Answer me this Teddi....I agree with most of your statement...Has anyone done more than myself to help this company....and yet I get no response...There are others who have done as much as I have, no doubt...but to not have a response from Eric...that is unacceptable...and I saw one of the blogs that mentioned stature of limitations....stature of limitations are not the same for each state in the United States....this is not an issue that has been resolved...So, since Eric won't respond to me I'll get things in order....I'm not letting this go...I will not be lied to and just forget about it....It will probably cost me more than it's worth but I can assure you this problem of Winning Brands not paying their monies to creditors is not over by a long shot...

OK then....who are the creditors? That says it all...Any doubt now about loans to WNBD not Eric Lehner?

Some here don't believe that loans were made to WNBD....so, I'll call the SEC and get back to the board....then we will have clarity since Eric won't
answer my emails....I'll see what they say....I'll also ask them about shareholders being paid in shares and posting on this board.....Might take a few days but I'll see what the SEC says....maybe it's worth it....maybe it's not

In the few financials that were posted by WNBD in past years...Did WNBD file the loans to shareholders in the financial report?

That would be correct sir.....never received a penny....never. All we ever were compensated for was air fare...hotel...and meals. But I think the board is aware of that. I have the receipts for every trip. I will add more as the time goes by. Never received shares...and that I will address soon. Thank You.

I used to feel the same way about Eric.....Not anymore, after what has transpired since 2013'....Loyal and patient shareholders?....How many years does it take?.....10,12,20 years? I've been here since 2008'....I have been a creditor since 2013'........still waiting....and that is only the tip of the iceberg....there will be more to come.

Dave this year in Jan I loaned Eric emergency funds was interest free for 30 days to be paid back till now only 1/3 paid back also loaned him over 8 yrs ago which now with interest comes to over 1/4 million as for share I dont have much since I cant buy or sell here
