IDK it looks like someone dumped 70,000,000 shares in the last few minutes of the day. Must have been some institution dumping or converting their debt.

Yea I think its just a matter of time before this starts to move up.

The company is cash-flow positive,(just slightly). There was almost no dilution in the last quarter, and people are starting to accumulate shares.

We just have to wait for the impatient people that are sick of holding this stock to get rid of their shares.

The people that manage and finance IVOT are the same ones involved in Trey, Ivot just showed a %3500 move up over the last few days, people are taking their profit from IVOT nd moving it to Trey thinking that management will do the same here.
My suggestion is check out the Yahoo boards, for some reason that is the most active board for this stock.

I should have clarified that a R/S is never good in the short term. If SOLM does the R/S as publicized it would be bad for PPS over the next couple of quarters and significantly reduce investor confidence. Plus what will stop them from another R/S once they reissue shares up to the proposed new 50,000,000 share limit.

I am waiting to see what the company will do, if they don't enact a R/S I will re-buy. If they stop dilution, I will re-buy. If they go ahead with the R/S and I see a supported bottom within a couple weeks after the split, I will re-buy.

In Fivestar's defense, I have NEVER seen a R/S benefit a company. He has every right as a moderator to warn people about a stock that could posssibly lose them a large amount of money. I don't know who out there thinks that the moderator needs to be the free company pumper, Fivestar is simply doing what a good moderator should do. PROVIDING MODERATION!!!!!! No pumping, no bashing.

In my opinion the execs KNOW what investors think about R/S and took it into consideration when approving the decision. There are so many things that go on behind closed doors in these companies, and there could be dozens of reasons why they decided to release this information. Remember the R/S isn't guarunteed yet, just a possibility. They could be preventing a buyout, they could be bringing the price down to allow insiders to load up, they could be preparing for a price run if there is positive settlement news.

Right now I am watching the stock and waiting for what I believe is a good entry position. I sold all my shares after the news of the R/S knowing what would happen to PPS (a rare good call on my part!). I know this company has potential, but I still haven't been able to get into the heads of these execs yet, therefore I have not put any money back into SOLM. Once there is a slightly clearer direction, I'll buy back in.

Welcome to the IHUB world depo man. Stock Prophet is a true realist, he believes in Solomons LONG TERM potential, yet he is smart enough to see the difficulty ahead for this company.

The BIGGEST mistake a wise long term investor can make is getting emotionally involved in a company. So we listen to people like Stock Prophet and Kitty who are very intelligent INVESTORS.

Ultimately I see it this way, I like Solomon, but I like my money better. As much as I want to see Solomon do well. I'd rather keep my money and make more.

I like it when people like SP and Kitty come around so I don't get me head stuck in Dreamy World where every stock I like will make me rich. I've made that mistake before and I definately won't do that again.

I just hope they get a settlement or SOMETHING before Toyota burns through its cash.

There talking on Bloomberg about the Toyota Prius and the new Honda Insight which goes on sale today.

They were talking about the sustainability of the Japanese car companies, and the host mentioned the Toyota Prius as "the poster child" of the automotive future.

So is anyone getting in at these prices??? I've picked up over 1000 shares in the past week, averaged to about $8.00 a share.

I look at HTE this way, either they leave the distribution alone and I rake in a killer dividend, or they cut the distribution and the PPS jumps like most other companies lately that have cut Dividends.

Be nice to Stock Prophet ;)... Hes not a basher, he just has a very balanced outlook on this stock. I think he understands Solomons potential, but he has been very wise in pointing out the roadblocks ahead. We shouldn't resist when someone gives a negative outlook on a stock that has positive potential.
I believe that Stock Prophet is a benefit to this board.

I limit myself to selling half my shares on a run-up, so just in case it keeps going up I still have SOMETHING. Just remember, no matter how good this looks on paper 90% of Investor, Day traders, Swing Traders, etc. WILL SELL when a stock moves up 50-100% in a day.

I just rely on that human psycology to stay intact, to continue increasing my share holdings.

Thats true, but I believe that it will be a while before we see sustained PPS growth. Until the company starts releasing actual hard numbers of sales or revenue PROVING the benefits of these PRs, this stock will be all over the place. I will continue to play the pops and use my profits to increase my holdings.

Sheesh I'm gone for a morning finishing a job and we get moe news!!! 100 board marks... a 2nd patent... a rise instead of a pop... I like what I see.

Has anyone ever heard the stories about people that invested in those "stupid" little start-ups like apple, IBM, Microsoft, Google, Qualcom, etc. and how much money they walked away with.

Every now and then I get that feeling about Solomon. I'm not trying to mindlessly pump, definately not! I am a bit of a dreamer though, and I think this company is potentialy in the same position as the companies I mentioned above.

The transportation industry is going to look VERY different in 20 years, and the Toyota Prius is the poster child of that movement. If Solomon DOES win the case against Toyota, they will be in the very front of the movement. If Solomon doesn't win the case they'll just have to work their ass's off to make better technology than anyone else.

Either way I'm here to stay for a LONG time. I'm holding this stock until I start getting Dividend payouts!!!

Honestly though a retrace HAS to be expected, and if you play this stock smart WELCOMED. All of us long-term holders that are confident in Solomons future know what the future has in-store, BUT a vast majority of traders will take profits on a 100% run-up. At .011 we are still up close to 40% over the .008 that SOLM has been sitting at.

Over the next couple of trading days and weeks some of those people that sold will repurchase at the lower prices, and hopefully create a new "stable" price hopefully in the .015-.02 range. I don't see it moving higher than that until we see more news, a positive movement in the Toyota lawsuit, or a very positive annual report from the company.

I will personally use every single pop like this to increase the number of shares I hold. I increased my position by %30 percent this week just playing the pop. If I can do that a couple time over the next year I'll just consider those free shares.

To all SOLM followers here, don't let this retrace discourage you, just keep your eyes on the long term goal and stay confident knowing that we are investing in an AMAZING company.

I'm completely happy with this pop, I sold some of my position and repurchased at .012. I was able to increase my share position by about 20 percent.

I'm holding this for the long run definately, but I'm gonna play these pops every chance I get.

Wow I was just reading the thread of posts on Yahoo's Toyota message board.... Some very bitter Toyota investor/pumper being very rude to a couple of SOLM investors trying to notify people of the TRUTH.
Honestly, between you guys and me, (and I guess anyone with an internet connection lol) I will NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE buy a Toyota after my own and others DD on theses two companies. Everyone I talk to thinks Toyota makes the best vehicles in the world, which might be true. But gosh who wouldn't be able to do that when your stealing the best technology from everyone else and don't have to make the investment and develop it yourself.
