Well, if you have seen this so called "shipping center" in Santa Fe as I have you would know why the samples are not coming.
I am going by what Ameritade told me. I sold a few thousand shares at .095, then called Ameritrade because no orders were going through. They said it was at the discretion of their MM's as they just gave the orders to them. I lowered the selling price and they sold.
The MM's are buying it and turning around and selling it instantly. So that means somebody thinks they can make money on it, but it is not the MM's. And before anyone says "how do you know the MM's are selling it?" It is pretty easy to decipher when 90% of the trades are identical in size and price. They buy it at .01-.04 and sell it at .02-.05, depending on where they bought it.
not really mystery trades, if you set a sell price that the mm's believe they can make a profit on, the sale goes through. When HSXI first started trading again I sold a few shares at .095, then I entered a market order by mistake and about 1,000 shares were traded at a penny. Finally, after I had felt as though I had waited long enough I entered 50,000 shares in the .04 cent range. In two days I had sold all the shares. I did all of this through Ameritrade. Not that big of a mystery.
I guess some of you forget that with financials the Brokers would probably be inclined to trade this stock, with or without shell issues. If the brokers/dealers saw that this company was on solid ground and in position to buy a new shell, then they would allow trading on their part to commence. Pretty simple proposition actually.
Not trying to slam you on a personal level VC, but besides people just saying the sec did this and the sec did that they need to take into account what hsxi has done. Also, as far as the amex goes, there is a reason stocks make it onto it, and HSXI has honestly done nothing to be mentioned in that breath. The only relation between hsxi and amex stocks is that management mentioned they would like to attempt to get on it, but obviously had no idea of how to achieve it.
The frustaration is obviously real and understandable, however blaming it all on the SEC makes zero sense. reason number one, trading is still at the discretion of broker dealers. If HSXI had provided the information that was requested at the very least there would be more broker dealers allowing trading of this stock and there would be a superior market to the current one. HSXI obviously has not met the requirements of the Brokers, therefore it is they wwho believe HSXI is still to risky a proposition. Two, HSXI new this was coming, mentioned it several times, and was not prepared. I do not know if the only problem is the shell, but even if it is HSXI is still at fault for this. They certainly are guilty of not doing their DD on the old shell at the very least. And if they did, then they really asked for this, didn't they. Three, so they say they may buy a new shell, well I will have to see it to believe it. they say they have the money, they say they were prepared, but they have put off product many times, have still not produced financials, and have layed folks off. Does not exactly breed confidence does it?
I have to be honest, I decided some money was better then none, and went ahead and sold the majority of my shares ealier this week, that is why there was some activity for a couple of days. I was just happy to get more then those who put in market orders, but I still have about 2,000 shares just for fun as I thought holding onto a few was better then the 80.00 or so dollars I would get for them. Good luck guys, hopefully it bounces back but I was just unwilling to wait any longer.
VC, have you heard anything at all in the last few days? I know you were trying hard, but did anything come of it.
That response does not surprise me. I posed the question of why they did not just release audited financials thereby giving shareholders confidence and making the sec appear to be in the wrong, and he told me he did not have time for such questions. What stuns me is that there are still people who belive them!
I did contact the SEC and recieved a response, but it was generic and said nothing other then that There is contact in such situations between the SEC and the company involved.
I owned about 1,000 shares of a company call Ceyoniq a few years back. Unlike this one, my buddy told me about it where I told him about this one (maybe we should stop giving each other penny stock tips) anyway it was also headed by some German gentlemen and was located partially in Virginia. The stock said that there may be issues with the shell in the future much like with HSXI. The SEC halted trading and for about a month the company said everything was fine. Then they laid people off and blamed the SEC for the trading halt. Then they closed their doors for good but said for about a week things would be on track soon. I was able to sell my shares for about 6/10 of a cent as some people seemed to want to be in on a lawsuit. This has been so similar it eerie! This time I have gone out of my way to try to find out some things, like my trip to the address in Santa Fe. That post was deleted, but I did find out it exists but they certainly have no plans to be doing any major shipping of product in the future, you can delete thaT POST
I am tryin not to be too negative here, as I just want other people's thoughts, but how do you know they have no debt? how do you really know? Nobody that I know of has seen Audited Financials, so they certainly could just be saying this. they have certainly said a lot of things that were not proven to be correct. It would seem to me that if they really had no debt they would be shouting it from the rooftops and releasing the information as it would certainly force the SEC's hand. I just honestly think they don't exactly have a lot of credibility.
