LOL - This was at $2.18 on January 1st. It is down 84% since then. I would say that is a pretty good Run. LOL
No it's not. Nothing has changed. It is still a company that after many years has Never had even one profitable quarter. Their ONLY product is the sale and distribution of diluted shares to provide a cash flow to maintain the enormous salaries and perks of the management and board. In essence, it is a shell and will never be anything but.
NO it does not. The FDA rejected all data.
Same old story...... FDA rejects the data from the trial and the company is left holding NOTHING as a result. LOL
Well then....... Let's see. LOL
You are not looking at the pattern. They have pulled this same scam numerous times. NOTHING will be approved by the FDA..... NOTHING. Their business is no longer medical research - their business now is the sale of useless stock. Do as you wish but the share value will continue to drop until you have lost 99%.
The easy answer to your question is............ This stock has NEVER made any money. It began as a legitimate research and development venture based on the science of Leland Clark of Antioch College in Yellow Springs Ohio. Back in those humble beginnings it was known as SYBD (Synthetic Blood International). It has since changed names twice and in the process was taken over by persons who I believe are less than ethical. They make wild claims and promises and never deliver on anything. They pay the board and officers outlandish salaries and float millions of new shares to fund these costs. They have NEVER had anything ever approved by the FDA and financing became clouded when they took on Swiss investors who were given discounted shares and then flooded the market with them getting rich in the process. The normal investor has never seen any appreciation in share PPS and have been disappointed time after time. The $273 price is an ADJUSTED price based on numerous reverse splits that have occurred each time the price drops to a level where they face de-listing. The reverse split inflates the price but has no immediate affect on shareholder value. The shareholders holding do drop in value though each time the company throws more and more shares into the mix and dilutes value in the process.
OK, I think it is time to take a look back a few years and see just how we have performed. After all, we have been researching without any results for quite a few years now. All prices below are split adjusted so we are comparing apples to apples.
Date.............Price Per Share
3/31/2008...........$273.00
6/30/2008...........$249.00
9/30/2008...........$120.00
12/31/2008..........$ 72.00
3/31/2009...........$ 67.50
5/28/2010...........$ 59.40
9/30/2010...........$ 50.60
9/30/2011...........$ 41.80
6/29/2012...........$ 31.40
3/28/2013...........$ 5.00
5/30/2014...........$ 4.69
2/25/2015...........$ 3.27
4/27/2016...........$ 2.78
7/12/2017...........$ 0.67
Summary: This piece of junk has lost $272.33 per share in the past nine years. In percentage terms it has lost 99.8% of its value in that same nine year review period. If someone invested $100,000 into this thing in March of 2008 and held on until now, their investment would have shrunk to $200. For those stumbled by simple math, that is a loss of $99,800.
Just a wake up call. This issue was at $2.18 a share on January 1st of this year. Now it is at $0.52 - quite a dramatic loss and this pattern has been going on for over a decade.
I hope you are not serious.......... This has been on a constant downward trend for over 17 years. Nothing has changed. NO product. NO successful trials. NO promising research. Just tons of new shares flooding the market year after year to supply enough cash infusion to pay the outlandish salaries and perks of the officers and board. Psssssst. Secret........ This is a hollow shell and a borderline scam. Nothing more - nothing less.

January 1st of this year this was at $2.18 a share and today it is closing at $ 0.51. That, my friends, is a loss of 76.6% in just over four (4) months. Anyone that loses money in this scam sham of a company deserves those losses. Greed is a terrible thing.
DOWN 99% in eight years. This company has NEVER had a profitable quarter. NONE!!!! They have NEVER come out with a successful product. NONE!! They are a machine designed to continue the wealth enhancement of the officers and board through the issuance of shares of stock. Nothing more. All else is smoke and mirrors.
It did not even show results better than they Placebo.
This thing is DEAD. It FAILED the ONLY FDA Trial it had.
I'm sure you did.{wink} {wink} lmao
Just finished looking at the latest charts and it appears there is a strong Rock and Hard Place forming.
Down more than 7% again today. Just think - we were at $2.18 on January 1st of this year. Just two months ago. In that short period of time this has lost $1.47 or 67.4%. Not good. Things kind of go south when your only 'product' in the pipeline fails its FDA Trial. Not only fails but could not beat or show better results than the Placebo used in the trial.
Present price $ .75 - no broker would touch a short at this level. Especially after a 76% plummet in a very short period of time.
Charts of a failing penny stock mean nothing.
Name a broker that allows shorting of a stock at this level. I know of none.
Look for a reverse split. That is how they got around it in the past on several occasions.
Wrong, the trial was a failure and the FDA does NOT approve failed products.
Why "I" care. I knew the founders of the original company back when it was a REAL company and watched as it was stolen and perverted into a mill for useless shares and the enrichment of the officers and board. Yes, I care.
No need to wait for anything. It is OVER. Their only FDA Trial FAILED.
You sir, are incorrect. The company's ONLY product that was in the pipeline just failed their FDA Trial by not even doing better than the placebo. THAT is the end of the product development. Sorry.
Let's just look at the last 2 reverse splits and see what the effect was. On 11/9/2009 they announced and executed a 1 for 15 split. Yep, every 15 shares you owned instantly became one share. Then on 5/13/2013 they announced and executed a 1 for 20 reverse split. Yep, your shares were divided by 20 and that was the new amount of shares you owned.
Soooooooooo, one share from 2009 is NOW worth - wait for it - $ .00246 - yep right under one quarter of one cent. Geez, that's not a real good history is it?
Does anyone have a guess on how long it will be before they announce ANOTHER reverse split to raise the PPS to a level where it is easier for them to pump and dump this thing. My guess is it will come within the next 60 days.
WOW, we were at $2.18 on January 1st. What happened to this thing? Was it because their only product in the pipeline failed in their FDA trial by not even beating the placebo? Yep, be that was it.
Or NOT. LOL
Pump and dump. Pump and dump my friends. Take a look at this issues pattern over the past 8 to 12 years. Can not be any clearer. Geeez!!!!
Nonsense. They are selling NEW shares into the system. THAT is their product. Shares!!! It will dilute shareholder equity as it always does. But on the up side the salaries of the officers and board can not continue on at their unwarranted levels.
It is, they are, and I am here because I was in at the very beginning and watched as the Dayton Ohio based research company (SYBD) founded by Dr. Leland Clark of Antioch College was hijacked by scoundrels and turned into a company that only cared about selling shares to produce funds for their own enrichment.
Trial looks like a total failure. Could not even beat placebo.
Levosimendan failed to demonstrate a statistically valid treatment benefit versus placebo as determined by all-cause mortality at day 30 following surgery or the use of a mechanical assist device through day 5.
Really? You use charting to analyze a penny stock that is 20+ years old and has never done anything but drop in price over time and has never had a profitable quarter and has no products in the pipeline and the only product they DID have just failed their FDA Trial by not doing any better than the placebo? ROTFLMAO
You can believe all you want but that will not make it so. This company has been burning money and losing shareholder value for 20 years. Their ONLY real product are shares of useless stock that they will cycle with pumps and dumps. Nope, the dream is not here but buy if you wish. Just remember my words when you lose 90% like all others have.
Based on what news? Failure of its only product in a pipeline that showed no advantage over placebo?
And just to clarify...... I have been reviewing and penning about this company for over 20 years. Do some research. This company has had several changes of name in efforts to hide their history and performance.
SYBD - Synthetic Blood International was THIS company.
OXBT - Oxygen Biotharapeutics was THIS company.
