Marshall Holdings International Inc.
Has the word leaked out that this company has signed a contract with Walmart and Sam's to supply them with their products?
Can this be the reason for the recent gap upwards with their stock?
Bears watching.
Wasn't just a few days ago the volume was up to 200 million a day and the investors still lose here.
And you keep on feeding a very voracious monkey.
sell your car, mortgage your house, same story.
I bet all these short sellers wished you had some cash too and all the other mullets that keep buying.
Don't you realize these same stories have been repeated for months now? They got you.
I'm going to the local District Attorney next week with copies of all of these closes etc.
No chart acts like this. If the UEC people are on the up and up they have nothing to worry about. If this is a scam well then heads will roll.
This is just TMBS.
I have heard of double bottoms, triple bottoms but 13 bottoms?
Perfect YO-YO pattern.
You know someone has complete control of this stock.
Looks like the dumpers are just letting more longs in so they can eat them.
better yet, disable the brakes.
Man that white candlestick sure looks lonely. I'd like to see a lot more like him come around.
No little last minute surprises for us. )
Let's hope we are off to the races. But with all the millions of shares that are out, someone is going to be hung out.
Wake me after lunch when this stock hits $3.00 or better. I'll cash in my chips.
I'm surprised. Mine went down $150.00 same company.
So much for the short selling ban the SEC put out.
Oh hum, samo, samo.
Another message from my broker. (I told him whats happening here.)
Dear Client:
Thank you for your e-mail. The regulatory authorities (such as the SEC
and FINRA) have procedures in place to detect naked short selling and
take appropriate action.
As in individual investor, you have the ability to contact these
agencies if you feel an instance is going unnoticed. You can obtain
contact information using the following web addresses:
http://www.sec.gov - U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
http://www.finra.org - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
Please let us know if you have any additional questions or comments.

A message from my broker.....
Dear Client,
Thank you for your email. The new short selling rules affect all
stocks. Scottrade has never supported naked short selling, so our
clients will see few modifications to their trading at Scottrade.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to call us.
Sincerely,

Interesting article this morning.
In a bid to shore up investor confidence in the face of the spiraling market crisis, the Securities and Exchange Commission temporarily banned all short-selling in the shares of 799 financial companies.
(Note that it says only financial companies)
Short selling involves borrowing a company's shares, selling them, and then buying them to return them to the lender later, when the stock falls. The short-seller pockets the difference in price.
ALL ABOUT SHORT SELLING.
Have you ever been absolutely sure that a stock was going to decline and wanted to profit from its regrettable demise? Wouldn't it be nice to see your portfolio increase in value during a bear market? Both scenarios are possible. Many investors make money on a decline in an individual stock or during a bear market, thanks to an advanced investing technique called short selling.
Short selling is neither terribly complex nor entirely simple. In other words, it's a concept that many investors have trouble understanding. In general, people think of investing as buying an asset, holding it while it appreciates in value, and then eventually selling to make a profit. Shorting is the opposite: an investor makes money only when a shorted security falls in value.
Short selling involves many unique risks and pitfalls to be wary of. The mechanics of a short sale are relatively complicated compared to a normal transaction. And, as always, the investor faces high risks for potentially high returns. It's essential that you understand how the whole process works before you get involved.
Looks sad for us now.
Here is the web site that posts the names of the firms that are exempt from short selling. We're not on it. All money businesses. What a let down.
These jakes can keep slurping from THIS money trouph as long as they want to.

WOW! 104,320,502 SHARES BY 2:48. aND IT AIN'T GOIN' NO WHERE.
KEEP YOUR SHIRTS ON, WE AIN'T THERE YET.
I know everyone is anxious for this stock to kick off but it's rare this happens without these fundamentals taking place.
If you don't know the basics, then cut and paste this to a file.
It will save you tons of money and disappointments later on.
For those who are looking for a double bottom, they don't occur until a relatively high volume which is followed by a rally (of at least 15%),and then a second bottom at least the same level (plus or minus 3%) as the first bottom on lower volume.
A rally back through the apex of the intervening rally confirms the reversal.
More than a month should separate the two bottoms.
A message from my broker......
If you are a customer who sells short, this notice is to inform you that an emergency order was recently issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding short sale transactions. Customers who sell short are now subject to potential buy-in on settlement date and any time thereafter without prior notification from the broker dealer, if the broker dealer cannot borrow or lend the security being shorted.
Click here or copy and paste the below link for further information regarding this SEC Emergency Order (Release No. 34-58572).

If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please contact your local branch office.
WOW!! Over 50 mil. shares traded before noon.
The monkey is still hungry, stop feeding it and perhaps it will go somewhere else.
The forum rules are that you can only comment about this stock.
Makes sense or otherwise, the pumpers will come here trying to puff up their picks.
More good news from the Feds.....
I sure hope they act fast, all my other stocks are taking a pounding like this one.

Keep buying, feed the monkey.
It's not a bargain when the monkey takes all your peanuts.
Naw, this isn't about outsmarting the company, its about outsmarting the other traders. Perhaps when fresh money comes in, we will out smart them.
I am smack dab in the middle of Ike, be here full force in about four more hours. If you don't hear from me anymore, that means I went with Ike. Oh well, I have lived a long life anyway and I have no fears.
Like alot of others I was sucked into it. Give me my money back and I will buy something else. Fair enough?
If this was in a court of law that would be called "PUFFING" or "BORAXING" using words to make something more attractive than it really is.
Kind of putting lipstick on a pig, but it still is a pig.
Have you seen this?
Does it make you feel like a sucker?

Who said Shell oil was buying Universal Energy Corp.?
Where was that post?
Attempting to make a dollar from a company's activities is never as useful as trying to make a buck off of other traders. An increase in a firm's profits does not DIRECTLY affect the value of your stocks. What DOES affect your portfolio is when traders bid up penny stock prices.
In a consolidation period, a penny stock usually trades within a narrow range for a few weeks or months. Thereafter, it is not unusual to see a sharp jump in the penny stock price, or a powerful sustained upward trend.
What's happening is that during periods of consolidation, the last sellers are unwinding their positions, while the proportion of new shareholders increases. When the supply of sellers is exhausted, look for the share price to spike upward
Maybe looking better. Triple bottom and the stock should ZOOM up.
But with this stock, who knows? Got that double bottom today.
We'll see tomorrow.
Told you so. :(
Before you start spending your money, remember in most cases stocks usually retest their lows. Look for a double or triple bottom.
IMO. I hope I am wrong.
