FORT WAYNE, IN, Mar 20, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- The promise of news
from South Korea has attracted positive attention to Enzyme Environmental
Solutions (PINKSHEETS: EESO) as of late for its products and formulas, including
the food and garbage applications inherent to the FG-500. One company has taken
particular interest in EESO and came to CEO Jared Hochstedler recently with an
offer to purchase the company in its entirety.
One week ago today, the prospective buyer deposited approximately 1% of the
total purchase price offered into ESCROW as a sign of its good faith to follow
through should Hochstedler accept the offer. On the flip side, the buyer
requested that EESO release at least 300 Million of its remaining shares on a
restricted basis as part of the overall exchange should both parties come to a
mutual agreement; So far so good according to Hochstedler, "The buyer -- who we
can't name just yet due to confines of our negotiations -- has taken particular
interest in our industrial applications and is positioned very well
internationally. I think it (the acquisition) could be a win-win for our
prospective buyer and EESO shareholders...
If you are using Scottrade, that was not an 18MM sell. It was a correction as Scottrade was clicking off double trades since opening and then they just corrected the problem after I emailed them. If you notice, the volume went from 36MM to 18MM.

I have to stand firm here, I really have no idea. There have been some very educated guesses, but that is all they are. There are probably only a handful of folks that know at this point. Just hang in there for a few more days and it should be worth it. Jared will be back from vacation on Wednesday I believe.
-Brett-
I am not one to speculate because I have no clue. Sorry, not much help.
-Brett-
He said by the 10th...so it could be anytime this week.
-Brett-
Hi Jim,
How about this...more people than land mass means
More people requiring food than the land mass can support foodwise. Easier yet, the amount of food needed cannot be produced on the land mass provided.
-Brett-
J2,
Time and patience...it will come.
-Brett-
ABC,
Have you ever noticed after you post a lengthy post (which we all cherish by the way, spell check or not) that the attitude of the entire board kind of levels out a relaxes? Great post and we will always look forward to more. Exciting stuff about hitting more of Asia. You are very valuable to these boards and this company. Please get well first, and keep up the outstanding work you do!
-Brett-
Welcome to the board...
If Scottrade has it restricted you can just call them to place a trade and they will charge you the internet fee. My friend was able to place a buy this morning that went through.
-Brett-
Hi ALL,
The Scottrade volume is messed up once again. I called again this morning and they are working on it. This is the 4th time I have called and they told me the original fix is no longer working so they are researching it. It is clicking off mostly double trades so don't rely on their volume figures.
-Brett-
You are correct, but I am not going to waste anymore time trying to figure it out.
Never give someone the power to upset you...
-Brett-
I am confused...are you for the stock or against it. I see that you SAY at least you are buying shares, but yet you post this.
-Brett-
All about marketing. Put water in those bottles and some die, a great salesman, tell them its part of the green revolution sponsored by Barack Obama then sell sell sell. {collect a check
I have called Scottrade numerous times about this. They were able to fix it yesterday afternoon, and they did the same thing today but it didn't stick. I called them twice today about it. They said they are working on it and if it continues tomorrrow to please notify them. So, I am on it and we will see.
-Brett-
Minnkos,
Well, we will have to agree to disagree. I have been in since last April and averaged down all the way into November. I have read nearly every post (the bad and the good), DD out the you know what, I have watched it trade nearly EVERYDAY except when I am hiking or fishing and still check in the evenings. I could care less about how it's been trading. I know where it should be going and that is that. So, before you go name-calling and judging who is legitimate or not, you may want to reconsider. I am basically retired at age 47 so I have PLENTY of time take this all in. I watch basically every move. I have great faith in this company and most of the people on this board. I wish you the best of luck in your investments.
-Brett-
Flemdog,
That pretty much sums it all up in one great post. Good job FD.
-Brett-
We were up 25% on a buyout speculation. To me, that is pretty good. I have watched many other buyout candidates that did not go up 25%. You may want to sell if there is a morning run tomorrow or just relax.
-Brett-
I called Scottrade about the volume discrepancy and they fixed it fairly quickly.
-Brett-
QuoteTracker and Scottrade at 76,000,000
-Brett-
Good post and I agree...we, as investors probably don't know the half of what is really going on in the background and we may not realize the real impact these products could have on society. But, what we have seen thus far is really mind blowing to say the least and we all see the potential on what we have been shown. Again, good post!
-Brett-
Great post SG!! I agree, what a staging someone has manufactured. Where did they get the thousands of actors to portray potential Wowgreen distributors? That must of cost a lot of $. We know what we have here and we will stick together as we see it unfold...
-Brett-
I wish coco the best of luck. This person has good faith in our company...
-Brett-
DD,
Well, I guess they help balance things out, but yes, I would have to agree with you. We know the facts about the company and have to try to protect those facts when they are threatened with nonfactual posts. Like Mag5's post on the R/S of 10/1 a few moments ago. Where does that come from?
-Brett-
This will be my last post concerning this...
52 week low .0002 on 17 Sept, 2008.
Have a good day Larry and good luck in your EESO investment.
You should do very well.
-Brett-
But your guarantee does not make it fact. Find it, post it.