Just a guess, but that shareholder letter sure seemd to be setting us up for the fall. The tone of the letter really leads me to believe that we are not to far from the "we had to close up shop because of the SEC" letter. BTW, SEC did respond, but it was pretty generic, so I won't even waste you're time with it.
Have you received a response?
VC, I also sent a letter saying I wish there was some information they could provide. If I get a response I will let you know.
Also, notice this:
On Thursday, April 17, 2008, we sent another communiqué to the SEC requesting immediate clarification of their findings , but have received no response.
The word "clarification" is used, meaning they have recieved some word on the findings. When you say clarify, it means you want an explanation of something you have been given. What were the original findings. They don't tell us that.

From what I am hearing that new shell theory just may have some creedence. It does seem like they made a big mistake in their previous shell decision, and that is the reason they are in this situation now. My guess is clearing this up is going to be next to impossible, so they may just have to try and purchase a new shell after all. That is easier said then done, since they will need a clean one this time around. At the very least don't expect any trading anytime soon. Now, this could work out fine for everyone if they are in the financial situation they claim (I am still not willing to bet on it since they are so reluctant to release financials) as they might be able to get this cleared up after a new product release which would offset the stock drop from this situation. I wish they would communicate some more to give shareholders a little more confidence.
I place no blame nor wish an attack on anyone. It was I and I alone who chose to invest in a penny stock so it is I alone who must shoulder the blame for this decision. I do regret that after one of my friends said he felt a halt was coming I did not sell as I thought about it very, vey hard. Hindsight is 20/20 and such is life. Good luck to all of you in the future and may your future investments meet with greater success. I believe the lights have been turned out on this one. I said I would give it untill the end of this week and it is pretty much upon us.
Two things you can be sure of. Number one I doubt there is any naked shorting going on as the recent activity still does not equal the first few days of this unchecked trading in which around 70,000 shares were sold at market or betwen .01 and .03 cents. Those were honest to good ness shares sold at market by people who just wanted to unload HSXI. I myself sold around a hundred that way to see if it would go through and it did at about a cent and a half. MM's gatherd a lot of those shares and are only to happy to give them away at between .07 and .12 cents. That is probably where the last few days of trades have come from. Secondly, if hsxi is getting lawyers then I think we can all consider our money gone. Where have sound and sstow gone, the only two posters on here worth a dang.
I am not sure why my posts from yesterday were censored, if you look at where I post from you will see it is Santa Fe, NM so I have every right to tell people about my knowledge of the area. Anyway, curiosity got the better of me so I did some DD after work yesterday and finally saw some folks there and found out it is indeed a mailhouse. The only issue I have is that they mail bulk postcards and such so that is what I meant by my statement that it did not seem like a location that a good deal of product could go out of it. It does indeed exist so don't worry about that.
I am glad you brought it up, because it is kind of a red flag. There was nothing I saw there that showed that location would be doing any shipping any time soon. I tried to ask somebody at HSXI a little while back about it but did not get a resonse. My friend who is a downer on this stock but owns some himself said he would drive up from Albuquerque where he lives and check it out, I don't know what he thought, but he already thinks these guys are crooks so he might not be the best person to ask.
I cant even tell what it is. There certainly does not appear to be any prominent shipping wharehouse. I might be able to get over there in the next few days and take a picture of it. Unless the address is wrong it just looks like a whole lot of nothing. Plus, there are not a lot of bad places in Santa Fe, but they Managed to find one.
