I don’t think OCNF is a current candidate for BK. I’m concerned about the current dilution or a possible reverse split. This is a short term play for me. Thanks for the heads up.
Gold is up to 1120!!!. EOM
Thank you. EOM
Does anyone else see a head & shoulder pattern starting to form? Looking at the 3 month chart around 22 Oct you have the L shoulder at 1.14, around 29 Oct you have a head at 0.89 and today an R shoulder at 1.15. Of course it’s too early to establish a neckline for confirmation. If the neckline starts to form this is very bullish. Any opinions from more advance TA traders are welcome. Thanks in advance!

Looking at the daily chart the candlestick has formed a Bull kicker. The kicker signal is a very powerful short term reversal signal. The kicker identifies a very drastic change in market sentiment. Looking at the bullish kicker we see a down trend, then we instantly get an open that is at or above the previous candlesticks open and then price continues to head in the opposite direction. Also the MA (5) is below the candlestick which is a bullish sign. What I would like to see is three White or Green Soldiers Pattern. This indicates a strong reversal in the market. It is characterized by three long candlesticks stepping upward like a staircase. Each day opens down from the previous days close but still closes higher than the previous close. JMO

I think it will go up short term, but I’m concern that YA Global will start dumping shares and the possibility of more dilution and reverse split. JMO
Shippers Soar on Earnings Beats, Surging BDI
Back in September, China Ocean Shipping (Group) Co. researcher Kong Fanhua told Bloomberg the bulk shipping benchmark Baltic Dry Index could rally to 4,000 by the end of 2009. Calling what was then an 80% three-month run was a bold move, but so far Fanhua looks like a genius as the BDI has shot up by 65% since the September 29 report. With a month and a half remaining before 2010, the 4,000 mark is well within reach, and recent reports from industry players has given investors even more to cheer about.
Today, New York-based Genco Shipping & Trading (NYSE: GNK - News) is ahead by 8% after topping analysts' expectations in the third quarter. The company's profit dropped by -46% year-over-year, to $34 million or $1.09 a share. Genco said average daily rates were off by -22% compared to the same period last year, but Oppenheimer analyst Scott Burk told Reuters that actual dry bulk rates were nearly 20% above his forecast for Q3.
As a whole, the Dry Bulk Shipping Stocks Index is ahead by 3% today. However, it is still lagging the S&P 500 by -2.7% over the last month.
Over the last week, Safe Bulkers (NYSE: SB - News), Diana Shipping (NYSE: DSX - News), and Genco are all ahead by more than 15%. Diana topped third-quarter expectations yesterday, though it also saw its net get cut in half to $28.7 million or 36 cents a share.
Over the last month, OceanFreight (NASDAQ: OCNF - News), Excel Maritime Carriers (NYSE: EXM - News), and Star Bulk Carriers (NASDAQ: SBLK - News) are among laggards, down by more than -10%.
As of the most recent 13F filings with the SEC, the latest of which are due by the fifteenth, Kirby (NYSE: KEX - News), Navios Maritime Holdings (NYSE: NM - News), and DryShips (NASDAQ: DRYS - News) were among Pro favorites within the sector. It will be interesting to see where the Pros added or trimmed stakes during the third quarter.
As of this writing, the Dry Bulk Shipping Stocks Index is one of the 50 top-yielding tickerspy Indexes, with components paying an average 1.9% dividend.

Does anyone know if we have to pay taxes on the divy to both Canadian/U.S.?
I like this statement!!!
Institutional level bankers and Investors have recently asked the company to re-submit the financing offerings with a view to their clients securing future gold bullion deliveries at a significant discount, from the JV's proposed slate of large-scale environmentally sound alluvial gold mines in North and South America.
IMO I think this stock is going to have a downward trend for the next 3 or 4 days because of people cutting their losses from where they thought it would bottom out. This play will be news driven and the risk to reward ratio is too risky for me especially when CIT stated in their reorganization plan that the commons will be wiped out.
Thanks. EOM
If A>L why are they in BK?
Yea I know what you mean. I might take a small position at 0.055 and wait for the bounce.
Who ever made that 1.5 million buy today at 0.195 just loss $39,000. Ouch!!!!

