Sadly, I think we have to camps on this site. Seems the same for this stock as the politics of our country; very divided.

I personnally am Pro-GLCC and will be holding long with my small investment. But there are some that seem to very upset and not wanting to let go of something that should be let go.

I can't wait till next week and GLCC to be climbing and doing what I believe the company can achieve for everyone.

As I promised last night, I called Heritage Trust just now (0813 CT)and asked about A/S and O/S.

A/S = 450,000,000

O/S = 286,825,575

O/S Per the Customer Service Rep, includes all issued, resticted shares that have been awarded. She reiterated this point twice to me when I tried to get a more detailed explanation.

I believe that there is probably a miscomunication in what we believe to be outstanding and what the TA is reporting. If the "RESTRICTED" issues are included, this could demonstrate all the DIVYs issued/recalled and the new Class A-J shares being warranted.

I believe in GLCC; I am a small investor compared to the rest of you; and want to just understand the truth behind the company. I'm doing my own DD and find GLCC to be a great company. I'm behind GLCC 1000%.

Maybe we can get MINMAR or GLCC to better explain the difference in numbers? I contacted MINMAR yesterday and await their response. Maybe someone else has a better contact.

Just to make a point, I believe in GLCC and am holding long.

I called because of all the bickering to see what was the truth behind the TA numbers. The number I quoted is not IMO it is what the Customer Service Rep stated to me. I will call again in the morning to see what the numbers are.

LLet's face the truth of the matter; the TA is computerized, like the rest of the world, and the A/S is still 450mil.

I pray that there are some serious shorts out there and the manipulation will stop soon. Everything I read about this company seems to demonstrate that they are sincere in their beliefs to make this company strong.

The PRs are becomming fullfilled, at least partially, and maybe we will see a PR out there showing the rest of the story.
