WOW!!! Can't believe all that's happened. I walked away for a while to make some cash since business has been good lately for my company.

Anyways, I always was one that privately wanted to blast NUBV-MAN, and I never did. From now on I think to best suit myself I will just call it like I see it PERIOD! No matter who's feelings it hurts. Honestly, I could care less, since a lot of people here seem to be FOS most of the time anyway.

Personally, I think NUBV-MAN was someone directly from NutriPure or XND. I saw it suggested many times, and I get the feeling whoever originally said it was spot on. He's an insider at the company pumping the stock. Besides, wouldn't an outsider playing a game with us come back and say, "AHHAHA you MORONS! I got you to buy worthless stock!!! LOL!"??? Watch I'll make a prediction, now that I just busted whoever NUBV-MAN really is by suggesting a little immature kid playing a joke would come back and try to start something, he will now show up and do exactly what I said.

Regardless, I'm not here to bash Nutripure Executors. It seems lately all's most can do is vent and blame it all on the company. Doesn't matter the whole stock market is in free fall, ya still on a daily basis see the uncontrollable whining about the water not being release Oct 1st. Screw the fact that MAJOR corporations are failing, this little start up should be super water bottling company!!!

SOME people on here act like bigshots, and I wonder, why don't they just make a similar product themselves. Tasteless Order less Vitamin Water. It ain't like they can patented the IDEA. Just the method they use to accomplish it can be patented. Matter of fact, according to canplayer others are already doing the same method anyway.

Gia I do appreciate your efforts. Since you are working your buns off to help I guess I can't and shouldn't criticize. However, I would like to suggest that MANY are thinking without a recorded tape of the meeting ((((they are given no reason to whine any less then they did before. Nothing in the meeting said means anything if the investors can't hear it for themselves. Hence to the Average Joe Investor here that meeting is a farce.)))) It's not like I agree with that assessment but you gotta realize the overall maturity level we are dealing with on these boards. Since its low, they will find any excuse in their heads to discredit you and your efforts. Even if they don't say it out loud, they might express it in the fact your words don't calm them down, or make them feel their best interest is in hand. Hence, more and more attacks come on this company. All's I'm trying to say is that recording was as important as the meeting itself. As good of a person as you are, you can't be their judge (other investors judge) of what was said and how it was said... ya know where I'm coming from???

This is why I begged for a forum board outside of ibox (originally I suggested it on nubv.org) to weed out negative attacks that would prevent future investors from investing. The same thing that hampers our ability to unite for a common goal. People going ape on this company and its stock does nothing but make it all worse. It's kinda why I thought twice about joining the cause of the new nubv.org website. I didn't know the full intentions and goals of nubv.org. I worried it would become an attack dog for angry investors on ibox. Which is EXACTLY the problem with MANY iboxes to begin with. So, in other words, we already have a place to blast everything and anything Nutripure, it's called ibox. Where shady people come about and pretend to be best friends with executors of the company, and other claim to be some X-partner of Steve who ripped him off. It's all BS without legal proof. PERIOD!!!

With structured forums on nubv.org (something in my opinion should have been priority #1) we could do the following:

#1: First and foremost... hold people accountable, make them prove their statements with FACTS and evidence, or tell them to go (*!&*?@% OFF!!

#2: Moderate, ban, and delete users/messages which are felt to be a vent. We even could provide a Forum subsection called Venting, and to prevent any injustice just move the message there if it's felt to be venting.

#3 Control the content of messages, and yet be more inclined to the rights of one's free speech at the same time. In other words, don't suppress anyone, but give them the PROPER venues for the according topic. Kinda similar to #2 but there is a difference in the two topics of #2 and #3.

#4 Provide a UNIFORMED (something ibox simply JUST ISN'T) categorized way of organizing users post to make it all viewable comprehensive information. That's my biggest complaint about iboxes they look like a person's brain that threw-up all over the screen.

I thought, I can provide a forum like this. However, I looked at the cost to me, and decided #1 I could never be guaranteed the forum I provided would just not become another venue to canplayers and NUBV-MAN(boys) to play their little games of venting immaturity and ridiculous insanity like a 13 year old kids. Secondly, without funding behind it, I couldn't afford such a time consuming effort on my own. Once, the word of money/cost/expenses was uttered that's when I realize it wasn't happening.

Forums are not cheap to setup, and the time it cost you to maintain them is enormous. Ask anyone that maintains forums with guidelines, they will tell you the same. NUBV-MAN did offer to send money to help fund the idea, but... well... we all know how that turned out. :)

Yeah, I totally understand. Money is tight on all ends, and it would be good to get a bigger more resourceful group of people to fund our efforts, which of course is all about the water. I had hoped I would have been able to contribute more, but then again maybe in the future you will need something for the site and I can help. I do think the site needs a forum page. A good forum where we can organize our thoughts. Perhaps, one similar to the one I put on the example site I designed.

