you mean that you're still here among others left holding a bag full of worthless Eldorado wallpaper after funding wildcatter's delusional lifestyle for a while?
excellent clarification.
kingman are you are choosing to regurgitate koolaid instead of actually reading the document? the fraud convictions for David Laurance were not changed or diluted by the appeals court. however, the other people involved in the matter were insulated from laurance's standing guilt convictions. read the document.
any documentation to support that claim?
yes old news followed by several more failed penny stock companies with Mr Laurance at the helm, including edep.
A jury convicted Mr. Laurance of two counts of securities fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1001, two counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341, one count of interstate transportation of money or property obtained by fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. 2314, and two counts of engaging in monetary transactions in criminally derived property, a violation of 18 U.S.C.1957(a). At sentencing, the government asked the district court to enhance Mr. Laurance's sentence for being a leader, organizer, manager, or supervisor pursuant to USSG 3B1.1(c). The district court agreed, enhanced Mr. Laurance's sentence, and stated:
What the evidence clearly did show was that this was a scheme to defraud, actually several schemes involving different issues of securities, these penny stocks which were fraudulent in their purpose, and many people were involved in it. Some of them actually may have had criminal knowledge and didn't get charged. It's hard to say. Some of them may have been innocent dupes, as Mr. Fimberg has suggested.

and hear the same baseless story telling that he has been misleading his fleeced investors with for the past 15 years.
ya gotta be in denial
how are all those wonderful eldo shares paying off?
what happened to the eldorado slam dunk? where is wildcatter?
history repeating itself unfortunately. last 3 public companies of this ceo ended up with the same conclusion.
anybody heard from the owner tom?
blue dog as you know edep has never shown anything remotely resembling a profit. zero revenue means operational losses in spades. thats been the reality for several years.
bills to pay
funny and pathetic. maybe it was supposed to read "week after next "year"
new email from laurance: "We are still in the final stages on funding our well in Comanche county Texas. Hope to finish week after next. David L"
speaking of funny......

correct no party means no expense
in addition to a total communication vaccum it now seems that tom and kingman are planning their own private well party.

Rex,
Same old promises from people to finish the funding of our well. At least these new pledges come from oil people. We should have the last of our funding in by end of next week and drilling done by end of year. One of these days my predictions will actually come about as planned. Thanks for hanging in with us. About David T. Laurance!
July 8, 2010
David T. Laurance led Eldorado Exploration through a consistent trend of success in the highly competitive oil and gas industry through an innovative business vision. Eldorado Exploration and David T. Laurance dive into new oil prospects with a mixture of technological vigor and market intelligence that guarantees large returns for investors. Under the leadership of David T. Laurance, Eldorado Exploration leverages cutting edge market technology to produce quality results. David T. Laurance promoted the use of Passive Induced Polarization to identify lucrative fossil fuel deposits that remained hidden from prior exploration tools. Passive Induced Polarization eliminates the probability that geological prospecting will discover a dry hole instead of a payload. David T. Laurance believes Passive Induced Polarization holds discovery potentials in excess of a billion dollars because it allows Eldorado Exploration to easily navigate possible massive crude fields and reserves. In his early career, David T. Laurance enjoyed a brief stint as a baseball pitcher, and he exercises his athletic passion today by playing golf in his free time. David T. Laurance studied Geology at Southern Oregon University and California Institute of Technology

was eldorado exploration ever named on any of the leases?
so we are to assume you met him visited the office and how many shares are you left holding currently?
edex edep operation and shell puchase were funded almost entirely with opm
so quiet even the moderator decided enough was enough

months and years of lifestyle
ragtime i read your message from earlier today, and yes you hit the nail right on the head
email from tom laurance
Rex,
The $ are coming slower than I want but its still $10 or $20k per week. We are hoping to get all sold by end of this month. Finally. Tom L
you mean like claiming that the company owns leases when there are no records or documents to verify the claims?
wildcatter will probably be updating us soon
that reminds me, anybody know where kingman went?
rxgator that is absolutely the most ejoyable post i think i have ever read.
"We are raising drilling money now. Units are coming in every week and hope to be drilling by end of summer. Our leases really aren't worth much with the gas prices so low. We may not ever get New Mexico producing if gas prices stay around $4.00 mcf. It would take too many wells to prove up reserves to get the pipeline built. it may not matter if our next well comes in. Its an oil target in Texas and looks very promising with up to 10 offsets."
it may not matter that mesa never gets proved up if our next well comes in??????
must be due to the company not whispering a peep since august of last year. no news is good news now?
no need to sell according to an article i just read. it says 2010 is supposed to usher in the "DECADE OF THE DIVIDEND". edep and wildcatter have always been big proponents of paying dividends so we don't want to miss that boat.
jagman, thats a good summary.
email from tom laurance:
Rex,
We are in the middle of a drilling money raise in a Ltd. Partnership. Slower than I want but we will get it done. We get lots of promises but few checks so far. Maybe news by end of next week if we get the amount we need. Thanks for your patience. Tom Laurance
