There is no denying that Barry Henthorn is brilliant. The more significant point is that there is a solid group and established people in and around this company. I am very impressed as of late.
Looks like BH got us some financing.
TV Adds start THIS WEEK!
Looking for the big blocks to start getting gobbled.
Every time I have been through a Baristas it has been first class. They have amazing Coffee and make me feel special.
This is a positive step. I look forward to seeing if they follow it with anything.
Hodge is the best in years by far.
He is pretty worthless but alas he has zero credibility.
I have made lots of money on the history thank you.
If there were mistakes in the past it sure looks like they are building a team that has fixed them.
Baristas now quoted on NASDAQ.com I am not saying we are on NASDAQ but now they are quoting us on the NASDAQ site. They are doing something for sure.

Solid people no doubt. BCCI heading to NASDAQ
With guys like this on board they will figure it out.
Came on an alert to someone I know and then I googled Baristas welcomes.

A Michael Adams and Bob Seda per releases today.
They are spending an awful lot of time bringing in the right kind of people and taking the steps. The recent financials state that they are in the middle of an audit and that they will be publishing it soon.
Great news today about uplisting. They sure do have solid real people believing in them.
All true.
As long as we get uplisted then the past will not matter.
Well said. BCCI is doing all of the right things.
Yes. As soon as the NASDAQ pieces start to come together we will soar.
They are finishing the audit then we go NASDAQ
Lots of buying and dropping of weak hands. BCCI is setting up.
Accumulation. I got a nother 100k
It was at .07 7cents and yes given the market that was a pretty good deal for BCCI. And given where this is headed probably a pretty good deal for the investor as well.
They are definitely trying to get to NASDAQ. They have very competent people around them. As the corporate governance pieces com together this will get very fun.
They own all of the locations. and there are twelve not 8.
The final audit will tell. BCCI will do very well if they continue as they have been.
No doubt that restricted shares that need to be held for a year or two if they are insiders come at a discount. They may never be freely tradable. That is the risk side. In two years they could be worth less than what was paid. That is what happened to the 700,000 that was done at .007. Of course the reverse is true and the might be worth dramatically more than what was paid.
BCCI is very explosive. They have a history of strong runs.
The operations are cash flow positive and profitable. If there is an adjustment one time on the audited financials that causes a negative then it will just flip next filing to a positive again because the operations are making money.
That is not supported by the lack of dillution.
The audited financials will be the only ones that matter. I am glad we got a glimpse into what they will look like however.
Thats based on only one million shares outstanding.
Notice that we need 15 million in market value. That means we will need to get to about 0.055 before the listing. I expect that they will do whatever they need to in order to reach that PPS with some room to spare in order to insure uplisting.
Looks like Hodge got us current. Got he debts negotiated, got funding, and cleaned up the share structure.
No you don't. Thats why this is so special.
Look we will qualify for NASDAQ like they said.
Look under Capital Markets. Tried to copy but the formatting got buggered.

They left a disclaimer that audited numbers may be different and that there was not depreciation in these numbers. They also stated that changes would not be material. I think the equity section even if adjusted shows that we will qualify for NASDAQ based on the Equity Standard.
