Sit back and watch that os grow. The only direction this stock goes is down down down. Not worth the risk here! Although these new guys gave me a good laugh.

This is a holding company that is in business to create one thing only. And that is to create bag holders out of new shareholders.

FFF, this link sums up CGAQ to a "T". Swank did not start this company by himself, and has had much help with many people more experienced and knowledgeable about public companies, and how to make millions at the expence of it's shareholders.

Interestingly enough, Armondo is also an experienced resort owner. Hmmmm Is stem cell research next?

The next PR will state that there are people lining up to purchase condos, but since things in the DR take longer than anywhere else to complete, the deal to close is still pending this, that, and the other thing. IMO

If you want facts, the only place you can find em is to look back at the HISTORY, the CHART, the FINANCIALS etc... If you want balony, then all you have to do is read what Swank puts in his PR's or talk to him on the phone.

Why do you think all the PR's are all left open for interpretation? No PR is ever solid without some sort of clause or get out of jail free card. You'll see when we start to get details of the so-called agreement he is trying to make or if we ever do. It will definately not be as grand as how he is making it seem to be.

Remember the 200 slots in the slot parlor? That was going to be a big money maker wasn't it? Nobody makes that kind of deal without knowing what is REALLY going on. Luperone is another. BS he didn't know!

Its not very funny, but I really do believe that some traders have actually lost money by just watching this stock. CGAQ IMO

The only direction this stock is headed is down to triple zero land. People are already buying at .0006 Give swank a call. He is selling at k-mart prices.

Now why would anyone give up on CGAQ if this deal fell through or wasn't up to expectations? What ever happened to "it takes time to build a pofitable company"? C'mon now, turn those frowns upside down.

Swank would never get his hands dirty planting actual trees. Swank plants false hope which never grows into anything but weeds that wilt and die very quickly. Cheesy words I know, but its true. This seed will never produce anything of substance.

The only thing Swank could possibly do to produce anything here would be another paid promo. C'mon Swank, cut the crap! Just do what you are really wanting to do, and get it over with already!

That right there is about as realistic as any of his other ventures are, if not more so, since there is no-one in space that would gamble, so he would have to: a) sell a ton of shares to make another failed project attempt, and b) sell a ton more shares to pay the bills to stay debt free. lol

PB, these are not viable projects. If swank made it too obvious, he would be in jail by now like many other pink sheet CEO's. Swank is hiding behind his "failed" projects to sell his shares. Get it?
