This pig is very bloated. This POS doesn't cater to the 5 senses. You can't touch , feel , smell , taste or see what these guys are doing.

I don't know how much you value your privacy here - but you have you have some personal information tied to that site.
I think you would be far better off just installing a content management system like WordPress.
It is easy to install, easy to customize and easy to update your content. You could even use the same theme as Dixie (I'm fairly certain they use that one) and customize it to fit your business.
Here's some proof they use Wordpress: http://dixiebotanicals.com/wp-login.php
OTCQX is there current uplisting goal, not NASDAQ.
This is the informative type of post this forum needs more of. Thank you.
I doubt they used the same web-designer. Dixie used Studio 54, and AOM doesn't list any. Many, many companies use Wordpress as a CMS, I wouldn't try to draw any conclusions from it.
Here's the theme they used: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/pinboard
They are probably using a similar theme in their Content Management Systems. Sometimes themes become popular and people will make small changes to fit the look they're going for.
I know Dixie uses WordPress. I'm not familiar with the one AOM uses, but it uses a lot of javascript and...frames.
You have called for a dollar yourself,or did you forget about this post.
His policy wasn't explained, but it was brought up and we should know soon.
They're in a tough situation. It's their job to enforce federal drug laws, but yes, the people have voted. In my opinion they have been very reasonable in their approach. The MMJ facilities they have raided are ones that are not abiding by the states MMJ regulations. They could kick in the door of every MMJ facility across the country, but they don't. That says something.
You can watch the recording of it here. Skip to the 35:40 mark.
That's an interesting point.
It will be on C-SPAN at 930am EST I believe, or you can watch the stream here: http://www.c-spanvideo.org/program/311311-1
It's bigger than that. It wouldn't only effect CO and Washington. It would effect the other 17 states and the District of Columbia. In other words nearly 40% of the states allow MJ in some form and there are others working to do the same.
That's the lowest it has been in over a month. Quite a drop. The average over the last five trading days (not counting today) is 38.37%.
Silicon Valley Reportedly Full of Stoners
March 4, 2013 |
Another major marijuana stereotype just got blown totally out of the water -- this time the idea that consuming cannabis is for unemployed slacker types. In fact, pot is wildly popular in one of America's economic centers, Silicon Valley. According to a new report in Bloomberg's Businessweek, the "physical toll" of computer coding has made Silicon Valley workers key consumers in the medical marijuana industry.

Holder won't ever be asked or comment about marijuana. What are you guys talking about? Get a clue lmao
Hopefully about this. Which in my opinion is why this stock has been trading sideways for the most part. Everyone wants to know what Mr. Holders stance is.
The video won't be streaming until tomorrow.
Glancing at the 3 month chart they appear to be very close to me. Hopefully that is the only remaining requirement.
It sure would be great to get uplisted the same week Eric Holder announces something positive for the sector. I'm guessing that's why this stock has been trading sideways for awhile - what does Mr. Holder have to say?
They stated in their Q4 financials (second to last paragraph) that they have submitted all documentation to upgrade to OTCQX.
They stated they want to uplist to OTCQX. Here are the requirements. They need to stay $.10 for 90 days.
USAA won't let you buy either. You can sell your shares, but you have to call them first.
With USAA its just not MJNA either, its sector wide.
And Llamas isn't convicted of felony. He's been indicted with others for wire fraud. Being indicted isn't a mark of guilt. The trial starts on March 19th I believe.
I believe everyone is waiting on what Eric Holder has to say.
The supports are ~.26 and the 50dma which is nearing .20. I'd say .17 is very unlikely. If we break and hold .35, that will be a new support.
Well, we've gone further in two days before based on speculation and hype so its certainly possible. Personally I'd rather have a couple days in the green with a little pullback here and there. Huge upward movements get huge corrections, and those tend to freak people out.
Short Term
I think it's fair to say that +10% over the short term is very likely. If I were to buy soon, I would wait to see if we break .35/the 10dma. If not and things turn bearish ~.25-.26 is our next support and putting a buy order near there would be wise. If things get ugly, then a buy order near the 50dma/~.19 would be best.
Long Term
While I would still abide by the things above, I think .35 over the medium to long term is a good price.
