So there is lots of flooding, and building damage. I saw reports of up to 7 twisters from CNN. This tells me that there is more damage than thought from Fay. There will be lots and lots of work for NSMG out of this storm. I'd expect that this should help their financial situation, and also push up the stock price. GO NSMG!!!!!

Even as a scam this stock should be worth at least as much as the other famous one, CSHD. Now why is that one still trading, and PNMS is sitting at bottom? Prbably only becuase I have shares in PNMS and not CSHD...how about that..
Fork
So how can they do a R/S with shares in the fundacion? Aren't there legal problems with that? Also what happens when they R/S it far enough that US investors are wiped out (like we aren't already) and the majority of shares are now offshore? How can that be a US security at that point?
Lots of questions from this "big news" today.
Fork
Well I'd sure like to see that resistance level broken. There will be lots of cleanup for companies like NSMG after Fay is done with FL. So no matter what happens, this activity should be a shot in the arm for NSMG in terms of contracts and revenue. So I say GO NSMG!!!!!!
Fork
If it doesn't move today.....I don't know what will make it move. This thing should be heading north!!! FL is getting drenched, roofs will need work, there is a lot for NSMG to do once Fay moves on. Looking at the satellite image, it seems that the hurricane is very big, and is taking its time sitting there next to the coast. GO NSMG!!!!!!
Hey everyone,
Today lets get to .40!! I'm locked and loaded, ready to go!!! Maybe we even get to .50?
Thanks,

Hi Mailhot72,
boy I sure hear ya there. Locked and loaded, but I'm just going south. Not a pretty picture in my portfolio, thats for sure!! I think it was the heavy selling the past 2 months that have put this in the toilet. If not for that, I'd bet we'd be at least .15 and holding.
Thanks,
Fork
Hi 3Saints,
That is an interesting perspective. I'd prefer that one, to another which is more a response to a dismal outlook on the company. Me, I'm still hoping for a good storm forcast to drive this up. I sure would like to break even this year, or even make a little...:)
Thanks,

Hi Hunter,
It was on Business Wire, I went to their site and looked it up. Also lots of other web sites have since picked it up too. Is that considered official? I know the blog is not, but I thought Business Wire is.
Thanks,
Fork
Hi Manchild1,
Yep, things starting to look active. Can't believe anyone would be selling at these prices. Maybe its an automated thing, the holders are liquidating to a schedule, not a price. Doesn't make sense, nows the time to BUY!!!
So I got some today too. Here's to a HUGE RUN next week!!!!
GO NSMG!!!!!

HI All,
Does anyone know how long it takes for business wire announcements to get to the yahoo news page for pnms? When I pull up the Yahoo info for PNMS it still says "no news". But I can find the announcement from the business wire web site.
Thanks,
Fork
PS. Go PNMS!!!!!!
Hi All,
How about these scenarios:
Sell all shares in foundation - they are in a group certificate, so no one is tied to indiv share. Buy a bunch on the open market, replace those in the foundation that have been sold.
OR
Take the offer of .05, but rather than sell from the foundation, just buy on open market and resell at .05. Either way. we all win!!!!!!
GO PNMS!!!!
And finally, are a bunch of people buying on rumour? Investing good, hard cash in a company that up until now has been scorned, derided and basically called a SCAM? I think not. There is something going on here!
GO PNMS!!!!
Thanks,
Fork
Hi OA,
I'm not of the position that this is another scam by Mike T. Maybe this is something different? I'm not automatically jumping to that conclusion, and unless someone calls and hears Mike's voice and can verify that, I choose to be positive that they actually want to keep the shell/company alive. And .003 is pretty cheap to do so. If there actually was an offer of .05, then I'd say Pedro is smart to buy at .003 and sell at .05. Wouldn't you?
Thanks,
Fork
Hi All,
So has anyone noticed that volume started yesterday or the day before, and now we have the PR? I'd note that there have been some really big buys up till now. And the PR is on business wire, not the local pnms website. This seems different to me. GO PNMS!!!!!!!!
Thanks,
Fork
Hi Manchild1,
I'm loaded and ready to go!!!! GO NSMG!!

Hi,
That may be, but I recall a press release where they identified that they were "in the process" of re-licensing their subsidiary in that location. But no more word, and now that location is not listed in their PR's. So that's why I brought it up to this board to see if anyone else had noticed that. I think they were ABC Siding in MN, if I recall correctly.
It would be nice if NSMG would PR their "realignment" to better produce revenue or whatever. It would at least make me feel better that they are doing it on purpose, rather than another reason, like running out of funds and letting some sites go.
Thanks,
Fork
Hi All,
Anyone notice that the areas in which NSMG has operations has changed? They used to work in Minnesota, and now I don't see that in their releases anymore. In fact, I think a number of states have dropped off.
Maybe Canes are more profitable than hail or winds - but Minnesota has been hit pretty hard with storms this June, and frankly they could have made a lot of $$ had they still be active there, just IMHO of course.
Thanks,
Fork
Hi All,
Will we have movement on this stock come Monday? I recall last year and before, this type of storm (Bertha) would have started us up. I'm kinda pumped!! And a little sheepish that I didn't load up last week when we were testing the .03's. :(

Hi All,
Actually I appreciate 3Saints comments. They provide a counterpoint to others' positive spins. Me, I'm hoping to see this run up so I can take some gains. I'm hoping that once again I didn't buy at the wrong time. If anyone ever sees me make a recommend, please just short the he11 out of it without telling me. Surest way to get gains, just short whatever I buy!!!!!
GLTA,

Hi All,
OK so this is not looking good. I think there is a lot of selling pressure, and not much buying. If we don't get a strong storm then the selling is going to keep pushing this lower. There must be some who are anxious to unload at these levels? It doesn't make sense.

Hi All,
I'm new to the board but have been following this stock for a while. I'm hoping that there will be a redemption of the company, and the stock will rise. But at this point, its just hope, not fact for me.
I went to Panamersa.net and also pdrexchange.com. Both sites are active and up, and that does cost something. However it is all I can see at this point. I did have a question, however, and it is this: can a publicly traded company move their HQ offsore, change to a foreign address, and still stay registered on the US market? Don't they have to delist or something if they become a foreign entity - which seems to be what Panamersa has done.
I'm still hoping for the best...
Thanks and GLTA,

Hi 3Saints,
I went through the filings from that link, it was very interesting. I do not know how to characterize the loans, defaults, then stock transfers. We need overwhelming buying to overcome the sells. I owned this last year, and was following it before that. So I'm wondering if all of those extra shares will hit the market when the hurricanes start driving the price up. I certainly hope not. I'd like to believe that these vendors and Mr. Fife accepted the shares because they believe in the future of the company.
Thanks and GLTA,
Fork
Hi 3Saints,
Thanks for the links and info. So my question is, who is Mr. John Fife, and why does he keep lending money to NSMG? It looks like they are continuing to default on the loans and give him stock instead. And it keeps going on. So Mr. Fife ends up with a big chunk of shares. Why would someone do this...can the shares be unloaded for the cost of the loans? There must be extra in there. And how many investors can keep buying these shares? I'm tapped, and really don't want to keep buying. Maybe more investors will show up soon, and drive it up. Sure hope so. I'm underwater now.
GLTA,
Fork
Agreed. I'd really like to know who is doing all of the selling. Seems like there is a lot of shares being sold at these levels. Thx.
