Does this stock still trade ? or has someone finally put it out of it's miserable existance ?
Yawn zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Stiil waiting for that demand from all the stealth buyers to rocket this stock higher. ;)
yeah, right.. lol
Good to be seen ;)
I'm just looking at this skeleton called DEMO. As for "quiet periods", it looks like this one has been a mute for quite some time. I thought you said buyers were now coming in a few months ago ? These guys must be so sneaky their buys don't even show up as volume. lol
I kept some shares, just in case there's a Shareholder's suit.
Who knows, if you guys can pump this carcus high enough for me to break even, I might even sell. But that's a long long way from here; for me and so many other former Shareholders left holding practically worthless stock.
Hope you are well and enjoying the change of seasons. :)
I've always hated dogs,
Kitty, meow.........................................
Notice that the Volume is virtually ZERO for weeks with what is basically an artifical Bid/Ask price.
Naturally, when the company news pump ended and the message board scammers disappeared, the transparency of what a joke this company's investment appeal is can be seen.
Oh well, I'm sure more news pumps are planned, and we'll most likely see the return of the company defenders and "investment" promoters.
lol
Maybe it's simply time to contact the State's Attorney General's office, and start formal complaints with the SEC. Let those in authority look deeper into the company's associates and corporate activities. The louder we complain the more likley they will give it their attention.
If there is fraud and improprieties, I hope large personal fines get levied, and then that special someone becomes the cellmate girlfriend of bubba. That ought to get anyone found responsible to understand not to screw with Shareholders of a Public company. It is those with the fiduciary duty who are at the tip of the bayonet, not shareholders.
I'd be just fine if that is how this turns out.
My letters asking for an investigation go out this week.
Kitty
When a "small" person like you starts investing CD amounts in each of their stocks instead of the lunch money levels you currently do, than perhaps you'll develop a little emotion to the impact of a company's failed management on your investment dollars.
Keep up the good work.
Kitty
well, that's your choice, as it is a readers choice to fully question your credibility and neutrality; especially now.
Keep up the promotion, I could use the pump to sell my shares out.
How do they find you guys ? Is there an open network or is it more underground than that ?
"Bitter" ? That's fine, but I prefer the word "angry, from being what I feel was being mislead by management.
OK, so how many shares do you own here ? Apparently not enough in dollars so that it's worth anything more than indifference at an emotional level. That likely explains your cavalier attitude.
I sort of laugh when I read that investors should be completely non emotional. When you work hard to build your investing capital, that necessary sweat represent lots of different components. You owe a duty to your money, and all difficult duties, including fiduciary ones, imo should envolve emotion; because it's then that you are trying to do your utmost to achieve the desired result.
So, how many shares ? honestly.
Kitty
"i have enough shares and have no need for more"
Yes, of course you do; lol.. but yet you suggest to others that the price will rise and that quiet accumulation is occuring.
Ah yes.. these boards are full of such advisors who "have enough shares already"
How much did I lose the first time around ? Lots, and management left Shareholders out to dry. I don't believe these folks can be trusted, not one bit.
Clear enough for you ? Unlike others who post here, I have no hidden agenda.
Kitty
"..only 1 mm left (showing) under .35 "
If you believe that is factual, why not buy what inventory they have, certainly can't be much with the price potential you apparently expect. Then the rest of your shares will benefit by whatever you think is "about to get interesting"
How about it ? Back up you retoric.
Oh yeah, another zero volume day with 1 hour to go.
kitty
Hello Pete,
Lots to say actually..
1. The debenture investors and insiders now also have Common stock, they hold 99% of it. So ..I guess you can say that's good for the remaining 1% of us (lol)
2. The problem is that TECZ has (exclusively ?, we still don't know for sure) licensed the technology to that other company. The Common stock holders will share in anything that company does which generates royalties to the Patent holder (TECZ); based upon the terms of our Licensing agreement with that licensee company.
3. The organizational structure of TECZ now is very important. my guess is that if/as revenues roll in, the company will issue dividends to the shareholders; this will of course benefit those insiders and old non Common stock investors extrodinarily. Then, if we win any Infringments suits or grant other (non exclusive ?) licenses, those monies too will likely be distributed to the Common Shareholders ..UNTIL, any big excitement happens, the pump occurs, and others now want to buy the stock.. Once they try the stock will move quickly because there is only 2M outstanding, and the insiders who own 99% of the Common, will no longer be interested in Dividends and will switch to looking for capital gains of geometric proportions by selling their shares. Without many shares in retail's hands (1%), they will have no competition at the sales window.