I was one of those that slept in Thursday. I had a plan to put in a buy order near the 50dma. Of course I didn't fall asleep until 230am the night before, so when my alarm went off I just turned it off. I woke up around 1030/1100 and just shook my head. Missed a BIG gain. Thankfully, I still hold my original (free) shares, so - still made unrealized gains.
No issues with Etrade. Bought some more MJNA this morning and put a $5.00 sell on them.
In my opinion, I wouldn't set an order in for .22 before the market opens. Hopefully I'm wrong, but with is downward momentum lately it could very easily slip down to or past .20 - and right there you'd already be down 10+%.
If you happen to share the same outlook and timeline I have with the MJNA, .22 is a great price. Just know things are quite volatile right now. New investors tend to have shaky hands and start dropping shares when things get rough. Tomorrow could be another rough one, but again hopefully I'm wrong.
Legalization is implemented in Colorado yet. Not until Summer.
I would rather them use the money to continue expanding.
CannaVest Deal is Brilliant
Source from Yahoo boards
"I have poured through all of the recent announcements and Cannavest’s filings. Forget about what Cannavest has been in the past and think about what MJNA just did. MJNA sold “excess inventory” of hemp oil to CannaVest for what will be $35 million in shares. Why is that number important? Prior to the deal, there were 7 million shares of CannaVest outstanding with a market price of $5. If MJNA receive $35 million in shares prices at $5, then MJNA will hold 7 miilion shares of Cannavest or 50% of the company. 97.45% of the rest of Cannavest shares are owned by private equity firms, so they will own 48.7% of CannaVest. This makes MJNA the majority shareholder.
Why is this important? Regardless of what CannaVest was in the past (the previous owner was completed moved out of the company) they meet NASDAQ listing requirements that MJNA cannot. The share price has been over $4 for the required time and they are audited by Turner, Stone who is PCAOB-registered. With MJNA having the required revenues (doesn’t matter if it is cash or revenue in stock), the two companies meet all requirements for full NASDAQ listing.
As an aside, the statement says that the “excess inventory” that CannaVest were sold to MJNA subsidiaries (i.e., Can Chew and Dixie) at a reduced cost, which may have been $0. That means the hemp oil moved from PhytoSphere to Can Chew and Dixie at no cost and MJNA picked up 50% of a company that meets NASDAQ listing requirements."
I'm going to use about half of this bottle to form an opinion myself. I plan on giving the rest to my mother to try out. She (69yrs old) suffers from arthritis in her knees, elbows and hands pretty bad. I would be delighted if this helped her.
Must have been a new batch? I ordered mine on Feb 7th and got them yesterday. Manufactured date is 01/04/13.
The whole deal where a small dose make you more alert and larger dose makes you sleepy holds some water. As soon as my head hit the pillow last night I was out. Took a recommend dose this morning and I was more alert than usual (I rarely have caffeine).
Thankfully Im not in any pain and cannot test its pain relieving & anti-inflammatory attributes.
It's not, it's great, that's why I'm still holding the bulk of my MJNA shares.
I just have a portion of money I use to occasionally trade MJNA with. Once we got into the ~.40+ range I decided worst case scenario I'll sell my tradeable shares around ~.30 if it happens to drop/downtrend and it has, so I sold them.
I didn't want to sell them, I thought the projections were going to push us up quite a bit. My own "guesstimation" was that we'd at least be using .50 as support level at this point. Sadly, I was wrong.
If we go up, I'm happy. If we go down that's OK because I'll have a chance to buy even more shares. As Osprey said, I feel we're at a crossroad here and I'd rather protect what I've made, see which road we're going to take and try to figure it out from there.
I hate saying this, but I decided to sell my tradeable shares. Sold 1/2 at .33 yesterday and the other half at .31 today. Bought them at .204, so I made ~50+% on them. I really expected a lot more from projections.
I'm still long, don't get me wrong. The rest of my shares, which are also the bulk of my shares, are from .03 and they're the houses money. I'll be waiting this downtrend/spooked out new investors out and looking for a new entry.
From the video from January 23rd, he mentioned he was on his way to DC to, so they can sell Dixie Elixirs right outside the Capitol.
Interesting. Can't get a loan from a bank? Just buy into a company that's having an IPO.
