Thanks for posting this Eminem !!
You saw that !!! 250% up for such a low volume . pffff .
Are you following what is happening to AMIN as well ? They call it " Voluntary delisting" but we know what it is . I cant believe Daniel Dror still manage this company .
Totally agree . Got royally screwed on this stock .
I can see you still around huh?
ahahahhahahahah..You're a JOKE . I've read all your posts with regard to HMDI and seriously , I understand why people were telling me " Go check the new clown on the board " .
I believe your name was 45th on the list .
Keep up with the entertainment as we need some on this board .
Seriously , this was one of my worst investment pick..This stock was/is in NO WAY a long-term stock but rather a day-trading one .
How many times did you see this one lose and gain an average 20-30% per 2 days ?? F*** that shit !
Manipulation at its finest AGAIN .
1-for-10 RS . Dont like it . As soon as they will set the date , we'll know the PPS value . The main question is what will this company be MADE OF
PCHouston : You're still here..Hope things are doing well for you.
Corrected - Ive read it wrongly !
I might have to agree with what you just said . This stock will need more than those PR in order to come back to the .o6-.08 level .
HI Riomel ,
Thanks for the reply . I believe it was directed to me and not PCHouston .
"And as for the same man in the three companies, you should be glad Daniel Dror is there and you are allied with him, because he is one of the sharpest execs you will ever see. Even if he keeps himself cloaked in secrecy. Some of of us have watched him for years."
I'm glad that people can trust Dror and his gang but I'm probably sure that you would understand my reaction here . There are so many things you can do when you have your input within 3 companies ( loans on others Co's assets etc..)
"And in case no one noticed, yesterday they received new orders for products."
WHO have received an order? HAMMONDS ?
"I have been in this stock through thick and thin, since five company names go. REVERSE SPLITS AND FORWARD SPLITS. And I keep buying, because I follow this man and think he is the sharpest. One day we will be rewarded."
Damnn . I guess you're refering to AMIN now and not HMDI ? How long you've been in this?
Do you remember M0NEYMADE mentioning a PR release on Monday?
Posted by: M0NEYMADE Date: Monday, October 12, 2009 12:25:51 PM
In reply to: DFLY who wrote msg# 692 Post # of 1148
,,,,,,,Hearing there will be another PR.....Cheers
DId you see How He deleted my post ? Pffff.
"Some were thinking this would be $1/sh overnight, did not do adequate DD. This may be a $1/sh stock, I still am valuing the stock at .30-.38/sh based on revenue range of 15-19M and A/S of 50M. "
Same reasoning I had but with lower # with regard to Rev . 8-11M
BTW , you meant O/S and not A/S I presume .
I doubt we'll see something substantial before their Annual shareholders meeting in November ..I hope I'm wrong and they decide to release something sooner .
congrats for the jump buddy :)
Did you see someone selling 195K @ 10:47 ..?
Hi G, how things are going Today? Did this go to 0.09? crappp..missed that !!
Yeah , It said it but read the end
American International (NASDAQ: AMIN) will maintain its controlling interest in Delta and will continue to consolidate Delta with its other subsidiaries.
Daniel Dror will keep being the BOSS !! He didnt buy this so Carl Hammonds would fill his pocket of $$ for free loool
US Drilling was down for the first half of the year as DELTA's revenues ( AMIN's 10k ) .
"The trend of declining well completions is a clear indication that oil and gas companies, which are facing declining earnings and threats of increased taxes, continued to carefully monitor their expenditures," said Hazem Arafa, director of API's statistics department.

Yeah . I totally understand you lol..everyone is trying to find a decent point of entry .
BTW , Another member DudeBug raised an important issue with regard to DELTA 's rigs ownership .
"Would be good to see how many rigs they currently have in service since the pipe supply side is slow. According to 10/3/09 O&GJ, land rig counts are currently up in TX & LA, who hold 52% of active US rigs. "
YOu can read his full post here : http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=42408856
I'm happy for all AMIN's shareholders mate but to be honest , my interests are HMDI and DELTA !!
BTW, could you please remove TREND_TRADER post about DELTA being sold for $48M . I found the P.R in which Daniel Dror confirmed the deal was off !
