So your answer is B. Gotcha.
What?? SPNG in WALMART??
Didn't people say something like.. "SPNG will never be in Walmart unless Hell freezes over"?
Damn, looks like we're in for some cold days ahead.
Truth and justice? Comon now.
We're all adults here, and invested our money in what we should have done our DD on. No one should *need* angels from the board to make their decisions for them.
If I lose all the money I invested here, so be it. I made the wrong choice. But having someone that I don't even know, say that "Oh you should be careful about this company, it's doing A,B,C,D,E shady things, GET OUT GET OUT".. that doesn't sound odd to you that there are such compassionate people out there?
You're missing the point.
Whatever the number of shares "dumped" was -- if there was a large dump, there should be plenty of shares to deliver, so there should not be any problems with FTDs being created. If the company was dumping shares, how is it that there were FTDs being created at the same time?
And I'm sure the negative posts are meant to help people, not help push the price lower, right?
So, if that was the case, a 500M share dump should create a ready supply of shares to deliver. Why are we getting FTDs after said dump?
Do we have to go through basics here?
Negative posts => Fear => People sell shares.
That should be common sense.
Ok, fair enough. However, if the O/S is so much higher, then why would there be a problem delivering the shares, and thus, FTDs being created?
If the supply is so large, there shouldn't be any problems delivering the shares, no?
Again, you are closer then Soapy *in your opinion*.
Show me a document that says the O/S is 2B (and no that copy/paste job doesn't count -- I mean a legitimate document) and then you have room to claim that you're right and Soapy is wrong. Otherwise, you're just stating something that you believe is true, not the actual truth.
The O/S *in your opinion* is 2B.
That doesn't make Soapy's figure wrong. It makes both your figures a guess until it is written on paper.
Well, if that's the case.. wouldn't it be easier for the stock to remain in the SHO list if the O/S was *lower*, not higher?
Oh really? Got a link to that document? I would like to see that.
You're right, that is your *opinion*.
You can't prove that the company has been diluting shares any more than I can prove that there's NSS plaguing this stock.
I am in agreement though -- we will see when the filings come out.
Again, you're avoiding the question. He asked about when the the A/S was 900M, not what it is now.
You're avoiding the question. He was asking you what you thought of the 900M A/S.
No worries, we all know what it means ;)
BTW I couldn't stop laughing at the "My 13 year old daughter is too old for Spongebob. No rude comments." message a while ago, hahahah...
Just a stab in the dark here, but maybe because September is not over yet?
It also went from 1 cent to 28 cents while the market was going down. Whooptie.
You know, that seems to be a really common theme nowadays -- who'd have thought one could be addicted to sponges, hahahah..
Sooo.. when the numbers are supposedly high, the SoS is infallable, yet when it's abnormally low, they're innacurate?
You can't have it both ways, you know.
Dang it, I was about to head to sleep and now I feel like I'm gonna miss out on some major drama if I do. Talk about soap opera!
Then, since you're such an angel and want to look out for everyone's interests, you'd be so kind to spend the $20 and post the document up, no?
Soapy, is it too far off a thought that when this thing hits you might host a get together but only have cognac available or something? Hahahah..
That's what I would think also -- but since we're catering to the thought that we can buy shares beyond the allowable A/S and O/S, I would think that if someone with enough cash *really* wanted to do it, it would be possible to.
I really don't know that it's feasible, though IMO it could theoretically be possible... *Shrug*
This is off the top of my head, but I believe the Bs have 100:1 voting power versus common shares.
Edit: Oops had the number of B shares wrong -- it's 25M shares of B type, so it requires 2.5B fake shares to override them (theoretically).
If this was indeed the case, that would imply everything up to now has been executed in such a way, that I would wonder how much time management took to fit all the damn pieces together.
No, I was calling Spongie a fairy. :)
Sure, if there's reading material out..
Yeah, I know. :P
Well I don't know about "10K", but the other part... :D
Couldn't have put it better myself. Awesome post.
You make it sound like that's a bad thing.. :)
You make it sound like that's a bad thing :P
No they didn't. Dicon was private at the time of the SPNG acquisition.
Get it right.
Ok, so since we're doing hypothetical cases here:
If it was Warren Buffett that's buying up all these shares, that would still be a "Who cares" scenario?
And don't bother with the response that you would give, "Oh Warren Buffett would never buy this stock", I already see it coming.
I don't really need your blessing for it, I've made up my mind long ago. You're entitled to your opinion, as I am to mine.
Soo.. you're saying they will never come out with a 10K?
You'll be able to see all that when the 10K comes out.
That's correct.
Yeah I know where you're coming from, I feel the same way a lot of times.. but think about it here.
If we're dealing with entities which have driven thousands of small companies to the ground, and have an almost unlimited amount of resources comparatively, you only get one chance to make it happen -- I think this is what it's all about, lining up all their ducks in a row, and springing the trap in the right moment, otherwise it might not achieve the desired result.
It stinks that the criminals are at an advantage from the get go -- I would love nothing more than to see them burned on this play, and burned badly. That means you have to get it right the first time...
