Funny Blue. Look I hate to be a spoil sport but this was mmrg buckling
imho they could not afford to get the deal done in court with WebMD.
As for a buy or of merger why?
http://www.webmd.com/phr
They have their own phr. they just made bob blink. I could of dealt with it with out the build up and peace talk thing.
It was so far out of line I am still stunned.. How disrespectful to those who have stood by this man and this firm for years on in.
many of us have deflected the negative side of this firm for a long time.
and what do we really have to show for it. banned from boards maybe or maybe not a small gain. what was it xanado said the other day 12% WTF is that. that is nothing for all the effort the longs and supporters of this firm have put into it.
How many of us have talked to doctors or other professionals to see if they would at least take a look at the product.
How many of us have used the product and really felt it was on top of the market for a phr. Bob can do one of two things either sheet or get off the pot . .. there are others who need the space.

I quit I will not play this game any further with this firm.
So sick of this BS.
Well I was stunned to say the least.
As of now I am no longer a holder of this stock.
I have applied all my skill and knowledge to help understand
and build the positive side of this firm and the CEO.
They have a good chance of making things but I have been
involved way to long to wait any further. maybe it is a bad call
on my part but it is my call.
I still stand by the research and DD. I just can't stand it any longer.

This hit my radar,, Not saying it is this firm but watching.
Nano-Engineered Applications, Inc. Signs Agreement to Develop New Nanosensor for the Detection of Pesticides, Pathogens and Potency in Plants
(Nanowerk News) Nano Engineered Applications, Inc. (NEA), an Innovation Economy® Venture, signed this month a multi-year, multi-phased product development and distribution agreement to develop products and a testing platform capable of detecting specific volatile organic compounds (VOCs) released by plants when heated to specific temperatures.
Applications for this new Nano-sensor include detection of deadly pathogens including toxic pesticides, like Permethrin, in the global food supply chain. In addition, the Nano-sensor will have relevance to industries seeking to measure potency or quality of specific compounds in plants.
NEA’s technology was licensed by NEA and was developed, prior to the license, with the support of the National Institutes of Health and the University of California, Riverside. NEA now is developing a range products and applications for a diverse set of industries. This new collaboration will be the first time the NEA sensor will be customized for food safety and potency measurements.
“This collaboration will, when successful, usher in a new era of transparency and efficiency for measuring the level of pesticides and other chemicals in plants we use for food and medicine,” said Stephen F. Abbott, President of NEA. “Our work will also make the technology available to a broad number of applications that are important for a range of new and existing industries globally.”
The agreement between NEA and its collaborator, currently under confidentiality agreement, is comprised of two phases: first, establishing efficacy of NEA’s sensors with these VOCs; and second, should phase one be successful, the development of hand-held products to detect VOCs.
The development effort is currently underway and remains confidential. NEA will issue information about the resulting products and technology – and their anticipated uses – if the initial scientific development is successful.

