Fitz,
All I can tell you is that I bought first thing this morning and placed another AON buy later and both went through. I did have to sit through a Fidelity standard warning briefing on penny stocks yesterday, perhaps that is what you were experiencing. You may want to try the trade again.

Trading status at Fidelity??
As far as I know Fidelity is the only one allowing trading for this stock however when I tried to buy this via the Fidelity site today, it gave me a message stating I should call:1-800-544-3939. Upon speaking with the representative I was given a strange explanation that I won't be able to buy any new shares today as Fidelity is in the process of deciding whether to allow trading on this stock and that no more information is available; I should try to trade/call tomorrow.
Has anyone faced this???
Stang,
Started with cash. Will close my Zecco account soon and move that into Fidelity.

Quote:Picked up 1,350,000 shares today in my new Fidelity account.
DrD...Did you transfer shares from another account, or just starting from scratch with cash?...
Picked up 1,350,000 shares today in my new Fidelity account. One must consider it a bargain. The buy took a little while to go through hopefully because the number of available shares are drying up. Lee, Chuck and the rest of our leadership team -- keep up your great work!
Dr. Doug
Us 27% today and as I recall up yesterday also but I cannot find any news -- any ideas for this rise?
Dr. Doug
Yes, $2,500 is required to open an account. I am in the process of setting up my own account now. I still have to call them so they can officially warn me about penny stocks. Hope to add to my position in CPRK by the end of this week.
Dr. Doug
Tried to add to my position today with Ameritrade and received the following message: "Opening transactions for this security are not accepted." Which broker is accepting buys of this stock?
Dr. Doug
Well said Bubba. Let me add just one thing: why pay any attention to anyone who posts when they have no skin in the game?
Dr. Doug
Went to the CCRY site to look for an update. Surprise, surprise the site was not available!!!
Do any of the readers here know anything, beyond the normal comments, about RP?
Dr. Doug
With GCOG moving up 25% today I tried to reach Rahim Rayani and Bill Morris but only ran into non-working phone numbers. Does anyone have any ideas on GCOG?
Dr. Doug
The great majority of the shareholders fully realize all the work that you, Lee and the rest of the group have accomplished and are continuing to do. We also realize the variety of sacrifices that you all have made for the sake of the company. Although I cannot speak for all of the shareholders, I truly believe that 99% of them would join me in expressing our deepest gratitude for all of your efforts for we know without your group all our shares would be long gone.
Keep up your great work and don't let the 1% get you down.
Dr. Doug
Must be nice to be perfect!
0.001 - OUCH!!!! Wish I had a Fidelity account!
As usual Chuck is correct. Copied below is my last message (8:44 AM today)from Ameritrade: (Note: My last CPRKQ buy with Ameritrade was July 19, I am not sure what caused Ameritrade's policy change.)
Dr. Doug,
"I apologize for any confusion on our part in the first email. I have credited your account with 3 commission-free internet equity trades."
"If the change with CPRKQ happened very recently, it is possible that the list of restricted positions was not fully updated when the first email was sent. There can be a short delay between when a stock's status changes and when the information is available. Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused."
"I verified that CPRKQ is only trading in physical certificate form, so it is not available to be purchased online. If CPRKQ changes that policy in the future, you may be able to buy shares through TD Ameritrade again."
"For now, you can sell the shares that you already own online. Please be aware that there can be additional costs charged by the company's Transfer Agent when selling stocks that are traded as certificates. If you contact CPRKQ, they can tell you who their Transfer Agent is and confirm if there is a fee."
"Please reply to this email if you have any questions."
"Thank you,"

TD Ameritrade on CPRKQ. Following is Ameritrade's response to my question on trading of our stock:
07/21/11 4:42
Dr. Doug,
"Thank you for the message. At this point, CPRKO has not been restricted from trading and you can still buy and sell it online, through our IVR system, or with a broker."
(I also tried to have TDA contribute to our legal fund but they refused since Chuck is opening up an account with Fidelity.)

Msg # 75004
I am told that TD Ameritrade is not taking buy orders, so if you sell you may not be able to re-buy via TDA
Fidelity is still allowing buys and sells.
I will update you guys as soon as anything is accomplished towards getting the trading issues fixed.