WILMINGTON, Del., Nov 5 (Reuters) - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp asked a court for control over $3.7 billion claimed by both bankrupt holding company Washington Mutual Inc and JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N), according to court documents.
The government agency was appointed receiver last year for Washington Mutual's lending operations, which were seized by regulators at the height of the financial panic. The FDIC sold the bank business to JPMorgan Chase Bank for $1.9 billion.
Washington Mutual [WMPDC.UL] has asked a bankruptcy court to force JPMorgan to return $4 billion, which is the amount it had on deposit with one of its banks plus accrued interest. JPMorgan has argued the money was actually a capital contribution made to meet regulatory requirements, not a deposit.
Judge Mary Walrath has yet to rule in that dispute.
In a court filing on Wednesday, the agency asked Walrath to lift the automatic stay of legal proceedings that accompanies a Chapter 11 filing to allow the FDIC to invoke a clause in the sale contract to take control of the disputed funds.
"The FDIC-receiver seeks modification of the stay, to the extent required, to enable it to demand JPMC to return the disputed deposit balances," said the agency's court filing.
The agency said once returned, the funds would be held in a non-interest bearing account at a Federal Home Loan Bank until pending lawsuits over the funds were resolved.
Washington Mutual's attorney said the company would challenge the request. He also noted that by invoking the contract clause, the government agency is acknowledging the funds are not a capital contribution.
"By filing their papers the FDIC has effectively admitted the $4 billion are the debtor's deposit and do not belong to anybody else," said David Elsberg of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges.
In addition to the ownership of the funds, the bankruptcy court must also determine if claims by JPMorgan and the FDIC against Washington Mutual exceed the value of the disputed deposits.
The main bankruptcy case is In re Washington Mutual Inc, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware (Wilmington), No. 08-12229.
The adversarial suit over the deposits is Washington Mutual Inc and WMI Investment Corp v JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, No. 09-50934
It has been written in the reorganization plan that all common shares will be wipe out. If you buy this stock you are going to be a bag holder.
Look at all the people getting suck into a bear trap! LOL!!!!Some people have more money than common sense.

{"s" : "pgcr.pk","k" : "c10,l10,p20,t10","o" : "","j" : ""} PGCR is a 10% equity partner in a Joint Venture which recently lodged a high-level proposal with the New York State Government to develop a mega-scale wind project in the Great Lakes region.
Governments are calling for a switch to renewable energy and electric cars and this is one of the only projects large enough to supply the future electric fleet. This proposed wind power project would eventually add 10,000-20,000 MW of new clean power capacity to the New York electrical Grid.
The additional wind power proposed would allow New York State's targeted C02 emissions reductions to be met at a lower allowance cost, saving consumers an estimated $3-$5 billion per year in future carbon taxes.
MULTIPLE 2GW WIND POWER MODULES
The New York State Clean Power project proposes to install a number of connected wind-farms, each with 1-2GW output, over a 10-15 year period.
The project's capital cost is estimated at 1/4 that of a nuclear, coal or conventional wind plant. The wind-fuel is free and forever.
Construction timelines are much shorter than for conventional power projects and power projects can be completed in stages.
Potential clean energy revenues of approximately $1-2 billion per year could accrue to PGCR if only 1/3 of its current slate of proposed clean power projects are completed.

Additional details on the company's wind power projects expansion will follow.

Well when I made my sell I was up 600% and it was at the ask price. This is a great trading stock. I still hold a position here so don’t call us bag holders. Good luck and may fortunes come your way.
Look like your a bagholder with SRSR. Good luck to you.
Look at the sticky post number 12863.
Don’t play the MM games. If you need to sell you should sell it at the Ask and not the Bid. Force the MM to meet your price.
I think that new PR release is starting to spread. This should be an interesting day today.
I agree. I’ve been in and out of this stock since it was AOAG and I can wait for the next huge run.
Talk about bad timing. I’m still holding 400K at 0.003. Good Luck to you.
Looking good. I hope we run back up to 0.02 and above today!!
What do do think??? Comments are welcome.
Memorandum for: Christopher Hopkins
Subject: Proper use of Land Management
1. Have you consider the use of wind power to provide energy for pumps to delivery steam/extract oil from oil sands/oil shale?
2. The excess energy from the wind mills will create additional funds for the properties that are currently in the company possession/share holders.
3. The local population will benefit with this clean energy project if the board of directors and majority of share holders agree to this proposition.
4. I believe that if BQI can receive a grant from the US or Canada Government in the form of a Tax Relief Program your/our engineers can link the innovative process using wind power to extract oil from sands/shale by using wind power. The water can be recycled over and over again. This will reduce sludge and have a positive impact on the local population, ECO system and world IMOP.
Looking good!!! Might just break HOD at EOD!!
Or Placer Gold Can make you Rich!!!! LOL!!!!