Kitty
This is where the Common Shareholders were given the shaft.., it was easy for them to lose on whatever Common Shares they held because they more than made it up in their relatively minor Secured and Creditor positions. Good plan guys. I'd like to see the sweetheart licensing deal Soloman (TECZ) gave to this new company; and I'd also like to know the names of the principals of the private company. Anyone want to bet some of the names are VERY familiar ?
Pursuant to the terms of the Plan, if approved, the holders of the Company's common stock on the record date will receive approximately 1% of the common stock of the reorganized Company. Under the Plan, if approved, the senior secured creditors of the Company will receive 62? of the common stock of the reorganized Company, the subordinated secured creditors of the Company will receive 12? of the common stock of the reorganized Company, the unsecured creditors of the Company will receive 20% of the common stock of the reorganized Company, and the holders of the preferred stock of the Company will receive 4% of the common stock of the reorganized Company. The record date for the issuance of all shares of common stock of the reorganized Company is October 26, 2010.
Pursuant to the Plan, all of the technology and assets of the Company other than those described below will be transferred to a newly formed private entity in which the common stockholders of the Company will not have an interest. The principal assets to be retained by the reorganized Company are (i) U.S. Patent No. 5,067,932, issued on November 26, 1991, entitled "Dual-Input Infinite-Speed Integral Motor and Transmission Device", which is the basis for the Company's Electric Wheel? technology, (ii) claims for infringement of this patent against Toyota Motor Corporation, and (iii) malpractice and related claims by the Company against its former legal counsel with respect to litigation of the patent infringement case.
Just for fun ... A $2 Billion technology value on the "Wheel" alone would only translate to the value of the common stock being worth $20 Million. Divide $20 Million by the 2 Million shares outstanding, and the common share value would be $10 each. Maybe it's not so bad ROI from this point if that ever happened, but make no mistake, there was a HUGE Transfer of IP Asset wealth that occurred from retail Common holders to the insiders and Senior investors.
Now we just have to hope that that singular Patent listed is the Trunk or Main patent we held for the Wheel; or were there other important Wheel patents too that we didn't keep ?
Hello Pete,
Well, stocks are gambling; to be sure.
In vegas, you know you're playing against the odds, but not that the game's outcome is actively being rigged in advance against you.
Can't say as much for SOME penny stocks
Good luck,
Kitty
"...what a $hit he turned out to be !!!!.."
Yeah .. very very greasy guy
So, the company loses the initial court decision, however, there are still avenues to recover for infringment, then files for BK to shed itself of all retail Shareholders while at the same time the big investor's intentionally structured holdings of IOUs, debt and debentures gets "Creditor" status in the BK proceedings and they become the New patent owners because Patents are the only company asset. Now, the streamlined company continues on to fight the Auto company infringers (and others) as a "reorganized" private new entity.
Sleasy, intentional, minipulative and probably bordering on illegal if all the backroom and inside strategy/deals were to be known and detailed in open court.. afterall, this WAS a public company and the leaders did have a fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders.
I'd love to see that old CEO go to Prison if he deserved it; but he and they know the SEC doesn't care about the everyday rape that happens to retail holders of Penny stocks.
kitty
lol.. yeah.
Boy, I love these various Board Moderators jumping into the fray and showing interest in stocks and managements they admittedly know very little about.
Just more grist for the promotion mill.
Kitty
I am long too; unfortunately, not by choice.
kitty
"Substance" ? I notice your reply was lacking any substantive reply to my assessment.
... or how about after a television interview that is shown around the world on one of the leading financial/news networks, one week later there is ZERO shares traded on this 20 cents stock.
As far as recent trading, how much interest in dollars ?

squeezing out every last drop of promotion from that MSNBC show. Lets see if what I said last week stays true, watch the stock give back all it's price rise.
It seems to me that this Business plan was selected as something just to keep the lights on and Lang's salary flowing.
"20 years" as a public company, funny that he doesn't mention a word about the failure it was for investors in it's prior incarnation.
Caveat Emptor
"Good night and Farewell.."
Why is it that folks tend to disappear when their veracity or the content of their posts are challenged ?
I hope Carltony1 will stay with our little discussion group we've created here on this Board. We're all we have .. :(
Kitty
"UVUM is being sued.." That means presently
Wow, can you tell me in what Judicial jurisdiction this is occuring ? I'd like to pull up the case.
I thought Seifert was suppose to be successful at business somewhere. Doesn't he have the thousand dollars (at most) that would be involved ?
Thanks
From the yahoo Finance message Board...
Richard Lang on MSNBC Right Now 24-Jun-11 04:50 pm Richard Lang is on MSNBC right now talking about the Collaborize software with Dylan Ratigan. Great publicity! I just wish he had done this during the week instead of after the market close on a Friday. I'm still very happy to see this though........

"Interest ?" LOL
More likely pumpers are active on all the message boards and are "salting" stock trading in the company ment to be the prelude of a sizable and profitable holdings distribution.