Yeppers that is the list. But what is amazing is they can do all this to the nation. but they can not figure out how to merge documents for vets from the doctor in the military to the doctor in private practice.
To me it seems like the priority is messed up . All that tech talent could be used to take the burden off people to give them some breathing room to live with the income they choose to produce in life and not have to give what almost 40% back to the government so they can do what surf our facebook page. Come on. yeah I read the reason they did it. and will continue to do it. But it is filled with holes. They got bored with international efforts as they are all working together now. So they turned the focus on the American public. And American firms. I would not be shocked to see some of the major firms who were data mined file against the government. I am concerned that they may even force the issue by cutting jobs and by doing so cutting fed income from taxing you and I.
And who ends up suffering over this. yeah you got it. the small guy the guy trying to raise a kid two or three. The guy trying to buy a house.
you know you and I. This has got to stop. If corps do go this route the market will break. And break it should . all i can do is watch.
Not sure?? have not asked.
Are you guys reading this stuff on PRISM whow just whow. figured it was going on but data mining of U.S. Firms. !!! I wish I can say I am shocked by all this but I can't . Just whow.
Threw some beer money at didg. I like it but BUT the fact the CEO was selling shares like a crack whore looking for a fix. Well until i contacted the fellow who runs it. and the other but just came out last week they got a judgement against them for not accepting terms of some stock purchase group. 850thousand buck. or the such. the likes are the actors and recent news. It is a very small play on my part just something to mess with until Bob gets his ducks in a row. Or I get kicked of the hub for biach slapping some posters on the board.
Oh and there is some guy on the board who kinda talks to himself. unique to say the least.
Again the sales force is there. Not mmrglobal folks running around in campers with the pro in the back of it going from doctor to doctor.
nor is it just bob and kira at shows.
it is the firms that are selling their own product with mmrg product bundled into it. it is the sandisk?? forget the name sales force that is doing it. But alas I am getting tired it is all there. the sales force. all of it. it is work to find it. sure but you know what.
the customers are listed in the pr's and i am done for the day.
be safe. I have reading to do on other stocks. love it hate it this firm
has the makings of moving very fast and hard. buy now or buy later is all a person can do. or heck I can use the shares like i do with many others. a grim lesson. but that is the joy of having my own personal trading account. if i like it i buy it and if I don't i walk away. so begs the question .what is the issue.
I honestly do not think the FOCUS is on the patent law issues. Sure it is part of it. a big part. but if one takes time to really back read this. and make a timeline.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=news&symbol=NO^MMRF
the old pr's it tells a story. one that can not be told between two or three people fighting it out on a message board.
In one of those pr's it stated something to the affect that mmrg was going to shift focus or the such I wish I had time to dig around and find that one. but it is there.
And yes this is still very much a speculative stock one that can either make it or can not make it. But I would rather see the firm either stand or fall on it's own. VR's market players.
No., not to my understanding.
read the lawsuit. get pacer account.
read and understand the term patent troll mmrg does not fall into that catagory.
mmrf does not fund Afridi. if you have fact in black and white please produce I will follow up on that. if not please don't accuse this firm
of something illegal as it harms my stock price.
And by reading the filings on who pays for what when where and how you will understand the last.
Ararat International, I found bill of landing for them some time ago.
they are indeed a real firm btw. one of the players with them own the largest pool in Vegas yeah fact. dude spent almost 7million on it.
you can track that down by Sec of State filings. then track the names.
I know, It just kinda makes me sad for the fellow. he has to
take that home with him. Sad life indeed.
Oh he is just doing what he is paid to do. I don't mind him to much.
Kinda stupid but that is his issue.
I am of the thought process that they are paid by a medical storage firm.
Development is a continuing process they compete just fine.
But to continue to compete they have to progress and progress
is what is important in any business. I am sure you would agree.
I believe I said Develop the product there.
but you know that.
I know it is part of the deal with any stock but I do wish the gamesmanship would just take a break for a while. We are all aware of the good bad and ugly. It has been pounded to death. I would like to see if this firm had a chance with a solid pps rise to really develop the product into the go to choice for all medical professional health tech pros., if it was just a widget or a cleaner or coal stock well go for it.
But this tech and science has mixed into it a way to really save the nation as a whole (you and I) a huge amount on health care.
I think the team at mmrglobal. The TEAM not just Bob can make it happen.
Hey Blue got a quiet place for a bit hey>?
Yes it is. Tired of it. to be frank.
It is my hope that Something with,
Substance and Long Term Shareholder Value
is announced today.

