Trading has jumped from zero. Two trades thus far today for a total of 9408 shares bought at the ask. Ameritrade is making things somewhat difficult in that orders for ACLY must be called in and placed through a broker. When I asked the Ameritrade broker why, he stated that it was a management decision (reason not available) and typically these decisions remain in place for awhile. Hopefully some positive news of a done deal will cause a removal of this quasi-restriction.
