Great job Joe! I have posted that info to the iBOX. Thanks for the help.
Good info Joe, when you gather the rest of it, let me know and we can break it down and post it to the iBOX.
joelegs and Mr CRABS.... I am not sure what set you off JL, but in all fairness your response to mr crabs was unacceptable and has been removed due to vulgarity, it is not allowed on iHUB period......
Mr crabs....Your response was completely unacceptable as well and worse off due to such immature content. Your response has been removed as well. We are here for a common purpose and the vulgarity is to be left at the yahoo boards where people thrive on it.
To both of you...this is the only warning, please keep it civil here. If you disagree with each other, Private Message each other and work it out between yourselves. iHUB will not tolerate any vulgarity at all, please do not take this as me on a power trip or trying to trump the 2 of you, these are the rules set forth by iHUB and we all must follow them.
OK, I have added a couple links in the iBOX. I am having trouble on posting an actual image, read the FAQs on it and still can't figure it out. I never was computer literate, sorry. If any of you are familiar with doing this, please let me know, I could use a little help figuring this out. I did post a link to the chart and believe it should be an updated version everytime you click it, if not let me know and I will try to correct the problem. I will do some research with the image posting and get on that particular board to straighten this out ASAP.
Absolutely, I was in a bit of a rush when I started the board and this is my first time so, I will get some more info posted on here before next week. Any other suggestions are more than welcome, I want this board to work for us all and keep the bashers and other people out who are trying to promote things like doublingstocks.c and other scams that are useless to what we are here for. Thanks again!
Hey JL, Take a look at the volume stats from 08 May. Remember how we were talking about the 100share painter? Someone is seems to be doing it on a larger scale now. 21,100 bought then a couple hours later 21,100 sold. Could have been someone who just got scared right after buying because there was a 0.5 cent drop, or someone could be testing the waters to see how much volume on the buy it would take to move this stock upwards for a quick play. Food for thought.
Hello louie, this is weatherdevil111, good to see you here. Looks like this board is finally getting some interest. I was getting worried that I created it for nothing. Anyhow, this is great news that came out, we are right on track.
I have noticed that too. WTH is that all about. I have heard that sometimes MMs do this as some sort of code, have you ever heard of such a thing? I mean seriously, 100 shares = $11.10 when I kept seeing those trades. Nice to see someone finally come to this board, I was beginning to worry that I would have to start talking to myself! What are your thoughts on this company?
Hey guys, I haven't posted here in while since I sold at .024 about a month or so ago I guess it was. But I would like to get in on helping us collectively get what is rightfully ours. I lost a lot of money on this as many of did I would assume. I sold the day before SEC halted it, pure luck, which is about the only luck I had with this POS. I am willing to share my info and provide means to verify it. Please let me know what I need to do to help.
I created this board so we can begin discussing this company. From what I have seen so far this appears to be a great company in a great market. Check out the Cohen Independent researck article at www.cohenresearch.com/reports/aval_03-26-08.pdf. IMO this company will be a 5-8 bagger in the next year.
MMs need to come down off the ask of .37. Volume of 200 yesterday, that is ludicrous. This company has what it takes to pop but if the MMs don't either pick up the bid or lower the ask to narrow the spread, no one will buy seeing that the liquidity isn't there without having to take a 30% cut.
Why are the MMs not coming off this .37 ask? No trades being made, if they would narrow the spread to maybe .05cents it would probably create some serious volume and bring the pps back up. Why such a huge spread other than trying to discourage selling or the obvious massive profit to the MMs?
Well I found out about TRBI just by chance actually, it was included in a link I believe to another stock and I took notice of it on wallst web site. I found this board quite easily as I do own other stocks and am active on this site in the other boards. I have read back a few days on this board to familiarize myself with the overall sentiment of the investors here and took note of some people wanting to be careful as to who finds out about this stock, mainly shorts, flippers and day traders I am assuming is the main concern. I am none of those all though it is honestly no one's business other than my own what type of position I take. I am interested in a long position here, however am not going to say that if I got in now at .25-.35 and it jumps to a 1.50 that I would hang in for the chance of a longer run, because IMHO new companies like this are very risky as you can see by the latest drop in pps when all seems to look great for the company. The MMs run the show here and if you get to greedy trying to gain the absolute max profit that a volitile company like this has to offer then you will likely get burned.
JMHO
DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ANYONE HERE WAS EXPECTING SUCH A DROP. Would like to here some of your insight as to why you think this is/is not a good investment. Thinking of getting in but I do not like the spread that I have seen all day and have a feeling it will decrease a bit more.
careful!!! They also told you to buy when is was at $10 and again at $5
Listen guys, all this talk of $2.50-3,4,5 and tma is gonna fly with a little growth has no merrit, its wishful thinking at best right now. Every bit of money that TMA could, can, or will produce over the next 5-7 years is gonna have somebody else's thumb on it. They are in serious debt folks, and believe me I understand your way of thinking, it is due to being in this stock most likely at a loss, such as I was. The only thing that will make this stock fly would be an announcement of a huge buyout, which is NOT gonna happen since there is so much debt within the company. Take an unbiased look at what we all have been saying here over the last month and then compare it to what has actually happened with the stock price. I am not bashing here, I really thought some good could come of all of this but the reality has since set in and the death grip of the new investors in TMA is still yet to be fully digested...it will go lower from here, likely to about.85-.90 cents. I will be waiting for that moment to consider getting back to turn a relatively quick bounce.
