"Only" HearAtLast dispenses hearing aids in about an hour. Here is a look on the inside.
HearAtLast Announces New Board of Directors
Furthermore, HearAtLast also announces the following Advisory Board Members returning and accepting positions as members of the Board of Directors: Louie Mele, consultant and former CEO of McDonald's Canada; and Gora Ganguli, President & CEO of VitaSound Audio, Inc.; and Dr. Randy Lacey.
Mr. Matthew Sacco is pleased to announce the acceptance of Janice Parente for the upcoming year, as well as the return from the Advisory Board Members and becoming part of the Board of Directors. "We are honored to have this elite group coming together for HearAtLast. All parties have experience that will be very beneficial in the implementation of our growth plans for 2010. Some of the members are returning for a second term and I strongly believe that the group as a unit will give myself and our management team some great direction and leadership in this expansion phase for our company." The first formal Board of Directors meeting is expected to take place in January 2010 where issues such as new corporate governance, shareholders meeting, company expansion and growth will be addressed.
Yeah 8 or 10 cents would be cool. Rock-N-Roll
I'm sure not a pumper or work for HRAL bla bla bla. I'm just a positive sided person. Some people look from the negative side life with the truth or even something good. Hey, I'm just relaying what was posted (the positive side of things) like everyone else and then I might mention what I do with that info. You'll have to make your own decision on investing here or else where in life cause i'm not telling anyone what to do like others might do. ...Bet? I have been in this BET for a LONG time and I'm not getting out. If i'm not in this stock then why would I waste a minute of my life in here? Maybe some folks do??? If i'm out i'm gone.
I'm sure we will get paid good when the stock makes it way up the chart. Hang in there.
My glass is always half full. It is NEVER half empty. If I get shot down in life, I would fall on the positive side. Losing the game is not failure. Where does looking at the bad side things in life get anyone...
I don't have ANYTHING to do with HearAtLast other than own their stock. The more I hear about HRAL as time goes on the more i'm thinking I don't own enough.
Negativity is not a part of my life but the way I see it GreenRhino, our buddy that keeps trying, & I mean desperately to protect us from the evils of HRAL is probably one that got CRUSHED by HearAtLast and is bitter against them. It's very obvious to me and someone would REALLY have to prove to me what I smelling is wrong. Now let buy some more HRAL Stock.
Like i said before, i'm in this for the LONG TERM. In a coupe few years i'll see where it's at when that time comes. I'll keep trading around my core just like i do with all my other stocks and sit on the houses money. for sure this is a spec stock for anyone but i would must rather be in this stock then not be in and watch it go up over the years. Hey what if they do a 10-1 reverse split?
Yes Sir my friend, you got it. Remember this....
"We receive numerous requests from potential customers, not only from Canada but also from the USA and Europe asking when we will be developing in their areas. Along with this, we also field inquiries from potential qualified business partners expressing interest in opening up new Hearing Stores and using our expertise in managing these stores," commented Mr. Sacco.

Keep in mind that they are doing all this since like 2004 from scratch not buying one customer or existing business throughout the biggest drop in the world market in history since the depression. I have to commend the HearAtLast Team!
You have do it right and have a solid infrastructure in place before you open up the floodgates.
I'm not to sure I would say NEVER. The Harbinger Report mentions...
"The company is planning to open nearly 60 additional stores in the next 12-18 months in Canada and is pursuing a brand-licensing model in the United States. "
" plus about 40 satellite locations over the next 24-36 months, giving HRAL a very strong Canadian market footprint and brand."
...HearAtLast may not open in USA Walmart but any other shop could start the trend just like the tons of store various fronts we see today. They can get in. Their also getting calls for franchises in Europe. We may "HearAboutThat" from HearAtLast
I would guess that Walmart has about 7000 stores including it's additional facilities worldwide. There is plenty of room to crush the competition.
Summary and Corporate Overview
Our conversations with Wal-Mart of Canada executives lead us to believe that in Canada alone there is the potential for over 100 HearAtLast locations, and Wal-Mart of Canada is currently very pleased with HearAtLast...
Harbinger Report Nov. 2009

It is a really good company. They just MUST get their numbers out to move this stock.
A 1000 miles of thanks for the info. I heard before the stores are nice and the wait will be WELL worth it. If you look at WAG on Google finance and click the chart above 10yrs to "MAX". You will see that for 3 years or so they didn't move much up as they started rolling stores out. And now Walgreens operated 6,934 locations in 49 states, the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. Give HRAL time as (( storeexpansionexpert )) mentioned...
Thanks again..!
Here what I found out (Fri, Jul 3, 2009 at 2:34 PM)...

I could get to that video to see it.
We are all here waiting sir...
I see that they updated the www.HearAtLast.com website. I personally think it needs a much better "professional" look to it all though it is better than it was. Anyways, I click through the location pages and here are my totals of open stores.
3 Stores ===> British Columbia
6 Stores ===> Alberta
2 Stores ===> Manitoba
2 Stores ===> Quebec
25 Stores ==> Ontario
1 Store ====> Florida
==============================
39 Stores
How many more this year? What are your thoughts?
Like HearAtLast franchises...

Gearing up for some E-commerce shopping.
Yeah I also take it as that. My thoughts...They must see the growth and profitability of the company in time taking the common stock "C" well above that 50 cents mark. So then that would be an option for that private investor (1.9 mill) to get 10 shares per "B" after 2 years. Doing the math I see that this investor doubling their money. Say...
2 million (1.9) Divided by $10 = 200,000 "B" Shares Currently
Say...
"C" stock is then at $1 per share
200,000 B's X 10 "C" = 2,000,000 "C"
2,000,000 "C" X $1 = $2,000,000.00 buck
If "C" is at $2 per share all the merrier.
Thank you Mr. Sacco for "doing us common share holders" the favor of NOT diluting our shares. I will buy more and hold on the thought of you showing concern to us "C" share holders. I can't thank you enough sir. Keep up the great work!

