Allie, been away - please send Q & A's to my e-mail also:
beeej918@aol.com
Thank you
Count me in too Allie - can't tell you how disappointed I am in this stock. I believed when I should've been more cautious.
Congratulations Nuk!
Oh yea
My E-trade account still has SPZI @ 0.0002
Yes
I have again spoken with E-Trade, they don't have anything more than we do... Deadline: Nov 7th and hold the preferred for a minimum of 3 months. He gave me the website for 141 Capital and the Investor Relations phone number of 866-843-2775 which, of course, is the number for "The Apple".
So - I called them and spoke with Mark Savage. He says there is no extension for the deadline as of now. He said that certs have to be to the transfer agent by the 7th of November and if there is a chance that they won't arrive by that date then a letter stating that you have requested the certs should go to the transfer agent. He took my e-mail address and said that any PR put out by the company will be sent to me and that he has no other information regarding this offer to exchange common stock.
Not much help but that's all I could get.
I have just spoken with E-Trade. It took some prodding and pointing out the "offer" on the website to get the second person I talked to to look further and get in touch with "the trading desk" about this.
The person I spoke with at the trading desk said they DO have instructions, he took my order (I'm converting 60% of my XXIS stock) and said he "assumed" they had the certificates there. He said they could be overnighted and I'd still meet the deadline of November 7th. I asked "what if they didn't have the certificates?" He said if there were any problems they would call me. He told me the charge for E-Trade to have them do this conversion was $30.
That's all the info I have at the moment. I am hoping I have made a wise decision here. Not sure what the ramifications going forward will be but as I've read so very often here - don't invest what you can't afford to lose. And as my outlook on life is "the bottle is half-full" I don't expect to lose at all!

Just so you know - it makes no nevermind to me that the JV hasn't come off the website or hasn't come to fruition.
I still believe in the positives of this company and I still am holding a boat-load of this stock and also XXIS. I haven't sold a single share and I shall hold long and strong until this goes where I'm expecting it to.
All you naysayers out there with all your negative posts have not swayed my thinking one little bit. I have done my own DD and unlike those of you who find everything you can to make mountains out of negative molehills I look for the reasons for the positives (i.e. opening up new offices in NY and abroad) and the reasons for the negatives. (i.e. lawsuits, stolen products = delays)
This company is carefully moving ahead and it may not move forward at the speed many here would like to see but if you pay close attention to all the details AND keep an open mind (that's important) then you will realize this company is moving ahead at a very deliberate, very calculated pace so as to succeed.
And those of us who have been here awhile holding and averaging down are looking for just that - SUCCESS. And we are willing to wait...

Gbathat & Birdito,
I E-MAILED THEM A WEEK AGO YESTERDAY:
"Could someone please let me know if SymbolMaster.com and/or SFB Market Systems is using any of the products produced by Spooz, Inc.? At one point there was PR'd a joint venture between the two companies but I haven't heard of anything since.
http://www.spooz.com/pdf/SMCC1.pdf
I would appreciate any information you can provide.
Thank you,
XXXXX"
HERE IS THE REPLY I RECEIVED:
"Hi XXXXX,
SFB Market Systems is NOT using any of Spooz tools. In fact, SFB terminated its letter of intent back in June 08 which terminated the Joint Venture as well.
For further information please contact Spooz directly.
Thank you,
Lee Clifford, President"
I received her answer on Monday morning the 29th about 8:30 am.
I second that...
Woo Hoo! This is a very POSITIVE feeling! And I am feeling GOOD! Not green yet but headed in that direction fast!
GO SPOOZI, GO SPOOZI, GO SPOOZI...
Yes, thank you.

"Yes its the negativity, which is more then appropriate, that is holding this company down. Once that leaves the company will flourish. LOL"
I'm not sure you quite understood what I was trying to get at. Flourishing WOULD be nice. I personally don't believe that a LACK of negativity will specifically lead to flourishing but LET'S TRY IT!! I love experiments! Let's be positive for awhile. And patient too. Kind of like a parent watching their child develop.
Actually many on this board are very positive that this little pinkie stock company will develop, take off and run and someday make them very wealthy. I like that kind of positive thinking.
And many invested in this stock are very patient. AND THEY UNDERSTAND what this company has gone through and understand the reasons WHY.
I for one, am one of the patient ones. Negativity and impatience are not qualities that I think are important. (Actually , I think they're pretty negative.)
So, let's get positive and be patient.
I'm POSITIVE that my PATIENCE and UNDERSTANDING will pay off big time in the long run with SPZI AND XXIS.
My opinion...