2nd PEGS Annual Symposium on Antibodies for Cancer Therapy
April 30–May 1, 2012, Boston, USA
April 30, 2012: Day 1
The 2nd Annual Antibodies for Cancer Therapy symposium was opened by the Chairman, Mitchell Ho (National Cancer Institute). He welcomed the attendees and thanked the Cambridge Healthcare Institute, Inc. for organizing this symposium. He also thanked his fellow Scientific Advisory Board members, Soldano Ferrone (University of Pittsburgh) and Horacio G. Nastri (Pfizer, Inc.) for nominating and selecting this year’s speakers. He dedicated the opening Keynote session to the celebration of the 15th anniversary of rituximab, the first approved cancer antibody drug, and then he introduced two keynote speakers on Day One, Ivor Royston (Forward Ventures) and Alain Beck (Pierre Fabre).
Keynote Session
Ivor Royston gave the first keynote speech, “Monoclonal antibodies: the origins of cancer targeted therapy.” He remarked that monoclonal antibody (mAb)-based therapeutics have a 30 y history. They are major components of the oncologist’s armament in treating cancer and the forerunners of today’s targeted therapy of cancer. His talk focused on the historic views of cancer antibody therapy by discussing the evolution and ups and downs of these “magic bullets.”
Dr. Royston generated mAbs to T cell leukemia lines, but not the Epstein-Barr virus- transformed lymphoblastoid B cell lines from the same patient, when he was on the oncology faculty of the University of California at San Diego in 1977, two years after the Nobel Prize winning work was published in Nature by Kohler and Milstein.1 In 1986, he co-founded IDEC Corporation. Rituximab (Rituxan®), which is a chimeric anti-CD20 mAb, was originally developed by IDEC under the name IDEC-C2B8.
--------Some one asked who is Dr. Royston. Well he looks like a Nobel Prize winning Cancer Researcher. And Very Successful Business Man.
Man that little picture i put up of to da moon is looking more and more
to be very real.----- I am outclassed this firm is setting up for something important. We need more researcher folks asap. People who can dig into the science side of things.
Just trying to connect some dots here.

Ivor Royston
http://www.scholarnexus.com/SDSF2009/htmls/2009festival/nifty.htm
Considered to be a founding father of the biotechnology industry, Ivor is best known as the lead entrepreneur behind San Diego's first biotech company, Hybritech. He was early to recognize that monoclonal antibodies, just recently invented, would be well-suited to use as tests and therapies for cancer. Big pharmaceutical companies turned a cold shoulder to Royston's entreaties, so he decided to do it himself. Hybritech was a roaring success and was bought by Eli Lilly for about $400 million.
Royston's scientific specialty is immunology. He has long believed that cancer patients can overcome the disease if their immune systems are trained to recognize cancer. His impatience with obstacles for improved treatments for cancer led him to found the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/kimmel_cancer_center/
Ivor was born in Retford, England in 1945, emigrated to the United States in 1954 and became a naturalized American citizen.
Royston began a tentative additional career of sorts in Hollywood. He wrote a screenplay, titled "The Cure", about a researcher who discovers a cure for cancer. The catch is that other people must be killed to produce this wonder drug. Royston also made a movie called "Soultaker",
Would you happen to know if Pomalidomide is a targeted immunotherapy?
Second question,, From this. to this.
Just a thought. for our bio side investors/research folk.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285701/000113626110000355/body8k.htm
Company's clinical and scientific data relating to targeted immunotherapies for cancer and other disease treatments to stimulate a patient's immune response and certain other confidential information.
OK now look at this.
http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/805090
"This group of patients has very limited treatment options. Pomalidomide is a new active substance. When used in combination with dexamethasone it stimulates the patient's immune system to attack cancerous cells and stops the formation of blood vessels supplying these cells," the committee noted.
Off subject, can we get back to it. The man has to pay more than what it is trading for right now. He has to pay to sit on the board.
He has the option to buy at .08c can we agree on that point and then we can move to the next section of the form. ??
Ok then look at the field your pointing to . look at
the code. OK there is more than one answer here.

I don't know. I am sure with many a savvy dedicated investor who is
trying to learn about the firm has looked and done their homework
and do not rely on others to do it for them.
Geesh.

No Dilution, Any Change In Authorized Shares Has To Be Approved By Shareholders, Outstanding Shares Has Not Changed, Right
DErn facts.
Correct me if I am wrong, But I was under the assumption that
dilution comes from the company not a unknown Third party.
Just my take but would it not make more logic for
someone who was buying shares back in the .02 .03 that just might
have enough cash on hand to go hey I bet if I went to such and such
to promote this little puppy i bet I could make a killing.
Really we all have seen those 20,0000 30,0000 shares cross
when it was there. anyone with a lick of savvy knows this stock
was and is way undervalued. so they buy promote and sell make
a killing and walk away. I don't see dilution coming out of that
just someone who know how to make money.
Nope it was not me btw.
