Need my pacemaker checked.
Anyone care to guess what this does to revenues?
Better late than never. Never seemed to be the norm.
Ground Hog Day, comes to mind.
You are an optimist, I figure my grandchildren will collect, hopefully.
Baseball fan, what happened to Old Timer? Thanks
Very impressive team currently on board. After several years of inept CEO's with a board to match, somehow the saying, " better late than never", will be tested.
These last seven years have been a nightmare. Current management seem to be geniuses compared to the last two incompetent groups. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
After three years of being CEO, his remarks were concentrated on the last nine months as though these were some how the beginning of his tenure. Typical update, he is learning new things all the time, another cash flow promise, just more BS. He is never going to get us anywhere. Our only hope is a very large investor finally has had his fill of this pathetic leadership and makes a much needed change at the top.
His golfing buddies call and give him softball pitches and he still can not get it out of the infield.
Simply put, small companies such as cryoport should give board members stock instead of cash. They would pay attention to what is developing with the company and perhaps make changes instead of ignoring the crooks of the world. All board members should have skin in the game as well as the top officers and their pay should be stock and salary with bonuses based on performance. For those of you that are investors especially in small companies this would seem to be a red flag watching how Stambaugh screwed the investors over several years. Live and learn.
Larry Stambaugh is a failed CEO that is out of his depth. Now that he is going to take over the responsibility for sales, the only conclusion that can be reached, is the Board of Directors are equally incompetent. We stock holders are royally screwed.
P T Barnum stock.
Within the last year it has been reported that stock holders are becoming far more pro active with complacent boards that have been negligent in their duty to over see the malaise of the value of their holdings shrink. CEO Stambaugh serves because the board share his incompetence.
Anyone want to take on the job and try and force some needed changes in direction? Or is it too late?
Groundhog Day (Feb. 2nd) and Cryoport, how appropriate.
I was trying to show clamper the volume surge he asked about with some annotations, that did not show up on the chart. It was just a 2 day chart with a 10 minute time frame for those days.
First significant up volume since March 7th. (122K) Maybe someone stumbled into a customer that wanted to try our product. We can only hope.
Why would we reveal that the life of the container has doubled? That should have been kept in house for additional profit. If we ever get any customers the only concern they would have would be to its reliability and cost. Telling Fed Ex and other shippers this seems juvenile. LS should read Atlas Shrugged, he is a moron in my opinion.
With the passing of Mark Haines of CNBC, it is to bad that he never had the opportunity to interview Larry Stambaugh. Some thoughts of what might have been. Perhaps the board would have some questions answered that they seem to be oblivious to.
You have more employees with titles than customers. Your progress seems to be lagging your BS. Why would you believe that you are the man for this job when so far results are non existent since you have taken over.
Stambaugh would seem to be closer to a shyster than an amateur. How many times has he rearranged the deck chairs on our sinking investment. New people with new titles equal new hopes that never result in anything positive. When he refers to cash flow positive he must be referring to his cash flow. His hiring tell you a lot about the incompetence that seems to run rampant throughout this organization. $30K a month, we have been had.
Our moderator seems to enjoy his current status and has probably set a new record for deleted posts.
With regard to the OC Metro's 2011 Green Team award, how nice, however the only green I am interested in is in my trading account. Get out there and make some sales for a change.
Wonder what they will run out of first, titles or money?
With the news of B O O B men vs A S S men, I checked with my wife to see if she had an opinion on my leanings from her respective to our big folly in CYRX. Her comment sent me to the dictionary to look up her threatening action to the word eunuch and my possible health dilemma.
Sure wish I never heard of this stock.
This stock reminds me of the story of a man being told by his physician that he only has one more year to live. He passes on this information to his friend who said without pausing that he should marry his sister, it will seem like five years.
What I think Dog was saying in a nice way, that you post far too much for what you actually bring to the board. Maybe I'm wrong and if so let me apologize in advance as you seem to posses rather thin skin.
The saying, spots on a leopard don't change, would seem to apply to our largest whiner.