"What are you trying to accomplish? $1 soon
Did you see AMIN stock today?? up 40%"
WHY everytime , someone tries to bring/post VALUABLE information , you guys have to feel threatened ?
Please , Read all my posts on this board !!
Yes , I've been following AMIN..but I dont understand why a 30/40% jump makes you screaming as if shareholders of HMDI won the lottery . To the opposite , people got hammered Today over here . You guys were basically pumping this to $1 !!
Did it occur to you that AMIN's shareholders have been waiting for months for a PR confirming a big news that had nothing to do with DELTA .
Their 287 acres of land in Galveston County has a book value of $255, 000 and is listed for sale to developers for $25M !!!!
Daniel Dror said once that they had received an OFFER .
Exactly KC , everyone is just throwing numbers out there . I'm not saying this new entity wont be worth $$$$ but we can only make estimate on what we have and unfortunately , the numbers AMIN is presenting within its filing are not good . DELTA will probably make less money than last year ( $19M revenues ) .
On top of that , we HAVE NO CLUE on this new share structure .
The current share structure is this one , correct me If I'm wrong :
A/S : 195M
O/S : 50M
Float : 8M
During a R/M , there will be a NEW structure..Its only speculation . R/M can make a shell stock explode in price but come on , we must be careful over here .
Hopefully , they'll release more P.R
EVERYONE READ my response to onepennyman !
HI onepennyman ,
"What do you mean that Amin could not sell DELTA?
Delta is a private company being merged in Hammon. It is or was officially owned by AMIN, so how is HMDI owned by AMIN?
ANY Facts welcome!"
------------------------
YES , Delta Service is controlled by AMIN ( 51% ). The remaining 49% is equally owned by 2 other investors named Rob Derrick and Ron Burleigh (Delta Executive officers ) .
AMIN bought its controlling interest back then in 2003 for $4M !!
What I meant by " Could not sell Delta " was the simple fact that NO credible informations could confirm the deal went through with CFOresources .
1) First PR from AMIN
P.R dated from April ,2006
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2006_April_17/ai_n16125945/?tag=content;col1
American International Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:AMIN) Mr. Daniel Dror, Chairman and CEO, stated that the Company has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with CFO Resources, Inc., based in Houston, Texas, to purchase the Company's subsidiary Delta Seaboard Well Service, Inc. for $48,000,000 in cash.
The non-binding LOI had a 30-day DD period after which a $1M cash deposit would have become non-refundable for CFO Resource . There has NO MENTION in any public documents from AMIN if that deposit was made so I concluded CFO bailed out initially .
2) A member here , jas2mel ,called CFO's CEO Steve Jones who confirmed the deal was off . Read jas2mel post here :
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=42424061
3) I FOUND THIS a couple of minutes earlier .
P.R Dated from September 2006 . We got an UPDATE from AMIN's CEO Daniel Dror on the LOI
The DEAL IS OFF .
Mr. Daniel Dror, Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , today announced an update to the April 17, 2006 news release that the Company had entered into a letter of intent with CFO See Chief Financial Officer to sell its subsidiary, Delta Seaboard Well Service, Inc.
CRI was granted an initial 30 day period for due-diligence, which was extended for an additional 90 days. CRI was required to make a $1,000,000 good faith non-refundable deposit, but failed to make said deposit. The Company has been advised that CRI has been unable to complete two other energy-related acquisitions from third parties and as a result has advised the Company that it will not be proceeding with the proposed Delta acquisition.

CONCLUSION : DELTA SEABORD WELL SERVICES was NEVER SOLD for $48M !!
Hi KC88 , you need to do more DD .
AMIN's management approved the deconsolidation of Hammonds Industries on December 31 ,2008 . With some magic , they distributed among themselves 17.4 million shares of Hammonds common stock of record on December 31st , 2008 .
There are a couple of people here who posted links about that , including me . But in case , you dont want to go through the pages here , just read AMIN's CEO letter on its website
http://www.americanii.com/ceo.htm
We deconsolidated from Hammonds Industries, Inc. in December, resulting in net income from deconsolidation of $9.3 million.