With the huge number of "disclaimers", "coulds", "possiblies", "mights", etc etc etc in that paragraph on revenue by 2014; this joke of a company's transformation is surely to implode.
Lang and his company pretty much abandoned those that bought stock on the promise of BURST's technology; these folks are not trustable in my opinion.
Please post it, or post the jist of it.
Kitty
Carltony .. I said that $80,000 of stock hadn't traded since the WASP deal was announced, but in looking closer at the chart link I posted on a subsequent post, my guessing conclusion may have been inaccurate. It does however look like $80,000 worth of stock has not traded since the announcement of the cancellation of the Merger back in October.
I just now eyeballed it, and wanted to correct the record if infact I was wrong.
Kitten
Carltony1: As far as your statement .. "Bill and his family own 6% .. worthless unless unless the shares go up"
I don't think that's true.
If you consider the (accurate) date of the issuance of the Settlement Shares as actually being January 2008, or even perhaps January 2009, there has been ample volume to distribute that number of shares.
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=uvum&insttype=&freq=2&show=&time=10
Kitty
Saustin .. what is interesting about that Settelment is that it's "Effective Date is December 29, 2008", yet the body of the Agreement talks about giving stock in the future ..
"The Company will issue Six-Million (6,000,000) shares of common stock (the " Common Stock ?) to the Beaton Family to be allocated to them as solely agreed to by and between the Beaton Family. "
Now notice the date of the referenced future issue ...
The Company may rely upon the written representation of Kathleen L. Cote as to the proper allocation of the Common Stock. Assuming Kathleen L. Cote notifies the Company in writing of the proper allocation of the Common Stock on or before January 15, 2008, the Company will use its best efforts to issue the applicable stock certificates and deliver them to Kathleen L. Cote by January 30, 2008.
Kind of odd, don't you think ?
Kitty
Carltony1.... Your post suggests that your friend bought on the expectations of results of the WASP merger. The problem with your statement is that WASP was only announced in 2010 and NOT ANYWHERE near $80,000 in stock has traded from well before the Merger announcement date then till even now.
The $500K that the other gentleman was redferring to was the amount of capital that UVUM needed to invest into WASP as a condition of the Merger.
Kitty
"...see you back here in a few months.."
The quote above is from Beach.
I sure hope he keeps posting in the interim, but at least we know the deadline(ish) time in which to judge his insight and accuracy about the future of UVUM.
Unfortunately, just because there was a statement from Intel's Development Network Director welcoming us to their App Store, that kind of supportive remark is commonplace for anyone who offers an App that is technically configured to work with their chip architecture. It has no bearing on the popularity or adoption success of the App or Apps themselves.
Kitty
Thanks for the postings everyone; whether we agree or not.
Remember www.ClikConcerts.com ? That address now just goes to a free parked GoDaddy page. Look who owns the name. Shouldn't this domain name really be the corporation's IP asset ?

My disagreements with Beach on the financings and resulting sharecount is well documented, but I can tell you that at today's current price and average trading volumes, I believe that it is entirely possible for us to see 5 cents (and even more); PROVIDING that this company legitimately can produce a product which generates any amount of respectable demand.
UVUM needs a high profile customer, and the management of UVUM needs to stop looking like irresponsible 2bit know-nothing want-a-be opportunists to their Shareholders and the Marketplace.
I guess the question is does this leadership really have any clue how to conduct business, and do they actually now have a saleable product.
Kitty
Umm Beach, Thanks for replying.
However, I have come to the conclusion that either:
A. You do not understand how Debentures with Warrant resets work in actual practice, or
B. That you are intentionally making misrepresentations in your posts regarding the companies present and future Capitalization.
I do however like your projection of 10-30x ROI @ .01 :)
Thanks, and good luck to us all
Kitty
Beach,
1. It appears we are going backwards in our discussions regarding the fact that Warrants were exercised at .01; and not at the Original strike price of .065 back in 2007 as you previously stated and later acknowledged.
2. Back in 2007, the price was as high as 45 cents, briefly touched 4 cents but mainly traded above 10 cents. (I'm looking at a 5 year chart and eyeballing)
3. I will submit that NO previously unexercised Financings/Warrants with Reset provisions (all Debentures) will be exercised at a price above 2 cents; and most likely will be exercised under 1 cent.
I'm still interested in my original question posed to you that started these last few posts, ie.. what price do you see for our stock, regardless of the financings, and based on the product success you forsee us having and from capturing some amount of that $500M you indicated was out there in the Space we are targeting.
Thanks
kitty
What ?
Why are you repeating this misstatement ? I thought that we had already settled the issue that Reset Pricing HAS occurred, and that Warrants were exercised at prices lower than .064.
