RPR, I agree with you on this -
Good. Keep thinking that. Really doesn't matter.
A quantum dot physical key has not been done before.
No other companies doing it or you would have mentioned it.
Doesn't matter what anyone here thinks of it,
it matters what companies think of it.
So Far, Ducati, Ferrari and Philip Morris seem to like it or
I don't think QMC would have posted about doing that presentation
in Italy. I guess we can wait and see. Post what you want.
Wrong again. Show me another blockchain company using a quantum dot physical key.
That by itself is unique.
If that's what you think you have not done enough DD.
The answer is out there. Everybody knows it..
From a detailed study on blockchain on a blog -
Quote-
Theoretically, data on a blockchain will be there indefinitely, but the development of quantum computing means the cryptography used today might not be secure in the (near) future.
You can find the quote under this section:

quote from the article Blockchain has a huge security flaw - can it be fixed?
"The major issue I cover, though, is the inherent flaw on page one of Satoshi’s paper. That elegant if pesky line about “computationally impractical to reverse” transactions. You see, the crypto behind cryptocurrency is actually public key. We are likely less than three years away from this being completely hackable by a quantum computer."
This was written in 2017.
I am posting this because preventing hacking is what a quantum dot physical key does that no other blockchain can do. .
You can google blockchain has a fundamental flaw to find other articles like this.
Based on recent articles, Quantum Computing as a threat to Blockchain may be further away than next year. It depends in part whether the scientists dedicate their goal to breaking complicated encryption or not. But, QC is coming.
Google is working on it and has had some success, and major corporations and governments are also working with quantum computing (for AI capabilities too.) Google has reached quantum supremacy – here's what it should do next
I can only conclude from your response to my post that you think
New Jersey is ready for Hemp QDLED. That's a winner. Patent it!
Want to add a company can have more than one blockchain application. For example, there's product tracking, and financial management could be a separate blockchain.
End to end track and trace of PM tobacco products to prevent counterfeit from getting into the supply chain. Go QMC!
Are Ducati and Ferrari in Italy? You bet. High end anticounterfeiting for expensive car parts. Mission Win Now!
Whoa! In the post Hartigan says, "Thank you #missionwinnow". I googled it-
What is
MISSION WINNOW?
Mission Winnow has a simple goal: drive change by constantly searching for better ways of doing things. From world-leading engineers and scientists to cutting-edge creatives, the people at PMI, and our partners at Scuderia Ferrari and Ducati, have the know-how to challenge the status quo, drive revolutionary change and to be champions.
I recommend you get connected to John T. Hartigan on LinkedIn or follow him because when he posts, it's news.
Remember Joe Namath, " Can't wait till tomorrow because I get better looking every day!" Go QMC!
Could be a spin-off IPO someday!
LOL this is an international company for a long time, Kurt. F1 not surprising, isn't there an F1 race in Austin? Imagine QDX Ledger! all their races and all their teams and drivers and stats on
Hartigan posts on LinkedIn that Squires and Williams were in Italy presenting Blockchain. Sorry can't cut and paste right now.
Did QMC pay money for the AMTRON or Blockchain deals? No! Sharp money management. Many ways to do a deal!
Its in the first blockchain PR-

QMC developing Capstan Platform blockchain, QDSC, QDLED, SSL, DISPLAYS AND ASSAM PROJECT.
If anyone has anything to contribute on these current activities, that is a relevant discussion.
The company is a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, with a representative of the firm leading the group’s healthcare working group when it launched last year.

I couldn't find it on Google Earth so I did the next best thing - The Magic 8 Ball.
It said, "Not enougth information".
I will wait for a company update, thank you.

If I knew company secrets I would not tell you. LOL
I have read about the concept of a QD physical key making blockchain immutable because the QD in whatever shape, form or combination produce an optical something that cannot be duplicated as opposed to algorithms used as keys which can be conceptually hacked, especially when quantum computing comes.
The company is honest. Plenty of information on the 3 PR since August 15.
The people they hired are capable and respected in the blockchain community.
CTO and CRO, not just "salesman" as if it is a derogatory term.
Company has a new business plan and is not responsible for display makers decision not to do license and royalties. :Low margin sales do not benefit the company as they are short term. This has been posted about in comparison to Nanosys in the last week. These questions of yours have been answered very recently.
As far as anyone knows India construction is on schedule. I also want an update but we do not decide what the company does - it will tell us in due time.
Thanks for quoting me - we have begun working on blockchain and anti-counterfeiting, as you know, the QDSC factory is being built as we speak, Solid State Lighting - we have a QDLED REC 2020 - maybe longevity testing is being done? and Displays - Displays are not going away - 8k, MicroLED, MiniLED will all need high quality quantum dots so this story is not yet written. Progress is being made, That what we all want.