MG,
"Why should anyone invest their money in this idea?"
I suggest you read carefully the following post:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=31997467
Perhaps somewhere there you will find an answer to your question.
Nothing you say is going to change my position - I'm in this for the long haul. I've invested my money here because I BELIEVE (not just HOPE) that this stock will make me some money.
Your post leads me to believe that you are NOT invested here.
"Enjoying the show and hope you guys make out Ok"
Is your agenda, perhaps, different from mine?
Beeej
IW,
Thank you for another post that blows the negativity that abounds on this board right out of the water. While I am no where near your league with investing and knowledge I too would like to "break out of prison". And I completely understand that there are those with a different agenda who could absolutely crush what is currently my "paper loss". I too have averaged down and would love to buy more at these low prices but with what I have it won't take too many ticks up to put me in the green even though I started buying well over a year ago.
I believe this product has potential resulting in financial gains for many here who have looked at this company (and XXIS) and believe that despite obstacles that Paul and Co. have had to overcome, this company and their products will survive and will make some who are invested here very wealthy.
Yes, pinkie stocks are definitely "lotto picks" but this one has great potential. (MHO)
Now if the negativity would just go away and let this company do it's thing...

Let's watch this baby run!! Have a great day everybody :)
I am LOVIN' the positive energy on this board today!!! Very refreshing. G'nite all, schweet dreams :)
There's a PR out this AM about Q2 financials.
I picked up 10 mil @ .0001 (ETrade) first thing this AM. I'm in for the long run :))
MC, Georgie, Boca, CapnDon, Allie and anyone else who would like to weigh in on this question: What effect, if any, do you think this economy is having on the sales for this company?
Thanks. I appreciate your info and all you and MC and many others bring to this board. I'm still waiting for my order to be filled for more SPZI shares. I'm buying for the long haul. GLTA
I put in an order last night for almost 6 mil @ 2 and it was filled almost immediately this morning. Sorry to say I wasn't one of the ones filled at 1 but thought I'd let you know...

IMHO... This stock is going through the roof, as is SPOOZ. Time tables are not important. I really don't care what the "naysayers" post here - I believe in this company and their product(s)and I truly believe that with my "few million" shares I will someday not even care what the PPS is because I will not only have made back my money... I will be counted among the multi-millionaires in this country.
It doesn't matter to me that a few deadlines have been missed and it doesn't matter to me that others think the worst. I believe in the people who work in this company and in the product(s) and I'm in for the long haul.
I can't see the "belly-up" scenario being played out. There are too many arrows pointing in the direction of "let's make some serious money". So... I'm here to stay.
Those that dont' believe - that's their choice and I don't understand their persistance here. If it's "the long haul" that takes me to multi-millionare land - so be it. I'm very patient.
Happy 4th everyone.
Thank you - that definitely sheds light in an area I wasn't thinking about. And what you said makes sense. I am enjoying my education here. Again, thank you.
OK - I'm really not gettin' this... In many humble opinions here this stock is going to rise to .40 (give or take) over the next year or so. What's the difference between buying a million shares at $400 or $500 when down the road you're going to make $400,000 (maybe more!) Is $100 that important NOW when you will be making that kind of money THEN? Won't buying at a higher price help the stock to rise even higher? And then won't others notice and (hopefully) jump in because they're concerned they may miss the opportunity? This company appears to be very solid and looks like it's going to hit the ground running. What am I missing?
That was ME!! I'm in and here to stay :)
I'm definitely in this for the long haul. I'm down from when I started buying shares and I HATE to lose money! From what I'm reading (again, I'm VERY new to all this) those of you that seem to know what you're doing are putting in sell orders for $1.00 or more so that... What? The company knows you're not just going to sell for a quick buck? Not sure I understand but it sounds logical that you want to send a message to someone (again, not sure whom) that you won't sell for less than "X amount" and that you're waiting for the company to start making a profit and that you have faith in the company long term. Am I getting this right?
I'm new here and want to thank you all for the information you post. It's been very enlightening. Specifically, thank you to ITGuy and those of you who went to the SHM and shared the information and your impressions as to what you learned. I've been reading these posts for the last week or so and trying to learn (and discern) the information from the people who seem to believe in this company's ability to make money long term and those who seem to really hate this company. I'm not sure I understand why people who don't believe in this company are still even interested in it - it sounds like sour grapes. I'm still learning and I'm still invested. My impression is that I should hold on to what I have and buy more if I can. Thanks again :)
