"Additionally, Blue Biofuels has laid out the roadmap forward and contracted K.R. Komarek, Inc. to build the successors of the 5th generation CTS machine through to commercialization."

So the contract is to build not only this fifth, but to build successors up to the fully commercial six.

As to what the terms are, that is unclear. It is at least possible that Komarek sees a big potential market and is willing to work with BIOF to develop the machine to control a big market in the future. But we have no way of knowing if that is the case or what the terms are.