Convertible Debt (Debentures) ... "The exercise prices as stated in the agreements were $.064 and $.074, however, the warrants were all exercised at $.01"
Since the filings are so stale, we subsequently traded at prices just fractions of even the reduced Reset Exercises since that last 2008 filing from where the quote above was taken.
I don't was to rehash settled FACTS, I'm looking as to what you think the prospects of successful product rollouts will be, based on demand and the $500M market you indicate we are going after.
Do not base it on the Warrant conversion rates; that is entirely unrelated to the company's business success. Those same investors (and others) already bet wrong on this company in the past. I'm not looking for a "trade" based on Warrant conversion profits, but rather, honest to goodness business prospects of the company based on technology and services and product demand.
Thanks
Beach.. I was wondering ... If/once these apps come out, and if business developments at UVUM progress as you expect/hope, what do you see our trading activity looking like ? What kind of volumes would you project, or price limitations/expectancies do you ideally think we could achieve ?
I think you mentioned that the success of our new business plan would manifest itself within 6 months or so, in a previous post.
Thanks,
Kitty
OK Beach, Thanks for your contributions on the Debentures and Outstandings, readers can now use the information and breakdowns to do their own calculations for a reasonable picture of where we are today.
Lets turn the discusions to current company operations in our future posts.
Thanks
kitty
Preferreds issued from the latest (stale) filing, Dec 31, 2008
Preferred stock, Series A-1, Convertible, $.001 par value, 50,000,000 shares authorized, 11,666,666 shares issued and 133,333 outstanding as of December 31, 2008, 11,666,666 shares issued and 133,333 outstanding as of December 31, 2007
Preferred stock, Series B, Convertible, $.001 par value, 50,000,000 shares authorized, 4,017,188 shares issued and 0 outstanding as of December 31, 2008, 4,017,188 shares issued and 4,017,188 outstanding as of December 31, 2007
Interest on the Debentures..
The Debentures bear interest at the rate of 8% per annum and mature on December 17, 2009 (the “Maturity Date”). The Company shall pay interest to the holders of the Debentures quarterly on each of January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year prior to the Maturity Date of the Debentures. Penalty for non-payment of overdue interest bears a rate of 18% per annum. The Company is currently overdue on it'sinterest payments
The Series B Preferreds are/were exercizable at 1:1
Thanks for the link.
I see that there was an additional Debenture Financing at 15% that we did not account for. It matured in March of 2011.
In 2008, the Company entered into an agreement (the “Securities Purchase Agreement”) to sell $448,000 of its 15% Secured Convertible Debentures (the “Debentures”) to institutional and private investors (collectively, the “Investors” or “Holders”). The Debentures bear interest at the rate of 15% per annum and mature in March 2011 (the “Maturity Date”). The Company shall pay interest to the holders of the Debentures quarterly on each of January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year prior to the Maturity Date of the Debentures
IMO, this was mainly a result of the Debentures and Financings; and will eventually manifest itself in the form of additional shares which will result in additioanl dilution. We will have similiar Interest expense accrued for 2009 and 2010, or so as long as the debenture interest payments or Debenture Conversions remain outstanding
"For the year ended December 31, 2008, interest expense was approximately $2,920,000"
Thanks. Of course, the Options are an entirely different matter, our focus on trying to unravel the Warrants only.
OK, so only SOME of the Debentures have been converted, you guesstimate that approx 75% of the 12/17/2007s have been Converted at .01; leaving $500-600 worth remaining.
Pull up a 3 year trading chart, if the Debenture holders Converted at .01 and sold at any time prior to Aug 2010, they very likely did not sell at a loss.
I do not understand your thinking where you write that 1.2M more in Financing has been done "so as to avoid the reset". No debenture buyer would purchase a new Tranche so as to avoid a Reset on any preexisting Debenture; nor would any new Debenture buyer step in to buy because they would then be vulnerable to intentional efforts by the earlier and preexisting Debenture buyers to pressure the stock lower so as to create Reset pricings on the debentures they already hold.
Thanks
kitty
Thank you.
Convertible Debt (Debentures) ... "The exercise prices as stated in the agreements were $.064 and $.074, however, the warrants were all exercised at $.01"
Now that we know and agree on the factual and actual conversion Reset price; are you saying that ALL Debentures have been eliminated, and thus Converted to Common stock at .01 ? If so, the resulting dilution from the Debenture calculations that I provided in a previous post will be increased by approx 600% due to the lower Exercised Strike price.
If ALL Debentures were converted, that would leave only the Preferreds unconverted, and the 23.1 million stand alone Warrants unconverted as well. Do you know the Conversion Rate (ie: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, ? etc) and Strike Price on the Preferreds ?
Thank you very much
Kitty
