my point was that even with everything he knows he couldn't cause this stock to move by making statements on a message board right now lol (unless people knew it was him, then he could say I give this stock a thumbs up and it would explode haha) Never said he would, basically hypothetical
Eddy even if they weren't saying anything one person's rambling on stock message boards would never move this stock with the amount of shares and lack of news out. Not even your beloved Warren Buffet (unless people knew it was Warren Buffet talking) could convince people to make this move on no news haha
PS I'm no grammar nazi... but damn lol
"squese out the eccess"
i once again stopped reading at that haha
Hey Eddy, how many shares of UVSE did you trade today? The price has been fluctuating like crazy you must be making a killing!
"If you did understand what he is saying I would be concerned about you."
I laughed enough from that to actually log in and comment lol
and I try not to be a grammar nazi but jeeeezzzz
"20% of six billion, what is that, one point five billion shares"
follow math like this at your own risk haha
I don't know if they'll hit that high but I can at least see a run like the last one before it drops off or is split. People are sued all the time. They 99% just want some action out of this company because its been flat-lined. Why sell off assets when you can make five times the amount just sitting around? Threaten a suit and push the issue. After all that takes place who knows, watch the company folds and the next week NG shoots up to 15 bucks haha
It was a good day trade about a month or so ago... whenever that "pr" was haha. Its a horrible day trade considering you might not even be able to unload all of your shares in an entire day... or days. Are you sure you have years of trading experience?? You wanna day trade something go look at all of the legite companies that have plummeted and gotten stuck in the 1 to 4 dollar range, theres a good amount. PS crack is illegal in the US...........
I figured it would at the least be used mostly for that if not all but someone else mentioned acquisitions and I thought to myself oh wouldn't that be beautiful haha don't ruin my hopes and dreamsssss mikey lol
Even though the stock price may not move with prices right now due to dilution etc, ng price will help the company climb out of debt
if they didn't have to announce a buy back due to being in the pink sheets that could be a good thing if they did it silently.
Someone else just mentioned hoping the majority of the A/S going towards acquisitions which could be bought cheap now and with the increase in ng ( defintely bound to increase) would make buying back stocks a lot easier with the eventual increase in revenue. Of course that scenario would be a lot more likely if there were no CD holders to worry about =/ lol
And from the link the other day somebody buying that office would be a great moment in UVSE history hahaha would almost cancel out their debt.
Just possible positives, I'm fully aware the recent announcement leans heavily toward the negative side in possible outcomes.
also when that inflation hits from obama throwing out all that money he doesnt have its gooing to be nice for oil and natural gas prices... if only uvse could print its own money as it needed it =/ haha
If Raley were to max out the share count would that limit the naked shorting by the CD's? Assuming that way after they naked short they wouldn't be able to request more shares from Raley because its physically impossible and make it a lot more risky on their part as opposed to the sure thing.
And as far as the whole toxic financing, I don't think most companies had any other choice with the recent state of the economy. People weren't willing to give out the money. So obviously getting them out of the way is his priority. My main question is IF they do get them out after an A/S, prices go back up, etc, would he choose to go with the R/S or buy back... R/S split seems like the easy route that obviously nobody here likes.
I wouldn't take a paycheck the size of his until my company was actually making money and I could afford to. Put that toward the company and give yourself a nice bonus at some other date. If he is as wealthy as stated he doesn't need the paycheck anyway ;)
So I was wondering since the 10K is going to be out late do you think the 10Q will be pushed back an entire month behind too or they'll come out around the same time? Even 1 will at least give people around here something new to talk about haha.
Don't hate on the abacus!!!!.... you never have to replace batteries haha
I've had that happen before with etrade. A company had a letter added to it and it went to 0 for about a day before they updated it. I ran to check if that company had gone bankrupt but just a delay in the update.
AS far as supply and demand goes, overpopulation just keeps multiplying and all supply is limited. The price of oil and ng would be related but its only a matter of time before everything goes up. Either that or dramatically reduce the population. I'm young enough to let it sit if need be though I'd prefer sooner rather than later myself. I'm hoping on a good 10Q... 10 K wouldn't hurt and of course bankruptcy and reverse splits would bring a tear but I'm feeling positive.
I don't know if it'll hit last summers prices anytime soon but a nice increase in ng wouldn't hurt our chances of avoiding a r/s. I think last time around this was very possible

if it was anyone other than goldman I'd laugh about that article... haha
I agree that was my best case scenario, but what you said is much more likely.
Well I checked NESS's boards the other day and they really are all religious fanatics that bought into that. I wouldn't doubt if the owner's did make it appear like a better deal than it was to Raley knowing they'd all think it was a miracle and start buying up shares with their life savings again. I feel like the most positive news that could come from the "Ness deal" would be if they really are sitting on something valuable and just don't know because they never bothered to actually check haha
why_meil I wasn't talking about you in particular, and you leave reasoning with your posts too. I've been on here reading for a long time myself actually just haven't posted so I've seen all of yours. Just any stock when I see people leaving comments like run for the hills, especially when they never said anything previously. The board needs some negative views to keep things in perspective and have both sides, all happy gets people into trouble on any stock especially right now.
my opinion is that it moved with no news but right around election time which was news in itself and if Kamal had any kinda of sense he'd do anything but what he's been doing right now if he needed to raise money. Maybe everybody's friend Jimmy can leave some actual info sometime soon haha.
And a lot of brokerages won't let you. They won't let you put stop limits on pennies either which would really help some times haha you have to watch these things like a hawk
I realize in the past with reverse splits and the like they haven't been the best... but for the people that are outwardly trashing it on these forums why would you still be here telling people to run UNLESS you were shorting it. Just saying. And as for the last huge drop, the whole rest of the market was taking a beating why wouldn't a stock that was in debt and not releasing news. This could very well be them playing games but this is also a great time for oil and natural gas as both candidates were pushing for alternative energy. Obama doesn't want off-shore drilling (which is probably a bad idea overall) and being back on forth on coal it sounds good for natural gas and this company can benefit greatly IF Kamal doesn't run everyone off beforehand.
yea i know, mighty big IF haha but they're in the right industry right now