I hope they are ready, but I doubt that would be the place they would be shipping much of anything from. I live in Sante Fe, so I drove by there and lets just say it leaves a lot to be desired if you are planning any shipments in force.
Exactly, but the guys running this thing do have a great deal of shares, and they can not sell theirs right now either. If what they told you was true, they should be running to get out financials not running from them, because releasing them would be a win win situation. I am just a little sceptical if what they told you was 100% accurate. It makes no sense to string everything out in that case.
Well, you and I do own part of this company, and if what you were told is true we certainly deserve financials. I would like to know just where exactly a company I am part owner of stands. You may be willing to take their word for it, but in lite of what is going on, I am not. If we do stand on such solid ground, let it be known for goodness sake.
And they did issue shares at the time of the Abbott rumors. That was not that long ago, and is still something of a red flag what with no financials and no deal coming to fruition. That was an issue which resulted in 250,000 plus dollars.
Well, hopefully that does help it out. I know the article was not from HSXI, but it makes the other look better when it says 240 tests vs a dozen. Also, you said note the price differnce, and in comparison with that one zinger is $8.86 an ounce and the other guys is $7.50. Not a huge difference in this case. Well, a lot of people have issues so I would think both would at least get a little bump from the publicity.
Well, have to be honest about this one, with so many shares and people involved everyone should get about .15 cents each for their trouble. Not .15 cents a share, but .15 total. I can't stand people who do that to innocent folks. A lawsuit is too good for them, they should go to jail. Luckily, that was one stock I did not have.
Well, I guess we can't complain about good pr. I wish we could get some answers, but the pr is nice. I am glad the cream worked well for you, I am just saying that I have osgood slaughters and it did nothing for me. I am glad I don't have any other ailments to try it on, so I can just speak from that. Luckily the pain comes around pretty seldom. But I did have some recently and tried the sample cream with no effect, so that is part of the reason I hold out more hope for the other products.
Point taken, but I have lost a lot of optimism in this whole thing after reading jboy's last post. It seems that Management has done this before with the pr's and such only to leave shareholders hanging. I am pretty upset that this guy is in charge of a company I had some hope in. I am not giving up yet. There are other creams out there that are very similar to this one and come in large quantity's at a lower price. Not the two you mentioned. But I am not here to argue with you, so I will once again say point taken.
wow, I wish I had read those before investing. It is almost like seeing double. Well, I know it was not yuor intention, but that puts a damper on my day.
Did any of you guys get an email from Management today. I did not, but my friend did and sent it to me. I was pretty excited to hear something, but it was pretty much a let down. It was about how there was an unsolicted piece about the cream in something or another. When he told me he was sending me something I got pretty happy, but I should have known since he is a full fledged basher at this point. He rubbed that one in pretty good. I was wanting some kind of news on the situation or at least something about one of the other products. I don't hold out that much hope in the cream ever having a big impact, because as others have mentioned that type of product has been around a while and one can easily obtain such a product in larger quantity at lesser prices. It is certainly not cutting edge like some of the products would be. Oh well, just letting those of you who did not know that they are still sending stuff out and such.
This has not been resolved. HSXI has certainly either not filed the papers or not done so to a level the SEC and Brokers felt satisfactory or there would be an orderly market. I must admit with each passing day I lose a little bit of hope.
I agree with the exception of the cream these are some good ideas and I would like to see them get going. But, I have seen better ideas and products then these taken down by poor Management. I, like some of the others who still have a little faith am wondering if Management is not in over their heads on this one. Matzel, since you seem to know a bit about this can you tell me how Mike and Dieter got their positions. Have you been around since the start? I have not, so I don't know how they came to run this operation, but they would probably not be my first two picks for a company trying to get of the ground. I do like some of these ideas, and in defense of what I have said about the cream I just know that their are some very similar products out there that are cheaper and come in larger supply. I like the other ideas a lot, though.
