This is awesome! I think this will turn into another Jones Soda run!
Volume has stayed up, seems to be slowly climbing now. I think when the big investor groups (promoters) get behind this we will see this stock explode!
BDGR stock is like cheap gold.
People around the world won't stop driving their vehicles, they won't stop using gasoline, and they will keep using oil.
Oil derivatives are used to make synthetic fibers, plastics, industrial chemicals, wire insulation, paint, solvents, intermediate prerequisites, binders, polymers, insecticides, phenolics, aviation fuel, etc, and everything in this country and around the world would stop without it. I'm all for switching to other types of fuels, but we have been depending upon oil since the early 1920s and the world's infrastructure is built upon it.
This is the cheapest oil stock I know of - when sentiment turns again towards oil stocks (down now because of the spill in the gulf and BP) I believe this will go up like crazy, if only because the entire industry is doing well.
With China and India growing exponentially in their demand for oil, it's just a matter of time before oil becomes the next gold.
We could end up rationing gasoline - it's happened before, and with this spill in the gulf and Obama trying to shut down drilling in the gulf entirely, inventories could hit a record low and that could send the price way up.
I can understand why investors in Germany would see this company as a great opportunity, because rich people buy when prices are low - not when they are high. This stock is nearly free - even if it goes down to .0001 with no bid, that can change very quickly! I remember when ASFX was at .0002 and then in 2 months it shot up to over 6 cents a share!
Investors in Germany know a great investment when they see it. The potential here is unreal - people won't stop driving their SUV, they won't stop using gasoline, and they will keep using oil.
With Obama trying to shut down oil drilling in the gulf, there will be bigger demand for Black Dragon's resources. Oil is in big demand, and will be for a long time to come - no matter what, because there is too much political clout behind it, and everything we have and buy (including clothing and food) depends on it.
With China and India growing exponentially in their demand for oil, it's just a matter of time before oil becomes the next gold.
The number of Authorized shares for HFBG - typical for penny stocks. A recent rally in another stock on this board had over 30 billion shares. This company has 4.7 billion, which is about 1/6 of that amount (16.66%).
Why would LT support HFBG 100% and then in one day change? If LT had issues with Ross, a GOOD CEO would have resolved the issues in a patient manner - he wouldn't announce to the world in a PR, "Oh, I just can't get Ross to communicate with me." A good CEO would know it is better to walk away quietly and let the company handle PRs in a more positive manner. There could have easily been a statement, "Larry has decided to pursue other interests," or "Larry has decided to spend more time with his family," etc - why turn this into a scandal when it was totally unnecessary?
And why would LT not realize that compensation to him and his company is not possible until HFBG had some sales and profits? Any good CEO knows this takes time - was he expecting to be paid by the end of June? That notion is absurd.
Last week people were bashing Larry - now there are some trying to exonerate him? According to the posts I have been reading from all over the internet, Larry is a known, pathological liar - FACT FROM HISTORY - e.g., Hat Trick beverage. This fact has been reiterated on the Yahoo board as well. All liars blame their actions on others - period. This is how they justify themselves. "It's not MY fault" could be their epitaph.
Now that Larry is gone, let's move on and be patient while this company moves forward.
I wonder if LARRY THE LIAR SHORTED HFBG. Great strategy - short a bunch of shares, then release bad news! I wonder if other shorters were in collusion with him? Founder (Ross) still has his side of the story to tell; anyway, buyers of HFBG stock are coming in like crazy.
Someone here (not using profanity or stupidity) tell us about Ross - history, why you say he is bad (not just blanket statements with no references) - I'm not after anything except actual information - not just hot air.
Next PR from distributor: "We are buying HFBG (for nothing), and plan to turn this around." Same thing happened with SSEV. The crooks are gone!
LARRY THE LIAR IS GONE! DAY TO CELEBRATE! Liars always find a way to blame their problems on other people! Ross is the founder & CFO! Wait for his side of the story!
Two sides to every story - Larry Twombly is known as a liar - maybe Ross will come back with another PR.
Larry Twombly is gone! Good news! People have been complaining about this guy - he's gone! Just like SSEV - when the CEO left, the stock went up like a rocket.

