thanks, marketman. Some good things coming out.
Thanks Valeria. Article looks good.
thanks, anthazar. I wonder when we will get some news. The Q says the MOU is still working, that's good.
this was not a bonus, they put up money., 75k each. Even with what NBA considers a huge giveaway, they still haven't filled the offering last I heard. I agree it's a very good deal, I wish I could participate.
I looked at the last paragraph and I got a little lost. I wonder if you , Lawrenzo, what that means as to the present per share value of the stock, assuming everything comes to pass.
Did you notice where the stock price was when they made the second offering????
High volume in the first half hour today, that could be positive. Not much price appreciation yet.
This may help, from the press release.
"Additionally, Blue Biofuels has laid out the roadmap forward and contracted K.R. Komarek, Inc. to build the successors of the 5th generation CTS machine through to commercialization."
So the contract is to build not only this fifth, but to build successors up to the fully commercial six.
As to what the terms are, that is unclear. It is at least possible that Komarek sees a big potential market and is willing to work with BIOF to develop the machine to control a big market in the future. But we have no way of knowing if that is the case or what the terms are.
Can't imagine there will be any big money buyers until the 425k is spoken for.
425k not 475k left. 50k minimum.
I agree, we may be looking at very good things.
Video of Koppern/Komerak machine.
News out on the five.

This will accelerate and solidify the scale-up and commercialization of Blue Biofuels’ patented Cellulose-to-Sugar (“CTS”) process for the production of cellulosic ethanol and sustainable aviation fuel.
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, May 04, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Blue Biofuels, Inc. (PINK: BIOF). – Blue Biofuels, Inc. announces that its 5th generation of the Cellulose-to-Sugar (“CTS”) machine is on schedule and that testing and further engineering towards larger volumes have started. Additionally, Blue Biofuels has laid out the roadmap forward and contracted K.R. Komarek, Inc. to build the successors of the 5th generation CTS machine through to commercialization.
“This partnership with Komarek enables us to accelerate our development towards commercialization. Komarek machines provide enhanced process control and capacity with proven robustness and durability. The first Komarek machine is scheduled to be delivered at the end of the first half of 2022”, said Ben Slager, CEO of Blue Biofuels. "Komarek was selected based on their consistent delivery of superior quality products. We are pleased to have them build the semi-commercial and commercial versions of the CTS machines going forward. We expect that the industry-leading expertise of Komarek will enable us to accelerate to a commercial-scale system in a little over 12 months. We are excited to work with them in a long and mutually successful relationship," continued Slager.
In tandem with building the successor of the 5th generation CTS model, Blue Biofuels is completing the process optimization to enable the building of industrial-scale CTS systems. This includes the engineering and building of all auxiliary systems for larger-scale feedstock/catalyst preparation and the processing of sugars into cellulosic biofuels.
“The CTS technology is the future of energy, being renewable, sustainable, and affordable. Blue Biofuels has created the ultimate solution for a circular economy, in sharp contrast to the take-make-waste model of the past. We are excited to collaborate with them and leverage our 100+ years of experience to bring this game-changing solution to market. We look forward to working with Blue Biofuels as they scale to meet the worldwide demand for biofuels,” said Jan Pflugfelder, CEO of Komarek.
It's in the document filed with the SEC. Scroll down through all of it.
it was dismissed by agreement of the parties without prejudice, which means it can be brought again. No details in the motion, stipulation or order as to why.

one million is the total they are looking for, 575k already raised. Looks good, hopefully enough to get the five done and then they can raise more at a better price.
Yes, good news.
Every Friday, if not on volume, then at least a price pop at the end of the day.
Lack of volume, of course, could mean two things, either the demand or the supply is drying up. Looks like supply.
If there were an accumulator, they would want to push it down as well. They don't want it to look like a break away. That would bring the momo players in and the stock might wind up on the breakout boards and their accumulation would be at an end.
The chart would look the same as if it were MMs, wouldn't it.
Still accumulation, IMHO. The buyer isn't pushing it. He or she is trying to suck up all the available supply at this level. That's what it looks like to me anyway.
another strong finish on slightly increasing volume.
BIOF, strong close finishing up for the day when everything else finished down. Low volume so I don't know if it means anything, but it is interesting.
It seems like you think you know me. You don't.
What on earth are you talking about?
Thanks, blue chip, this can only be good for us.
One interesting thing that probably makes no difference is that these higher volume days started two weeks ago today, on Friday April 8, then continued on Thursday, April 14, the day before the Good Friday holiday, and continued today, another Friday,
Also, on all those days, the volume was heaviest in the morning.
The meaning, is of course obvious. The Illuminati, who everyone knows are based in Europe, are the ones doing the buying and they won't buy after six PM their local time, for pagan religious reasons, of course. I'm sure all of you already knew this, but just in case I mention it.
And of course, as you all undoubtedly know, the shape shifting lizard people have brought their crypto currency holdings to bear, block chaining us to new heights.. So we should move up from here.
Right, when I wrote that it was about 400k volume, now over a million so that is really good. Looks like someone is accumulating. I hope something good is coming.
Pretty good volume so far today.
Not that I'm aware of.
True, but the volume is up substantially and it's only 1:30.
Other ethanol stocks aren't really up so I doubt it's the E15 decision. Must be something about BIOF, but I don't know what.

We had a shot like this last Friday, a couple of hundred thousand shares, then no follow through. Not sure if it means something or not.
The comment I was responding to, said that before Ben took over, the system ran on a batch system, that is, you processed a batch, then finished with that and ran another batch. Now, thanks to Ben, it runs continuously. That is much more commercially viable.
He has made other improvements apparently, that allow the system to achieve 99+ percent conversion of the cellulose to water soluble sugar as was announced on January 13 of this year.
I'm sure there are more as they have filed a number of additional patents.
I agree with the last part and it is Ben who has taken the tech to the next level. We should all give him props for that and certainly not bash him for all he did to save us.
so, vent your frustrations here, if you must, but leave Ben alone. Let him do his job.
So you made your bet, Ben could not tell you anything at this point which would change your evaluation of that bet, so all you can do, like the rest of us, is wait. So, we wait.
No birds wants to feel more relaxed. Either he has too much invested in this for his mental stability or he is mentally unstable for reasons independent of this stock. In the latter case, nothing Ben could say would change No Birds mental state.
Why should one stay with this? This is a tech that could be enormously disruptive in three industries, energy, plastics and sugar. If it succeeds in doing any of the three, we will all make a lot of money. If not, well we lose.
If you look at pot odds, they are off the chart. If they succeed in becoming a major supplier of jet fuel the stock could easily go to 50 dollars a share or beyond.
Will they? No one knows at this point. But if the odds are ten to one against, then this bet is a no brainer.
I didn't hear any news, but I'm always the last to know.
Also, total money volume was about 30k, so not that big.