-Brett-
The mods do a GREAT job here, however, I don't think they can actually scan every post for factual info, therefore, some of it remains. Too bad, as it does not help the overall appeal of EESO. We have to put up with it from certain posters and just weed through it.
-Brett-
This is part of the problem as folks like you spew info that is not true. Could you please show us where the price even hit .0001 and especially for hundreds of millions of shares? Late Sept. it hit .0002 for a brief moment. Please post facts here. It's no wonder people want to sell after reading stuff like that.
-Brett-
Great sensible post OP. I hope all will read.
-Brett-
Thank you! Much appreciated!
-Brett-
Can someone please point me towards a wholesale pricesheet for the Wowgreen products. I can't seem to find in on the website and customer service tells me the retail prices are 20% above the wholesale price. That doesn't help me. My girlfriend is interested in signing up but can't find the product prices. Help.
-Brett-
Remember, the float has always been gagged...always. Nothing has changed ever as far as the float is concerned. Might you find another subject one day soon possibly?
-Brett-
Wowgreen is an MLM company that has exclusivity to sell 13 of EESO's retail products. They (EESO)starts shipping product to the more that 8,000 distributors on Monday.
I want to welcome you and want you to feel wanted here and I recommend that you do look at the ibox which is located at the beginning when you first get on EESO's board. The mods and others have worked tirelessly to compile a 1000 hours of DD done by many on this board.
Everything is there so please take a look. Google Allie Mallad who is heading up Wowgreen also. Please let me know if you have any specific questions after looking at the ibox. Listen to the conference calls that are live monthly with the CEO and placed in the Ibox for our convenience.
Please read the PR's about the commercial, industrial side that is ready to explode in Korea and SE Asia. It is just too much to put it all in one post.
-Brett-
Speaking of grammar and puncuation...
Wow. By the way. That is not an acronym
Good post ACE!
-Brett-
Thanks rddawg, much appreciated. Thanks to everyone else that responded in a positive manner and most of all, thanks for taking the time to read a rather long winded post. I hope it will have some positive influence across the board.
-Brett-
Heads,
I don't blame you one bit. I can hardly read most of the posts anymore. Pick out the positive posts and you will see that it is the same handful of posters that have a great attitude toward this company. I hope you will reconsider, as this company is doing AMAZING things around the globe.
Good Luck,
-Brett-
You bet rOOkie! That's the spirit!
Thanks ddragon!!
Hi TH3,
Thanks for the kind words. You are one of the most respected on our board and I always take the time to read what you have to say. Thank you for your time and effort put in at the OH. It is greatly appreciated by many. I feel about this company as you do. Very...no wait...extremely positive! It just takes time and some folks have a hard time with that. Thanks again for your positive comments, not only regarding my post but toward the company in general. It really helps others to build more confidence in EESO.
Nice pic of you on Chris's forklift!
Regards,
-Brett-
Thanks Am, just becoming frustrated with it all. You keep up the good work and positive posts.
-Brett-
Hi Everyone,
Please take a moment to read the following...
I am not new to this stock or this board. I bought last April along with many of you here and averaged down all the way into November, so I am holding a few shares. Not as many as some, but several. I skim through most of the posts daily and if I were a new or potential investor, I would run for the hills and never look back. There are some positive folks here and you know who you are. I greatly appreciate the positive folks here!
This board has become a mecca for negativity in the worst way. 80% of the posts are about speculation, RM, RS, retail buying, not retail buying, buybacks, buyouts, gagged TA's, ungagged TA's, lying, cheating and scamming, AUDITED FINANCIALS for heaven's sake has been beaten to death. Why a company official left, who cares and by the way, every company has management changes on occasion. Let's not forget the pryamid scheme crap. Oh, and the best one..."I found a typo on the WG website so it has to be a scam" LOLOLOL!! Personally, I found a typo on Dell's website the other day so Dell must be a scam too. Everyone, throw out your Dell's immediately. Oh, and we need new investors here but let's litter the most popular EESO forum with rumors, negativity and speculation.
I am sorry to have rambled, but this is what I see when NEW people would try to find out more about this company. I don't know how many times I have seen a post start with "I am new to this board" and then they ask a question only to get there head bitten off. Would you stick around?
If this post doesn't get deleted, I hope you can step back and see what a lot of you are really doing. I don't want to come off as mean or disrespectful. I wish I knew 1/10 of what many of you know about investing.
I would assume that many of you have friends, family, and hobbies that you could spend QUALITY time with rather than posting the above mentioned all day everyday. C'mon, spend some time with your loved ones, or anyone and give us all a break here. Come back with some patience, confidence, and respect for the management team at EESO and let them do their job.
Many of you claim to be LONG, but gripe because the shareprice went down the last four days. I have faith in this company and the team. I have faith in many of you too. RELAX...it will come. We have to sell this to new investors, not beat in down right in front of them in black and white.
I do know that the people that bite my head off about this post will be only those that are guilty. Good luck!! Oh, Jim Bishop, I just happened to reply to your message, I am certainly not implying anything at all. I am apparently not smart enough to post an original.
Respectfully,
-Brett-
