
I'm watching, but what am I learning?
Not sure why anyone would expect it until the 31st, I'm hoping for the 28th myself.
No they didn't, add up the numbers. Still the same.
Hi Janice, since you don't like SPNG because their TA is gagged, so since Berkshire Hathaway's TA is gagged, you must think they are a bad company also.
A gagged Transfer Agent doesn't say anything about a company.
Welcome aboard, the more the merrier.

Eli's monster contract should require a press conference. It'll be good coverage for SPNG.
Why would Coughlin talk about Burress? He was cut in April. That said, it's great seeing Spongetech right there with Toyota on the backdrop.
VegasRob, are you trying to pass things off as your own?

Unless that is you, you did not photoshop anything.
Here you go MsPenny, and others who want to see the Spongebob youtube video, sorry forgot who originally posted it.
lol at Stephen Muskowitz on the letter when it's actually Steven Moskowitz
You are one of the lucky ones, Crashman. You have been posting on the SPNG board since the penny days. You must have made a fortune being able to get in at those prices.
Spongetech has been a great investment so far, and the future is even brighter.
YOU BELEEVE HAPENS BEFORE ANYWAY COMMING TO THIS? BECUZ I BELEEVE SPNG TRUFULLY GONE ABOUT CINCINETTI BENGALS BEFORE IT DONE IT.
Elflord, can you prove the claims you make about SPNG?
You are correct SPNG is not a pinky. There is no need for name calling though, all it'll do is get your post deleted.
At the time of the PR he was correct.
Turner is right, there are a lot of people holding from the sub penny days that have several million shares. And some like Soapy's group own as much as 17 million.
The float is gone as has been stated for a long time on this board.
Yeah, it could be used in a lot of ways, what does that have to do with my post? I was just trying to clear up your confusion, not start a conversation based upon speculation.
No Biomanbaba, that is not his opinion. It is a fact that SPNG has A/S at 2.5 billion and O/S 722 million.
I think you are getting A/S and O/S confused.
Fastmandoo, you posted this:
"Many of you Share Holders were here a Year ago and it was 75% less in stock value and MARK MY WORDS Next July 20th will be 75% higher then we are today..."
Going out on a limb there aren't you? So you think that SPNG will be under 20 cents this time next year?
I would be very surprised if we weren't in the multiple dollar range by years end.
No one has missed the boat. There is still a long way to go. There is plenty of time to get your ticket still.
SPNG is a great buy at these levels and will continue to be a great buy even in the 20 cent and on range.
lol, just trying to get them to post facts... the great thing is if they go look for facts to back up their claim, they'll never post again.
Hasher please post facts that back up your accusation, if you can that is.
now invest, you posted this:
"Fact... SPNG is moving up from the recent lows.. where it was a good buy!!"
SPNG is still a great buy, nothing has changed except the pps.