I also think that HearAtLast is the only company that dispenses hearing aids in about one hour...?
Here where I saw it.
ITEM 4 ‐ MANAGEMENT’S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OR PLAN OF OPERATION.
A. PLAN OF OPERATION
1. The business of the Company By
December 31, 2008 the Company had opened 31 hearing aid clinics and closed all but 1 of the pain clinics.
AND MAY I ADD:
The plan is to continue to open more hearing aid clinics as Wal-Mart opens more supercenters across Canada, with continued interest in opening a limited number of stand-alone clinics, both in Canada and the US.
B. Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and the Results of Operations.
For the 2009 period, with the opening of each new hearing aid clinic, the Company expects to incur losses for the first 6 months of operation because of marketing and business development.
In 2009, the Company is forecasting 12 new clinics to be opened
...So if this is May 2009 and HRAL has a record of opening one store per month they could have 35 or 36 open by now in 2009...?
There are two new filings at..

Quarterly Report - December 31, 2008 quarterly report
31 Stores 12 more stores on the line in 2009
I still believe in the HRAL story. I'm not too happy about HearAtLast letting their investors sit in the dark with no info but maybe it a good thing for the longs.
I am and will continue to hold for the long term. I have been buying on the lower dips. I would be more upset sitting on the sidelines empty handed as the stock runs up past me, then losing what I have invested. Once some of the bigger firms start to buy in it will be too late and I'll still say I should have bought more.
Well if they are opening more stores then we know of and are moving up on or from the PinkSheets and whatever else. Then when they do announce all this we will get an even bigger POP. I see it just like a Jack-In-The-Box. Just keep sitting here quietly watching the crank go round and round, until finally! POP-Goes-The-Weasel. Then we'll say...
I should have bought MORE.
As I mentioned before. My main interest is so they keep rolling out stores. The #'s will take time to come in.
Yeah, I don't get that trade. Maybe someone just keeping this stock active for the BIG POP? I always keep cash available in my account to be able to buy on the dips. It just looks that like a sale tag price to me.
Hey, We'll just have to wait it out my man until we hear from them on those #'s. It's really ugly out there not to mention the shorts KICKING everyone that is down in the quicksand, so even if they are still continuing with their biz plan at some level, that is a plus for my long term investment. But mark my words once they announce the stocks info... we will be saying, the financial are HEREATLAST..!
I think out of the gate with this company they do want to expand around the world. If you check out this $20,000 report by Harbinger Research back in 2007 it shows that kind of expansion is in place. To me it looks like that they are rolling out (In Canada) like mentioned back then. I would also guess that they have or will back off enough to be safe until things get back to normal in the global economy. Remember, it's bad out there now and can get worst but it's not the end of the world. Things will turn around in time and good times will be back as it alway did before. If they can keep this ship floating we've got it made.
Take a look and the bottom of chart on the bottom of the first page and there are two rows...
New Stores Opening, Canada
New Stores Opening, Rest of World
That wasn't put in there to make it look good.
Doing the math on opening stores, they have in there plan to open 414 stores between 2010 to 2011. I see that once they get the numbers to come in and the plan is working, looks like massive build out will kick in. That is how I'm reading between the lines while we are sitting here in the dark. I think I'll be pretty close when HearAtLast turns on the lights for us. I'm staying with the captain of this ship!

The first three weeks after opening the Florida location in the USA they did...
The Villages in Florida, has generated over $51,509 in gross sales since its grand opening on January 21, 2008, averaging approximately $17,170 in sales per week.
My point here is that; "The clinic is a product of a joint venture between HearAtLast Holdings, Inc. and Vivatone Hearing Systems LLC, a manufacturer of digital hearing aids."

Also; Siemens to Provide HearAtLast Capital Equipment Financing Valued at US$930,240
Here is the deal....
"We already sell Siemen's products and if we meet certain sales requirements, and we are quite confident we will exceed them, we will greatly defer or virtually eliminate our lease payments for the equipment being provided to us by Siemens. It's a win-win deal for everyone."

I don't work for HearArLast. I'm part owner in the company... I'm a SHAREHOLDER
As they said all three locations are in Ontario, Canada located within select Wal-Mart locations.
The fiscal year is 31st of March so it will be here before you know it. They have said more than once that they have strong sales in most stores (80% / 20%) which show that they are doing better then their business plan. Now try that with the world one notch above a depression. I'm sure they can weather this storm. They are just keeping things tight and staying up with their plan in a smart and safe way. This is not done on the fly.
That's about all the news I need. Thanks for the update.
Right. I was just back figuring from a nickel per share. I'm sure they can sell more than that as time goes on. Some stores will do very well and others wouldn't be as good or that they are newer yet. Is it 5 Mill? 10 Mill? 20 Mill? I'm not sure if you can say that would be the price or would it run up to a buck a share? More than 138 million customers per week visit Wal-Mart stores worldwide and employs more than 1.5 million associates. There is no limit to the fun we can have with this stock if they can keep it moving on. Can you imagine having that many people walking on your business's front sidewalk outside your store all the time? Whoa....
Per Share Value...
How can you value it on sales? Lets pick 5 cents per share. Now what would that need to equal..?
$14,000 per month per store times 30 stores times 12 months. Now that would equal 5 Million sales a year. I saw there are 98 million outstanding shares so...
5,000,000 divided by 98,000,000 equals that big shiny nickel using these rounded off numbers. Is my math right?
What's your thoughts...?
--M
Yeah I looked back and it should be March 31st.
When is HRAL fiscal year? End of February or March? I'm pretty sure it is the 31st of this month.
Thanks!