$HFBG:Penny Stock Price Gainers for June 7
by The Dean
Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (OTC: HFBG.PK) closed the day at $0.0009, up 28.57% from Friday’s close. The Dean suspects many traders are waiting for this company to officially “Say Goodbye to Caveat Emptor.”
Are the stock promoters still recommending HFBG?
What do they think about this company?
This situation with increased shares, share price drop, etc, are typical of penny stocks. Example, GOIG had a CE rating, then went to over a penny, then dropped to .0004, and then went up over .06; small companies have to pay bills, and we are close to the end of the month.
Their reasons (good or bad) for authorizing more shares, etc, can be debated all day long, but for me, there is one thing that stands out. If this was a scam company, they wouldn't have gone to the trouble to get rid of the CE rating. There are LOTS of pinks with CE ratings, they scam people, and then walk away.
But this company got rid of the black eye "CE" rating, and they are communicating with shareholders way more than most pinks (e.g., IVOI, which almost NEVER communicates). I think the stock could go down to .0002 by the end of the month, but my opinion is that we could see a big rise by the end of the first week in August.
Just like kindling temperature on paper or wood; as things heat up, they become flammable. Things are heating up for HFBG! Anyone familiar with what this company knows that great news is imminent!
When this stock is released by the SEC (since LLBO hasn't done anything wrong), I think it will take off like a rocket. The anticipation of the FDA news is building more every day.
That is exactly what I was thinking - that the chart for HFBG looks exactly like the one for ZVTK when it ran to over a penny! This is exciting!
How long did it take for GOIG to get their CE removed? Does anyone remember? The stock price was way down (I think to .0004) and they had the same situation as we have now. I think they even had about the same size float at that time. Then, it rallied to over a penny, and then up to over .06 a share. I wonder where we will be come the beginning of August?
If history repeats from last week, we should close up today, maybe +.0004 from the low.
If there is a "Global Lock" on buys and sells for this stock, how does it keep showing volume every day? Are the MMs trading between themselves, and why would they do that, given the situation?
Miles168 - thanks very much for your post! It is encouraging to me and I'm sure everyone here. I will keep buying shares; I think this could be another SPNG run with the low float and the public awareness campaigns of their products. If some company buys them out, the share price will go way up - beverages are a super high-profit business, and I know that their profits will be big!
Key Market Issues
* A significant trend is towards 'hybrid' products that blur category boundaries. This can be helpful in getting marketers to focus on the functional needs of consumers rather than thinking in terms of traditional product groups.
* Multiple attributes will increasingly become the norm. Competition and demand for convenience will mean that products will increasingly have multiple ingredients, multiple flavors and multiple benefits.
* There will be a greater diversity of serving sizes as consumers demand shots on the one hand and larger packs with multiple servings for take-home use on the other.

"If someone needs something specific, there are ingredient- and flavor-enhanced beverages for every need. From focus to energy, weight loss to immune system boosting, these beverage trends are all the more popular as the society remains as busy and as productive as even. This is part of the New Age Beverage Category that includes energy drinks, vitamin waters, flavored waters and more. Companies like Glaceau with their Vitamin Water, Red Bull, Fuze, Sobe, Jones Soda, and others are the leaders with many new companies and new types of beverages emerging every week.
Beverages are hot, especially new companies in new beverages. What will be the next big boom? Water... Bottled water is big in the USA but it will get much bigger. We will start mimicking Europe and their tradition of bottled mineral water where we'll buy cases of mineral water to keep in the house instead of 5 gallon containers or tap water."

"Now let me tell you a bit about Energy Drinks. Energy Drinks are the new Super Profitable products. Everybody makes money, the manufacturer, the distributor and the retailer. You see, Energy Drinks sell for $1.99 to $2.40 at the stores for 8 to 16 ounces. This is incredible if you consider that you can buy a soda that's the same size for $0.50 to $0.75. Even a 20 ounce soda runs you about $1.25.
Distributors love the product because they make about $8 per every case they sell compared with about $2 to $4 for their other products. Retailers love it because they can make from $16 to $20 per case."