Btw, I obviously will not be able to make it to the meeting. However, IMO the three most important things are:

1) a recording of the meeting, so less fortunate people can listen to exactly what was said. Someone paraphrasing to everyone what was said, didn't work in the past and won't work now.

2) Pictures would be nice, but not necessary. However, I will say if they are willing to allow you to take a picture for nubv.org it might make some people rest easier. (i.e. they aren't trying to hide)

3) In my view it's all about the water, and I'm sure this will be discussed. Most importantly we need total justification to WHY the water needs to be launched in Japan at this moment. It seems wasteful, and bloated. With the lack of funds they have at their disposal it would seem a smaller more directive launch should be adopted.

Heck if they successfully launched in one state the stock would rise at least +10 points from 0.0001. That would then give them more revenue to use to launch let's say the whole southwest. <--- Even canplay would agree with me here.

Well, to be honest I haven't heard from Kevin since I initially spoke with me via email. My guess, at this point, is he's happy with the site he has. I discontinued working on my version the site, though I got the email issue working finally. :)

Personally, I think it would take a lot more time and effort for me to get my version of the site really where it needs to be. There are also bandwidth issues which I would have to take into account.

In the end, I think my growing concern (which I never previously thought about) is that I could withstand 50% of the cost, but needed to be reimbursed the other 50% somehow, through donations etc. I simply can't afford it.

It's was not in my original plan, but then again, nor was the current financial crisis which burden me with more cost. Regardless of all this, though I wish this wasn't the case I highly doubt my version of the site will ever see the light of day, without some kinda support. :(

Nope I just got it to send email in general for the first time. So that part is fixed. However, the website email verification tool must have a coding problem like your suggesting. It's php and I know the .ini is correct. Just gotta fine the problem. :(

I don't know if you sent my yahoo account an email. I looked but didn't see one. Regardless, I'm having some issues on my server with sign-up email confirmation. Actually my server will not email out at all. Until I figure this issue out, it's pointless to show you the work that I've done.

Hmmm, how does that make sense. If they are TRYING to really do something you are sayign we should try to prevent it? Why would you contact the Japanese government or better yet what would you say when contacting them?

Seems to me you don't sabotage the product in another country while they are trying to get approval. I'm lost on this request.

Not to be a joykill but "formulation samples" doesn't necessarily mean water in a bottle. It could just be the formulas on paper for the Japanese version of FDA approval.

Probably by this evening I'll have something to present Kevin. I'm pretty much finished the basics I'm just working on details, and fixing small bugs here and there as a test the functions. :)

In no way do I find the website is bashing the stock. It's an attempt to try to better organize our efforts to get answers from NutriPure and it's executors. I could give you at least 10 sub penny stocks that have iboxes where the people just sit there and complain but do nothing about it.

Either way people are going to sit on this ibox and complain, try to start false rumors with no factual edvidence, all the while trying to ruin the value of this stock for persdonal reasons. Some of those individuals don't even own a share in the NUBV, they just get off in watching others lose, and belittling them for their decesion to invest. Others actually come on this ibox to bash the stock because they want people to join their scam stocks ibox, which is only for personal benefit. One particular person who frequents this ibox has been busted doing it over and over.

In light of all that, we can use nubv.org to provide nothing but the facts and not allow opinions to get in the way of fact. Let this ibox be the opinionated place it is and should be, let nubv.org prove itself thought time with nothing but the facts, and remove any content which we find to be untruths.

That is my hope for the website, and Kevin so far has given me no reason to think he plans any different. In the process hopefully we can also encourage others to see that the investors in this stock are trying to push the price UPWARD, and beleive in the product they invested in. Where as many other iboxes and it's stock in general are just full of investors that don't care about the product just care about the bottom line, profits.

As I understand it, this site was only started by kevin because of his belief in the product. If he didn't beleive in the product perhaps he woulda written it off a long time ago? Not really a question for me to answer.

However, it's IMO that the website (nubv.org) is the opposite of what your initial impression might have been. Just give it time, after all it's a work in progress. You never know, maybe in the end it could be a window in which we communicate directly through email/forums to speak with the executors.

A forum area is being worked on, if all is approved by Kevin a forum will be front and center, as well as subscription sign ups will not be able to be missed, as they it will be located in a sidebar. :)

I'm working to provide Kevin with a much more update friendly site. Hopefully this site, if used will improve Kevin's ability to update pages in a more orderly fashion. Not to mention a crew of people COULD be given access to update pages and get the ball rolling in the right direction. I should have something to present by the end of today.

