Watching COOP stock daily, since its inception, I have come to realize that its highly manipulated, and have stopped panicking when it drops (like the other day by by almost 3.00). As long as we don't have a 2008 collapse...I see zero need to to worry.I am enjoying the ride, waiting for my price point of 300.00-400.00 so I can bail, and live the good life! One to two years...IMO
By the way...According to NASDAQ 87.7%...56.7 M shares are held by institutional investors... Blackrock, holds 10.6M. As I've stated before, I absolutely hate Blackrock being involved. Although I have seen them move away from DEI, still do not like the way they strong arm businesses.
83.93 fantastic day!
Sure is...big mistake, unfortunately haven't had many opportunities to get rid of the baggage.
Yep...its a crap shoot, but I can say this....COOP has DOUBLED in the last year!
Fingers crossed,we double again from here to next May!!!!!
May 9 2023 42.38....and today 83.00++++
Super happy to be wrong!!!
83.04!....doubt it will hold.
By the time I edited, its back under....
Some volume this morning....anyone want the 20 million I have been sitting on for 16 years?
Great to see COOP hold 81's today.
FED's meet next month, if they announce .50+ rate cut, depending on where COOP's at...(IMO)100.00 is not out of the question.
Rockin' @ 81.98!
Incredibly low volume, for a company that kicks a$$ just about every quarter.
I know that shares are available for purchase anytime, because I've bought and sold, without any issue.
Everything we've read ,says the stock is a solid buy with great upside...so where are the buyers?
Solid numbers today ..IMO,$100next call,$120 by year end.
Next year...maybe $200 by year end
But,will need much lower rates, and more inventory...to get there.
I've noticed in past earning calls that they tend to run it down ,from open until webcast...then up we go.
I'm sure the same will be true today, since I've not read anything negative to suggest anything but blue sky ahead!
100% true, the "disclaimer" was added recently.
Living in a alternate reality, where what you post no one understands ( on purpose)...and then claim victory,by twisting what was said.
"COOP is the tell"...became "I told you to buy COOP,when it was 5 bucks". LOL,what a joke.
Nothing like jumping on the COOP board to brag about your so called "achievements",when you have none...lol!
19.4% that number is BS...it's a lot more than that.
I used to go to the grocery store and with 100.00,come away with a decent amount of food, now that same 100.00 buys about half the groceries.
Also ,last three years, we've been looking to move....housing prices are through the roof, and thanks to high interest rates, few houses are on the market, and if by chance you find a house to buy, there are 20 other offers. Bidding wars are the new norm, so we decided to rent, and see what happens next year.
The big bright spot is the stock market....no matter what is happening in the world or here in the USA...just keeps going up. I'm hopeful that COOP gets to 200.00-300.00 in the near future, so I can get out before the sheet hits the fan.
Agree 100%...200.00+ is where we should be TODAY.
That being said,I'm super happy that we have started to see COOP consistently move in that direction... holding gains and adding to the PPS.
And needless to say, It was absolutely misery when we spent almost two years ,locked in the 40.00's,with what appeared to be no end in sight...thank God that's behind us
Here is my prediction from January....

IMO...If by Feb earnings call, COOP is close to 70.00...with good guidance, 80.00 is a lock 1st qtr. call.
Rates coming down, housing market should be robust this summer...2nd earning call, should push COOP to 90.00+... continuing the great momentum, should see 100.00 3rd qtr. and 4th qtr 120.00.
Its time...lets go!
One share traded @ 81.88.
76.61 with a volume surge!
Thank you very much...wondering what the cumulative amount is? Have you been keeping track of that, also??
75.62...its early, hope we end up over 75.00 today!
JWW,do you by chance have the $ amount that COOP has spent buying back shares?
Dp.eom
Why because you were called out for your self perceived greatness?
Now come on, fess up to the board, how many turd stocks have you promoted to your "followers"?
9000 posts...lol...get a life.
What "truth" have you spoken...IRNT? LOL good one!....how many people over the years have you led done the path with your "truth" LOL.
You ride high on your horse....fail to see your own short comings, and they are many.
Oh,and by the way...I don't wear a pink hat.
What have I spun....?Nothing. I never promoted escrows...never!
You think I believe the escrow nonsense....posted by RD,LG and others? Moons ago, I wished it to be true....but I live in the real world, and I do not think after 15 years, money will magically appear.
I will admit that I complain about the COOP back and forth stock price....makes me sick that its manipulated so heavy. All I want is for COOP to get to X price so I can get out...I've held and added for 16 going on 17 years...I know the BIG pay day is coming ,and I'm 100% COOP positive...but my patience is wearing thin.
Be a better person, stop attacking....it serves zero purpose, makes you look shallow.
How about the clown that recommended IRNT....that would be you! One of many, BS stock picks you promoted over the years....how'd that work out for you, tough guy? BANKRUPT!!!!!
Must be nice, living in your parents basement....waiting for someone to post a contrary view to yours ,so you can chastise them.
Not that it matters, but there was a time, I thought you were a smart savvy poster, and followed you....but over time,I have come to realize that you are nothing but a small, tiny little man, with a huge ego, and a big keyboard.
You should try and be a better person...
Every time I think COOP has turned the corner, and blue sky's ahead....we have another price setback.
At this pace...it will take years for this to reach my planned exit point.
I'm busy at work...can't check, did they drop the price to fill a large order?
Sure did....we've seen the infamous COOP bell curve (up early, down late),all too many times...8-ball didn't stand a chance, against the MM's!
Magic 8 ball predicts that COOP will close today @ 68.99....lol!
68.10! eom
Very interesting..."preliminary numbers released"...I don't remember COOP ever putting out an 8K like this, please correct me if I'm wrong?
COOP yoyo continues...eom.
20k Volume, up 1.33...lol.
JWW, IYO why is/has COOP been trading far below book value?
BTCQF?
you have... and I agree! eom
Noted...thank you for the correction.
I'm sure MM's manipulate all the stocks (to some degree)...that's how they make money....but,IMO COOP manipulation is at another level!
I used to think real estate was the way to go...but 2008,changed my thinking...and looking at today's prices, IMO, another collapse is on the horizon.
Just for giggles, I looked up Gold prices...1980, 2500.00...fast forward to the year 2000, 450.00....yikes!!!! Now granted its up pretty good right now,but whats to say what happened in 2000 won't happen again.
Disclaimer...I don't buy or trade gold, nor do I follow precious metals...so maybe the data I present is skewed, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Well,I look at today (and many days like today)....and I question, what would make a stock come out of the chute, almost exactly what it went up by yesterday?more or less wiping out yesterday's gains?....first thing in the morning? with no news and very little volume?
I also question, how in the past, it has traded in a very narrow band for an extremely long period of time, not effected by earnings reports, COOP news, housing market conditions, stock buy backs etc.
IMO, COOP should be in the 100's...if not 200's by now.