Actually he mentioned 4 areas on the new www.quantummaterialscorp.com home page:
Anticounterfeiting - An industry-first combination of QDX™ Dot Nanotechnology and QDX™ Ledger Blockchain to underpin a patent-pending game-changing Anti-Counterfeit response.
Solar - QDXTM Dots absorb energy 24/7 from both visible and UV light making them the best option for solar cells.
Solid state lighting - QDX™ Dots are better suited to work in solid state lighting than those from other manufacturers.
And
Displays - Quantum Dots improve the performance and energy efficiency of very high-resolution computer, TV and smartphone displays. QDXTM Dots are stable, with long lifetimes, enhanced charge transport, and also exhibit high Stokes shift characteristics for improved clarity and brightness.
The rumor is at the top of the page before the biotech stock analysis...
Deep Pockets_BB&T Corporation $BBT Confirmation Announcement Of New Non Toxic Shareholder Friendly Line Of Credit For Quantum Materials $QTMM Next Week
Hmm looks like the post could be from July blog. Looks like a false alarm.
Looks like there is an August post after this one.
Thank you!
I found same blurb here-

Shareholder friendly must mean non-dilutive.
A line of credit with no revenue - Squires does it again!
Edit - I mean yes there is $7 to $10 million revenue coming, but not in pocket as far as we know. Could mean the funding source believes in QMC to a high degree based on prospective business?

Need a job? I googled 'blockchain work at home' and one of the first listings was LinkedIn with 5000 blockchain job listings. This category is only going to increase, IMO.
It's near to a complete record.
50 years from now historians will be using it to write the history of QMC.
LOL. Everyone should read!
I recommend starting with this board's IBox which is the most complete source of information you will find on QMC. Just toggle "show Intro" at the top right of the page.
New website that went live in the last week or so is www.quantummaterialscorp.com/
So far they left active the old website for historical background information, and visitors should realize the new focuses of the company replace the old focuses. The website is about 5 years old and was not actively updated. Same goes for the Solterra Renewable Technologies website.
qmcdots.com
www.solterrasolarcells.com
To some degree they give new visitors more perspective and some history of the company.
The new website is about the company now.
Quantum computing requires extremely cold temperatures, as sub-atomic particles must be as close as possible to a stationary state to be measured. The cores of D-Wave quantum computers operate at -460 degrees f, or -273 degrees c, which is 0.02 degrees away from absolute zero.Feb 23, 2018

QDX can handle high heat. I wonder if they can also work at extreme cold?. Will definitely need a special QD!
Its great the company responds to real questions with real answers by the CEO and CTO
That seems to be the purpose of the blog.
That's fantastic! If they can match up QD in pairs/groups that speeds up development of quantum computers. Big Breakthrough.
Then QMC could get into the single pair QD sales everyone wants us to develop.
Sell 'em two at a time.
Edit---
Remember I said that QMC wants to extract the fair/full value of the QD in the end product.
Be great if Squires could do that here, LOL!
Interesting quote from Squires on Saturday on the blog-

Greetings! I’m curious if plans exist for the India QD products to rely on blockchain anti-counterfeiting protection as an added source of revenue.

No, Assam is focusing on Quantum Dot solar as that is the focus of their license agreement
1. Blockchain is not licensed to the licensee Amtronics CC at this time.
2. QD production is licensed and would be needed for the Physical Key.
3. Could QMC go direct in India with the blockchain product and license Assam to make the Physical Key? Why not?
4. Assam's focus is on QDSC. Squires has said that before and reiterates it again here.
I have to believe that after Blockchain, which is already off and running as a division, Solar will be the next division after the First Inorganic Quantum Dot Factory is completed this year and is up and running! Just speculating - SSL and QDLED could be next, too.
a question and answer on the Quantummaterialscorp.com blog-
Q: You can secure products with QDX, the next step is to be able to read the QDX code conveniently for consumers and corporations. Why not have the Apple iPhone/Android able to scan/analyze the QDX for authenticity. This is an idea for the next step in this platform of Blockchain reliability.
CTO Jay Williams reply: Interesting idea! Great minds think alike! Stay tuned for more info related to how we make that happen soon!
--
Me: Looks like smartphones will be able to read the QDX Physical Key at some point.
That's easy and convenient and could spike interest and contracts and a move up in share price!

I think I spotted new content added to the home page - I remember it having only
"Trusting the Light"
Trusting the Light
NEW from Quantum Materials Corporation. An industry-first combination of QDX™ Dot Nanotechnology and QDX™ Ledger Blockchain to underpin a patent-pending game-changing Anti-Counterfeit response.
Full Value!
Because Squires always thinks longterm.
Selling QD is a short term death spiral as OEMs demand lower and lower prices.
It will happen to Nanosys. They have no fallback plan. Their five-year plan has no Rec2020 QD in it. They are doomed to sell medium quality QDEF film until the display industry moves on. The industry needs Rec2020 for future tech. QMC has it, Nanosys doesn't.
Re Displays, I don't think I said we want to "sell" our QD to OEMs.