Fitz,
Help us protect your and our investment in CPRK. Contribute to our legal fund! We will prevail.
Dr. Doug
Just trying to help some who read this board understand what the PGPM_COO was implying. Something that a good head moderator would do if we had one. No LOL.
Dr. Doug
Check previous posts or do a Google search. Not sure of the validity of the reported codes.
Dr. Doug
Just a reminder:
"100 > I need shares
200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get em
300 > Take the price down to get shares....
400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand
500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction
of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is
911 > News incoming"
Certainly would welcome some good news!
Dr. Doug
Up 118% today at 0.0024. Heavy interest today with 85.1K. Does anyone know anything or is this just one of those short term spikes? Sure wish something would happen with this stock -- would like to see it rise from the dead!
Dr Doug
Rich,
You are right on. ("Also, many of our existing shareholders continue to vaccuum up any shares that do happen to escape.") I bought one million shares today in my never ending quest to catch up to our Chuck, who reportedly holds a gazillion shares! It seems like I am trying to catch up to Chuck with a mountain bike while he rides in his Bugatti Veyron 16.4! Maybe I should up my purchases to 10 million a day, but they just don't pay retired Army Colonels enough.
DrDoug
My ACLY order today also went through very quickly with my phone call. Although Ameritrade does not have to give a reason for their quasi-restriction, it still raises concern on the part of the investor. Perhaps the ACLY Board needs to consider doing something to remove the quasi-restriction. Perhaps Ameritrade has some concern about RP. (Just a wild guess on my part.)
Dr. Doug
ACLY trading has jumped from zero. Two trades thus far today for a total of 9408 shares bought at the ask. Ameritrade is making things somewhat difficult in that orders for ACLY must be called in and placed through a broker. When I asked the Ameritrade broker why, he stated that it was a management decision (reason not available) and typically these decisions remain in place for awhile. Hopefully some positive news of a done deal will cause a removal of this quasi-restriction.

Thanks for your comment 2hars. However, I doubt it since our lead moderator would not even post a sticky and he knew exactly who I was through private messages. I was trying to help the long term holders. Not the in-and-out players who brag about being in the green with this stock. My SEC filing was responsible for a 3X+ jump in the stock price and I simply held onto my shares and did not take advantage of the jump that I knew would happen.
Take care. Perhaps Ralph will surprise us! (LOL)

DrDouglas
I do believe you would have had a little better responce if you would have identified yourself in the beginning.
2hars
Thanks Nick. Today has been most frustrating.
Doug
Try sticky note 17756.
masc2279,
You never responded to my questions and a request to talk.
Pray tell what would you do then?
Dr. Doug
====================================================
I would not add it as a sticky.
Cableguy and others with the same feelings:
Suppose I take this 1.3 million and add it to our shares. Imagine how easily it would be for PGPM and ACLY to ignore them since I do not know who this holder, or many of the others are. Imagine how stupid it would be to develop a counter-offer openly developed on iHub. As a large shareholder I was trying to develop a plan with member backing and "real" share count to try to obtain a fair deal from ACLY.
Looks like some would rather just place their trust in Ralph.
Dr. Doug
==============================================================
Anyone care to divulge the amount of shares you own? if not you certainly don't have to, if you don't mind just post here on the board. I own 1,329,337, initially bought as a momo play, but got stuck, as a result, I like the potential, hey it happens, lol. GLTA.
Cableguy,
No offense taken but, I need to know that I am dealing with someone "real" and people that I can contact to help develop a position that is beneficial for the PGPM shareholders. As far as personal information goes more is known about me than anyone responding to my request(Check the sticky notes.).
Looking forward to your message, assuming that you have over a million shares.
Dr. Doug
Input slow - time short!
I have received some inputs requested in the below copied message. No input from our two moderators who I believe have substantial shares. Also repeat my request to the two moderators to sticky note the below listed message (#18188) to attract attention and increase input.
Thanks for your help.

