It's all these convertibles that threaten to keep the sp down.

The Company also issued five year warrants to purchase 3,825,840 shares of common stock of the Company to Valens Offshore and warrants to purchase 8,347,287 shares of common stock of the Company to Valens US
Oberon Securities, L.L.C. ("Oberon"), the placement agent for the Security Agreement, 1,600,000 shares of common stock and five year warrants to purchase 2,800,000 shares of common stock.
and then the preferred stock:
472,928 shares of common stock pursuant to the conversion of 100 shares of Series F preferred stock
that's more than a 4000 for 1 conversion, and they have up to series I.
Because everyone knows there will be dilution & shares flooding the market if the price ever goes up enough, the price doesn't go up :/