Daniel Dror is the MAIN guy in everything . He has his fingerprints everywhere ( From AMIN to HMDI and DELTA Services ) He controls both AMIN and DELTA ( 51% )
Now , according to HMDI 8K filed April 22, 2009 , Hammond sold all of its assets to FabCorp. Inc . The decision was based on " The poor business outlook for the operating subsidiaries because of Hammonds's inability to raise sufficient capital , either through equity or debt financing to continue its operations ..."
So RIGHT NOW , HMDI is a empty Shell stock ,with fortunately for investors , NO DEBT !!
Conclusion : Hammonds Industries is no longer generating any $$$$$ . Thats the KEY POINT in a R/M ( Reverse Merger ) .
Hi Riomel ,
"My last dd on AMIN/HMDI, led me to believe that AMIN owned 87.5% of HMDI. If that is still the case, it means that only 6.25 million shares are not owned by the company."
I've posted that yesterday
---------------------------------------------------
AMIN used to won up to 48% of Hammonds industries which owns Hammonds Technical Services , Hammonds Fuel additives and Hammonds Water Treatment Systems .
They approved the deconsolidation of Hammonds Industries on December 31 ,2008 . With some magic , they distributed among themselves 17.4 million shares of Hammonds common stock of record on December 31st , 2008 .
On Dec. 31st, 2008 , HMDI closed at 0.17
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=hmdi#getCharts
AMIN's ownership in Hammonds was reduced to 13% !
Still neutral on my valuation of this Co. One thing for sure though , this Co. is not worth the 2006 valuation @ $48M .
THAANKKKKKK YOUUUUUUUUU Jas2mel..I KNEWWW IT .I knew what Trend_trader posted was OUTDATED and needed a confirmation . In fact , it was obvious AMIN could not sell DELTA .
The famous Steve Jones from CFOResources?? Ive posted the link yesterday..Is it the same guy?
http://cforesource.net/
Moneymade , not to contradict you but that $19M revenue was for FY 2008 if Im correct .
Ive posted below some extracts from AMIN's August 10k .
""Delta reported revenues of $2,331,214 for the three months ended June 30, 2009, compared to $5,169,849 for the same period in 2008, representing a decrease of $2,838,635, or 54.9%. For the six months ended June 30, 2009, Delta's revenues were $4,795,125, compared to $7,252,798 for the six months ended June 30, 2008, representing a decrease of $2,457,673, or 33.9%. The decrease in revenues at Delta is due to a decrease in pipe sales for the three and six months of $2,776,769 and $3,102,223, respectively, to the oil field service industry. Pipe sales revenues have decreased due to a decline in drilling activity creating a decline in demand for pipe. Rig service revenues for the three and six months increased by $319,096 and $263,588, respectively, due to the addition of a new rig. "
I doubt They will reach 15M this year. In any case , we need more INFO from the company !!!!
"Staying in for the BOOOM!!! "
AHAHAHAHAHA.
Although , I still believe that we do not have enough materials to make a proper estimate..I have this feeling this stock could SURGE like nothing again..
Exactly buddy .
I posted this yesterday . Extract from AMIN August 2009 10K

You got in @ 0.035 and sold it later..I can feel your pain :)
FOr sure , R/M cant get unnoticed ! The thing is we need to do more DD on Delta and hopefully get a PR from AMIN with regard to the new share structure etc..This stock could be a BONANZA if all the proper elements are included !!
My entry point is in the 0.09-0.12 range..Hope we can get that .
Share Structure for those who needs it :
A/S : 195M
O/S : 50M
Float : 8M
"Would be good to see how many rigs they currently have in service since the pipe supply side is slow. According to 10/3/09 O&GJ, land rig counts are currently up in TX & LA, who hold 52% of active US rigs. "
EXACTLYY DUDEBUG..we need to get more info on DELTA! People are screaming $3/$4 but no one has a real clue How much this Co. is valued for !
This is what I posted yesterday..
A/S : 195M
O/S : 50M
Float : 8M
OF course, this is the actual shell structure..Who knows How it will look like at the end as they would have to give the other owner of DELTA ( 49% ) some shares as well !
Thanks Zorro . I had to search a bit on these "sub-penny" shell companies since a company I bought in substantially announced that they're doing a RM as well :)