PGPM Shareholders.
As an individual shareholder we each are classified as a minority shareholder. Perhaps as a group we may be a majority or at least a significant minority.
Since most of us do not have access to iHub private messages I have established an email account on AOL. The email address is pgpmsh@aol.com. It stands for PGPM Shareholders. To see where our interested PGPM shareholders stand I ask that any shareholder holding over a million shares send me a message to pgpmsh@aol.com and include the following information:
- Name
- email address
- iHub screen name
- Total number of PGPM shares
- Total number of ACLY shares
I will add all of these together and send out the totals to all participants at their provided email addresses. We can also use this list of shareholder addresses to cover other matters outside of the open field on iHub.
Hopefully this share tally will give us more influence on the future of PGPM.
Note: Moderator - Can you please place a stick note on this message.
Many thanks in advance for your participation.

From one US Army mountain man to another (I was once stranded in the Himalayas in jungle clothing in December waiting on a Russian An-12 aircraft to get me out -- exciting times!): I like to drive, thus the Bentley -- the Maybach usually dictates a chauffeur.
On a serious note, just killing time waiting on our hard-working Chuck to tell us what happened in court today.
See you at the mine.
Dr. Doug
Well maybe I would sell a few shares to buy a new Bentley to drive to our mine.
Dr. Doug
Predictions of $0.28 per share! But, I will not sell any of my shares at that level -- will wait for at least a dollar to sell a little. I noticed that your interests/hobbies are: "Dumpster Diving and Due Diligence". You may want to spend a little more time on the latter before you miss this gem of a stock.
Dr. Doug
More buying -- more holding -- less shares available -- thus price increase! Just wait till we go into production.

Possible way to help CPRKQ with its tailings?

UPDATE: Raptor Technology Group Signs Long Term Contract for Mineral Recovery
12:02p ET February 9, 2011 (Market Wire)
Raptor Technology Group, Inc. (OTCBB: RAPT) today announced the company it is in the process of acquiring, Raptor Fabrication and Equipment, Inc. ("Raptor") has signed a long term contract with Washoe Custom Processing, LLC, a Salt Lake City, Utah based mineral operation. This contract will allow Raptor to process more than 2,000 tons of ore per year. Using Raptor's patent pending mineral recovery method, the Company expects to capture 60-70% of the precious metals that are in the hard rock ore deposits from the Washoe mine tailings. The recovery process targets gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium and rare earth oxides.
Raptor has received several tons of mine tailings from Washoe into its Florida facility for processing. The Raptor process uses advanced chromatography and innovative separation technologies that allow for the recovery of more precious and rare earth metals that were previously too expensive to remove from mine tailings. In addition to its low cost of mineral recovery, the process allows for over 95% recycling of the chemicals used in extraction.
"Our contract with Washoe will allow us to utilize our technology platform to make recovery of rare earth minerals and precious metals an economically viable operation. This venture is the first step in enabling us to deliver valuable rare earth minerals and precious metals to the U.S. market without relying on importation," said Tom Gleason, President of Raptor.
The Washoe sites' surface ore deposit covers 300 acres, and runs to depth of 25 feet. This is equivalent to over 12 million cubic yards of mineable materials, representing over 25 million tons of potentially mined ore.
About Raptor Technology Group, Inc. Raptor Technology Group, Inc. has signed a "Plan of Merger Agreement" with Raptor Fabrication and Equipment and Raptor Technology Group, Inc. is a technology supplier that provides eco-friendly and green solutions to global issues. The company is committed to developing reliable fuel and energy alternatives by making them both dependable and economically appealing to the manufacturer as well as the consumer. Additional patent pending technology has also been developed to recover rare earth minerals from endless miles of mine tailings. This technology provides an eco-friendly means of recycling these mine tailings both economically and profitably.
Raptor has positioned itself to become a leader in the biofuel and mining industries with their advanced proprietary biofuel production technology and mineral recovery technologies. Their constant drive for eco-friendly business solutions and economically profitable business models will secure Raptor as a leader in alternative energy and remediation sectors.

Unfortunately I do not have any. Was just trying to find out the latest from you since you certainly had the lead on this stock.
Thanks for your reply. I was not aware that you sold all of your stock in CGHI.
