Thank you for helping with DD, however I must post this previous post and state that one of the plaintiffs listed in your report posted this: IMO

Fair enough.....please note I did say "IMO"
You are right, they dont lie, however they are pure speculation. You have no idea what the valuation could be.....try doing a little research on this board if you have a paid membership, you might be surprised......
I wouldnt worry about the math....ever heard of P/E ratios?
Its only gambling if you admit it....LOL

Trust me, us longs are watching. Each of us are big boys and girls and take care of our own business.
Why dont you just let it be, if you care so much for the shareholders (as you claim) you would just let nature take its course, your way too bitter
Is anyone else having charting problems on TD's Think or Swim?

They reported bad earnings missing analyst estimates big time. Also gave a poor forward looking statement due to the offshore drilling moratorium
FYI. This can be VERY confusing:
What is a wash sale? The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) created the wash sale rule under Section 1091 to prevent investors from recognizing "artificial" losses by selling a stock for a loss, and then repurchasing the stock within a short period of time. The wash sale "window" starts 30 days prior to the sale, includes the date of sale, and ends 30 days after the sale - for a total of 61 days. If an investor sells the stock at a loss, and then buys a "substantially identical" replacement stock within this 61-day window, the loss is deferred until the replacement shares are sold. The pro rata loss is added to the cost basis of the replacement shares purchased, and the holding period of the replacement shares includes the holding period of the original shares sold. However, the deferred loss will eventually be recognized when the replacement shares are sold.
The wash sale rule tends to be confusing for investors, and can be nearly impossible to keep up with for active traders. Your account will be continuously monitored for wash sales, and will automatically update your cost basis and capital gain/loss report in GainsKeeper® in the event that a wash sale occurs.
I just love this guy:

Loving it, I have been able to play BHI like a fiddle since it was around 27.00 LOL
picked some up at 43.83, next support is 43.13
As a matter of fact.............NO
Hey $d, the data I was reading today was WAY WRONG, I dont know if it was a glitch or a scam play, volume was no where near what they were reporting, of course it was fixed by end of day, I'm gonna keep watching that and see what it does, Volume ended up below average across the board. From what I researched, BIG volume days go either way so the low volume pump theory may not be correct, as a matter of fact, SUPER low volume days have been green way less than 100 points, more like up 50 to 60.
I did find the higher the volume equaled more red days than green
FWIW
I thought the EXACT same thing LOL. It's gang up on $D time again!!!!! LMAO
Not much happening buddy, I read iHub everyday but dont post as much as we all should, its $D's fault
sorry folks, this shell will RS again, I have held this since it was PNHL then GTLA took over the shell and did an RS. wash, rinse, repeat
I sure hope we have a nice run up, I'm loaded on longs, loaded on shorts too but DOW would have to go to 5000 for me to recoup on those, LOL
