Brian34.....your thoughts on the B.B.C. advertising could be spot on. If there is a connection with the B.B.C. and Redg this stock will soar. The comics were great. But this B.B.C. gives us credibility. Why would the B.B.C. advertise in little old Redg? The B.B.C. is in 150 countries. Could you imagine the Exposure series on B.B.C. I would be buying even more redg than what I have now. Remember Benny's Facebook quote from March 21,2014....
"Huge News in the coming weeks that will make this all make sense".
Tomorrow will be 45 days since the quote.

Benny is a marketing guy. Prime time for the run would be Monday, Leading into Saturday FCBD. I believe next week will be the start we all have been waiting for. I believe we uptick as today moves on. Go Redg.

Brian34..justed called Pacific Transfer agent. I call twice every week. This is the first time in a 7 day span the O.S. count has not changed (1,525,694,394). You may be right. The convertibles may be finished.

MC10459...I think many more are starting to realize even at these levels you can still loose your ass off. I'm pissed because I usually do a pretty good job without getting scammed. At 96 million shares a week we are in trouble. Benny remains quiet. He knows that he is killing his share holder value. Yet he remains quiet.

On 2/25/2014 the outstanding share count was 629,853,934
Today 2/28/2014 the outstanding share count is 683,751,391
An increase of 53,897,457 in 3 days.....

Benny, it's O.K. to grow the company slowly. Selling the very soul of the stockholder is not the answer. These are the individuals who put their hard earned money into your company. They believed in you and your product. They will also be the individuals that give out the word of mouth advertising for you and Red Giant. You want us to have patience. Put yourself in our shoes. We hear very little from you. We understand you need to raise money, but you need to be more transparent to your stock holder. We are in this together.

MUST READ......Today I decided to call the transfer agent and check on the latest share count. Holladay stock transfer no longer handles Red Giant. Now it's Pacific stock transfer. On Jan 14th Benny had reported 519,863,073 shares outstanding. Today I found out the share count is now 603,853,934 outstanding. An increase of 84 millions shares in 36 days. That's 2,333,333 shares a day, seven days a week. I really was into what Benny has set forth. Now I'm concerned.

I have not posted in months. However I have been watching. As to Benny and his video.. I Believe that there is huge potential here IMO...I also believe Benny will be true to his word.

Positive moves Benny could make....
1) Start buying some shares with his own money.
2) Retire 100 million shares of his own stock.

Retiring shares would send a strong message to the investing community. He would still control voting rights. He could then catch back later with some personal preferred stock.