Your rambling post reminds me of a student who is giving an oral book report on a book he has yet to read.
Listening to LS giving his update is inexplicable. He is totally out of his element and should be removed at once. Seemingly after two years as CEO he seems to be confused and uncertain as to his next step. Assuming the product is market ready, we need someone to make the results match the hype. Nothing happens until someone sells something and we do not seemingly have that individual. Apparently the board is as inimical as LS. While they dither, we will be soon become closer to the state of impecunious.
Cryoport, I did hear LS say that, I guess I was looking for an event with some PR. I always get the impression when I hear him say he can't speak for Fed-Ex, I always feel like the poor relative.
His presentation does not seem to be improving with time, although his own self importance seems to be on the upswing. They certainly are a torpid bunch when it comes to sales.
Ground Hog Day, again. No Fed-Ex roll out news. Nada.
Only CryoPort can make a week seem like an eternity.
My family is in the process of planning Thanksgiving, so far I am in the dark where it will be held. We could all use some positive news.
Damn Rangers.
Thank you for the reply.
Tiger, any chance of you prowling the conference and giving us a sense of your take of the crew from Cryoport?
Dennis Miller article-priceless.
Before you get too excited and celebrate our recent hiring, ask yourself is he the right person after a career, on paper, that would certainly confirm a successful individual in his twenty plus years. His last stop with Pfizer is certainly an impressive line on a resume. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that he left Pfizer with them begging him to stay, he has now taken the position of, Chief Commercialization Officer, with a tiny company that is hanging on by a thread and has been an under performing dog of a stock. That would seem to me, a rather jaded stockholder, that this is not a move up the ladder, but possibly a golf partner for LS.
Would rather have seen a much younger person with an upside potential to do what ever it takes to achieve success and pay him with results and not silly titles. I certainly hope that my negativity does not interfere with Mr. Bartholomew continued success. Wish him the best, as does my wife who reminds me far more often of my investment mistake, than does Croport updating us on any news.
DHL news is huge. By this agreement it is obvious to the market place this technology is a game changer.
I feel a little smarter this morning. Thanks Cryoport for the update.
Tiger, we accept your no comment necessary. Thanks for your silence.
Thank you discipline for your efforts and comments on the meeting. A few frustrated comments from me and my take on our current situation.
Hiring a third party to obtain information that is already known seems to be in keeping with large companies, not a cash strapped start up. A better idea would be to hire a top flight marketing team (small) and give them an incentive to move the ball forward, because this is not presently an asset that is on board.
-“ A typical conversation with a potential new customer. We explain the advantages of Cry cold shipping.”
Potential Customer: “This is a great idea. A lot better than what we have“
Cry: “Let’s get started”
Potential Customer: “What we are currently doing works. We can’t take the risk right now. We are resistant to change.”
If that is their close, it is amazing they have any customers. That is an objection and that is when the sales pitch should begin. My experience taught me when I felt that I was being put off for whatever reason, my next step was to contact their superior and go from there. It did not always work, but it worked more times than not. In today's business climate, everyone is looking to save money and increase productivity. Enough with the excuses, make it happen.
Our fate is probably in the hands of Fed-Ex. This is a terrible time to look for money in an environment that is filled with uncertainty as far as the eye can see. The two massive bills that were passed are loaded with new agencies that will continue to expand the Federal workforce until it crashes under its own weight. This administration is openly hostile to business, so a recovery in the near term is pretty much wishful thinking.
However if Fed-Ex sees the value as it relates to their forward guidance, then our money problem would be resolved somehow, probably at additional expense to us lucky mavens that spotted this gem years ago.
As for my take on management, I paraphrase Raymond Chandler, if character were elastic. this team would not have enough to make a pair of suspenders for a parakeet.
Some of us say Fed-Ex is not ready, others believe CryoPort is not ready. History tells us we are not ready to admit defeat, however the end seems near despite the never ending happy talk of unseen customers and revenues. LS is out of lipstick and money.