I do have to agree with you about this. They certainly should have filed it by now. I don't know if they have or not, or if they did if it was suffucient, but you are right when you say that it should have been done. I am not hitting the panic button yet, but my hand is moving towards it. What the SEC is asking for is not that difficult to provide. The fact is they should have had it ready for this situation. We deserve to hear something on this in the very near future, and in this situation no news is bad news.
There are certainly more pressing matters currently. Some people are indeed screaming fire about this SEC mess, and I disagree with that, but there certainly is smoke. We will certainly know before may just where they are headed, that is, we will know beflore the supposed new time frame for the informercial. I am not asking for much, but everybody that owns this tock basher and lover deserves some kind of news within the next week or so. With a situation like this if they don't have something in that time frame then things are indeed more then fishy. So waiting for news, positive or negative until May is simply unnacceptable. And it should be for you also. I will say the banter on this board has improved the last two days. It seems people may be willing to calm down and discuss this without preconcieved notions. One can make assumptions at this point, but it is hard to know what is true and what is not.
There is no reason to be upset with the SEC, when this is the way offers are conducted you are sure to run into them at some point. At the very Least HSXI's Management is guilty of choosing a poor shell. With that said, they new this problem might come up at some point so they should have been prepared to deal with it. The fact that things are progressing at such a slow rate lead to believe that that is not the only issue. Do I know this for a fact? No, but they are making it difficult to draw any other conclusion.
As far as the sstow's questoion about the shell, I will leave specific names out of it, but I posed the question. Lets just say that the response I got was one of the reasons I have begun asking questions on this board. So if they are looking for a new shell I doubt you will hear about it from them. I know a couple of people on this board have mentioned it and wish they could tell us where they heard it from.
As far as recovering funds, I still think it is 50/50. It is still a wait and see thing, though I will admit I have a limit sell order out there, but do not see any way it will be filled. If we don't hear anything early next week I will probably drop it down a little. I have no intention of selling at market, as I would rather lose the money then give the MM's the satisfaction of making a few hundred bucks buying then selling my shares. I still have some pride, though this investment will certainly lead me to do far more due dilligence on my next investment, even on the pinks.
No reason to apoligize, it appears peope on this board are pretty testy, and that is understandable. It does make it difficult to get any information when folks seem more interested in slamming each other then actually conversing. As I said it is a very risky move to by this stock right now, but that is always the nature of pinks. the reason I would not buy right now is that if trading stays like this for some time it is next to impossible to set a limit sell order. MM's will buy low at any market sell, and turn around and sell to buyers, but those looking for a solid set price on a sell are left out in the cold.
I, like others have had conversations with Management and have come away with some dissapointment. If you tow the company line they are more then civil, but any questions and they become very defensive. I don't see any reason for it as I would be satisfied with a simple "I am not at liberty to discuss that right now". I doubt they know if they will get this worked out, so anyone on this board that thinks they know on either side of this is probably incorrect. They do have some great ideas, but I hope they are not counting too much on the cream. As Jboy mentioned there are similar products out there that are both superior and cheaper. There are not comparable products with some of those in development. If they come out of this ok there still could be some good things ahead, but as I previously stated without inside knowledge I would put the odds at 50/50.
Wow, thanks for the kind greeting. I guess this is not a good place for good conversation about this stock, eh? I see this board is pretty heated, but the problem with all you guys is that none of you seem to have an open mind about this! One side flat out hates HSXI, and the other seems to love it. My guess is one side invested way more then they should have in a pink sheet and is now scared shiteliss, and the other either is or knows employees or are the kind of folks that hate to be wrong. I would like to hear what anyone actually knows about what is going on, so please keep the insults to yourself. now if that is too much for you, please send me personal message next time.
Now, to my point. I am simply saying that is unusual to buy a stock when it is still for all intensive purposes halted. The truth is I doubt anyone on this board knows if this stock will be traded in the usual manner again. But, he must have his reasons for the purchase, and I was simply asking what that might be. If he has a strong feeling that this stock will be traded again, I would like to hear it, as I could use some good news on this one! Thanks, George.