ALL OF WHAT I SAY IS BASED ON NOTHING OTHER THAN WHAT I WISH TO BE TRUE!
Dale, everything there except the first line is old news. The BOD for TMA already passed a proposal to file with the SEC to allow the company to increase the number of shares without shareholder approval due to the fact that if the shareholders vote "NO" to the dillution it would have significant impacts to the company's financial viability. If you go back and read some of the articles that are about Matlin, you will find out that these are the guys who come in when no one else wants to. This is a very dangerous position that TMA is now in. I am out for now but watching closely from the sidelines, GLTY. JMHO
Hey guys....I am not trying to bust anyones bubble, but, I am not seeing how we are gonna see 2-3 dollar range anytime soon much less $4,5,6. I was long in this stock but decided to cut my losses 2 days ago @ $1.30..I had back pedalled on everything I had honestly thought would happen, because lately I have been seeing more and more "not so good news". The current situation here is either they don't hold the vote for SHers and 3-4 billion more come into play which will likely have repercussion in the form of a lawsuit by the common or they do hold the vote and the 3-4billion new shares get rejected leaving TMA with having to pay the full 18% and all principle payments to the new investors over the next 7 years and will still have the 1.35 billion in debt to recover from. I am still on the fence as whether or not to get back in if the price decreases a little more. Hoping some of you will give some insight as to what you see (more facts than speculation please) as to how this company can possibly overcome their current situation. However I must say given the current circumstances the $4-$6 range is nowhere in sight and has to be based purely on speculation.
ra777, I agree with you, or at least before I read the news that they want to increase shares to "at least 4 billion". Before I was under the impression it was going to be 3 billion. Any thoughts on what damage another billion shares could do. Also, correct me if I am wrong but the vote to increase shares is not until june 15th which buys us some time.
we are much better of than last friday............IMO, we have seen the level of uncertainty raised even higher over the weekend through today in the common investor as well as having the lenders demonstrate enormous patience (likely to their benefit, which in turn is to our benefit). I honestly feel that when the news comes out, the dillution won't be as scary to those who understand it for what it really is. Any update providing a fact that a plan has been agreed on will spark huge interest in investors to buy, obviously they have already gotten the attention of many to whom which I would be willing to bet are watching like a hawk from the sidelines. And when that fear is lowered,by an inked agreement, bailout, or whatever TMA has up their sleeve, we are gonna move fast. IMHO tomorrow morning is that day. JMHO.
SO!!!!!.. Do you feel lucky, punk? I do, IMO this being the last day of the quarter, and the manner in which it held steady until the end (which I am pretty certain was nothing short of panic selling due to the lack of news) I think we will see something huge tonight or pre-m. There is absolutely no way the feds, lenders, or anyone else that can and likely would be involved in this matter are gonna let this company fall under otherwise it would have taken place long ago. With all the uncertainty lately, I'd say she held it together very well this afternoon, which leads me to believe that the first hint of anything that is positive, we will nearly double from here IMO. We are gonna make it IMO.
All of what I say is based on nothing and is only what I wish to be true! LOL GLTYA!!!
totally agree! Even with the fear of such dillution it is still a "deal" which will ultimately help remove uncertainty for investors which IMO is a big player in the current pps. I think the move will happen overnight tonight though since their extension goes through today and they have made it a point to wait to the last nanosecond to release news on further extensions. I do have a question though, is there any truth to the rumor that today is the deadline for many of the short shares to be covered? If so, that would be huge when combined with expected news on a deal being done causing volume to go through the roof. I am holding a long position in this stock and everything I say is soley based on what I would like to be true...lol
I am not sure if you can make a good decision on why to buy this stock right now, I honestly feel you would be gambling more than buying on sound analysis because things have been so quiet. HOWEVER, I am one to gamble just based off the recent events......Why do the lenders keep giving extensions when they need to meet their own margin calls...because maybe they know something we don't. Why hasn't the deal already been inked, they made it sound like it was all worked out last week...maybe TMA knows something we don't, like the possibility of a new investor that is willing to make a better deal for them or maybe the possibility of a buyout offer. These are just a couple of the MAYBEs, which are no better to rely on heavily than the mighty "IF". There is one fact though....TMA is still here, alive and kicking and there extension now goes through today. IMO it is likely we will see some very big news either AH today or pre-market tomorrow. GLTY
I do not believe this company will be allowed to go BK IMHO. TMA is a benchmark for jumbo loans and the pps has taken a beating for the obvious SUB-PRIME crisis. I honestly see the worst of this crisis as over and we should now start the trend back up. Seems to me that the current pps already has the dillution priced into it as the current pps I feel is caused by panic and uncertainty more than the actual value. Obviously still much risk here, but if this company was going BK it would have happened weeks ago IMO. All of there lenders have been working with them to get the company through this because they know/or strongly believe in TMA. Not to mention, if they were to let this company fall they would not get much trying to sell the assets in the current market. I think TMA is quite undervalued currently even with the dillution, it will take some time however for stabilization in the market as a whole to reflect the actual value here IMO.