Here are the facts, like it or not:
"Americans spent more money last year on bottled water than on ipods or movie tickets: $15 Billion. A journey into the economics--and psychology--of an unlikely business boom. And what it says about our culture of indulgence."
"Bottled water has become the indispensable prop in our lives and our culture. It starts the day in lunch boxes; it goes to every meeting, lecture hall, and soccer match; it's in our cubicles at work; in the cup holder of the treadmill at the gym; and it's rattling around half-finished on the floor of every minivan in America. Fiji Water shows up on the ABC show Brothers & Sisters; Poland Spring cameos routinely on NBC's The Office. Every hotel room offers bottled water for sale, alongside the increasingly ignored ice bucket and drinking glasses. At Whole Foods, the upscale emporium of the organic and exotic, bottled water is the number-one item by units sold."

People buy soda all the time. The bottle is empty, and they buy more. They don't think about spending a dollar or two at a time, but it adds up. Try and figure out how much money you have spent on beverages over the last year. I doubt if many people have any idea how much they have spent. This product is cheap to make, and sales are based more on emotion than anything. What does "The Real Thing" mean? I have no idea. But I buy the product all the time.
Who needs a reverse merger with this company? We have a simple-to-understand product with a huge demand that meets a need in a niche market. It sounds like they are keeping their costs down by doing single production runs and then basing future production on demand for each product, sales history, and financing the company on sales rather than stock dilution. This isn't just another "development stage" company; it is a company with a defined product that was designed and developed on proven, real-world sales statistics, markets, and techniques. This isn't a highly technical product, such as an improved spectrophotometer - it's just a very simple-to-understand product that everyone needs and wants.
HFBG isn't just another stock - it represents new, innovative products that are going to hit the market very soon. Management is experienced in making these things work, too. It's not about a person working in his garage, who has no way to make his/her voice heard. It's a great product, with catchy names and branding, with an emphasis on the health benefits, and a distribution system that is already in place.
Gatorade was once a new, novel drink idea for sports; HFBG already has distribution channels in place (it's my understanding that Gatorade didn't have those in place when they started selling their product). Gatorade's marketing thrust was it's a healthy product that replaces plain water. HFBG drinks do the same thing. It's water, but a lot more.
Beverages - huge profit margin - All the fast-food places make their profits on their drinks. It's my understanding that they barely make anything on their main food selections. How much does it cost to make a 32 oz cola, and Wendy's charges $1.89. Nowadays, people are looking for new beverages, ones that have health benefits as well.
HFBG has a great future - the last press release states:
Hall of Fame Beverages along with its strategic V-Group partners is a team of visionary and seasoned beverage industry executives who intend to leverage their expertise and their established resources in beverage commerce to make Hall of Fame Beverages one of the industry's big winners via its signature brand product line called A.N.D. (Antioxidant Nutritional Drinks), as well as through multiple innovations just on the horizon.
We broke through resistance today as compared to the most recent peak - good sign; I expect to see more and more volume. This company has a real chance of achieving exponential returns.
Last rally was in April, 2009, and HFBG went to 25 cents a share!
This stock reminds me of Jones Soda in the days when it rallied. That rally was amazing!
The float on this stock must be low - it took very little volume today to send it up. I plan to buy more tomorrow, because I think this company has a great future!
Is this being naked shorted? I didn't see anything on Buyins.net regarding this stock being shorted. I am amazed at the volume, and how little price movement there was. I bought in at .0008, but with all the profits and potential of this company, the price seems to be frozen. I am considering buying more shares, but I would appreciate any comments from people - I am new here.
It jumped from 390million to 493 million in one second - it looks like MMs are holding back buys and keeping the price down. ENTI did the same thing; it stayed in an almost "frozen" state for about a week and then took off.
PRICE KEEPS GOING UP, VOLUME IS OVER 2 MILLION SHARES NOW, AND THIS STOCK HAS A "GLOBAL LOCK" ON IT...
Sure it does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