Btw Kevin, I'm almost finished a revised site that will make things much better for ya. Again, if you like it you can have it, if not, it's no biggie. I just know that maintaining information based sites can be time consuming without the right backend in place. I will say their will be a little bit of an operational expense on my part, which is perfectly fine with me. However, NUBV-MAN did suggest he could help with those cost, however, as I told him this is your baby and that would have to be approved by you.

Umm, I'm not upset at all. My shares here were free. I made my money with NUBV, and I'm fortunate to be able to say that. I just think, refraining a post I made about 2 months ago, that some people on these boards whether NUBV.PK or any other pinkie are very childish with the way they act.

I gets old after a while, talking to people that sound like they aren't even old enough to vote. Sadder, the people that are, and shouldn't be voting, because they are morons. :)

Btw, I'm still working on a more easily accessible website for Kevin. NUBV-MAN if you are still willing to contribute to the effort, let me know here and we'll figure out a way to move forward.

If people spent more time digging and getting evidence that proves these guys are for FACT scam artist, instead of sitting here bitching about how they feel ripped off, maybe half the people heree wouldn't have ever had a position in this stock.

Hence, in the end, we wouldn't have to worry about the "It's a scam" messages constantly, unless it was to warn others with detailed DD, stating, before you invest read this DD I've posted on message #000000, ya know?

What you just described could be a slew of reasons behind it.

Your gut and the truth could be far in between, I don't know if you are right or not, but you don't have physical evidence, as canplay has never provided that it is a scam.

NUBV, well not to toot my own horn, but I've been programming since I was 8 years old. In good old BASIC I started to write a BBS software when I was 8, finished it around a year later.

I'm 36 now, so if there is one thing I know it's programming, it's my life.

Ok, tell you what. I've already pretty much written a Wordpress theme that offer most of what I'm discussing, and since it will be wordpress adding new post with be a snap in that CMS.

Yeah, like I said etc. etc. etc. I've coded a whole accounting software in .NET, with a team of course, but regardless it don't get much more complex then that.

I can provide you with free hosting of nubv.org website, email, and I'll give you a professional design for free with a membership database engine. This membership engine will allow you to give rights to certain pages or groups of pages unaccessible to the public eye if need be. I would also think you would want some kinda message board plugin-in as well so the members could communicate with each other.

Then agian, maybe you'd rather use Investors hub as your communication tool? That's up to you.

I totally agree with you canplay, and that is a first. There is no way when this hits 2's that multiple sells won't occur. It might get up to 3s if people are patience but it's more and more obvious most here are a quick buck.

I also always find it funny when everyone says they will reverse split. If they do, 90% of this board will panic sell in record time, and the stock will end up right back in the cellar.

In the end, I think a rally will only come AFTER they have a successful launch then people will not sell so quickly.

I'm in 7mil shares. I don't like the total look of things but I keep doing my homework. Once I find out certain things that make me go UH OH... then I will sell, then tell everyone what I found.


and yes you heard me, I would make sure I get what's in MY hands first then tell the board and provide the proof. After all, anyone here would do that. Anyone claiming they wouldn't is lying.

My point was... we all have concerns with this company. NUBV is definitely not giving us the info we need. However, stock trading takes patience. You don't short on sub-penny stock then get all teed off when you get stuck with one. It happens, and yes sometimes it happens because of dishonesty on the companies part. However, you nor I have proof at this time that NUBV is or isn't dishonest.

We both know you won't ever apologize if this stock rockets and you do get your short payoff. You will act like everythign you spouted off earlier is null. So, my message was don't go off just because you aren't getting your way and expect respect later when it does. After all, you can't say where this stock is gonna go. When October rolls around we all will know exactly how good or bad this company is, and NOT OCT 1st. Many companies miss release dates, it happens daily to fortune 500 companies. But let's give it to let's say Oct. 25th.

Until the my advice to you is do more DD. If you find something worth mentioning (even if it is negative) post it WITH PROOF!! Not just some endless rant without 1 bit of evidence.

I was thinking the same this. Why would goose bash the stock if he holds and he wants to sell it. Seems to me the proper thign to do would be to pump the stock so people would buy. If volumes were high enough he might even sell for 0.0002. Then again, I bet the reason he is angry is because he bought at 0.0002.

You also forgot to point out that goose said he would PAY someone to buy his stock. Why not just give it to someone, DUH?

Regardless, I'm sure you are correct, if you pay the extra $45 for a broker trade you will probably get it sold at 0.0002 (or at least could have last Friday). However, most here can't afford that. The point I was trying to make was one in agreement with you, those who have the gold make the rules. :)
