MATT, PLEASE RELEASE THESE CHAINS AND SET ME FREE !!!!!, i was bounced by EXCEL on the NVEI board. i became quite frustrated trying to warn EXCEL of his BLIND FAITH in the NVEI SCAM, which one would hope is quite obvious to everyone at this point. it's a complete FRAUD that will catch up to them SOONER than later......if i wasn't bounced, maybe many thousands of dollars could have been saved by others who got scalped with NVEI..................... BIGMACK............. P.S AT LEAST EXCEL WAS MAN ENOUGH TO FINALLY ADMIT HE WAS TAKEN BY ALL THE THIEVES AT NVEI...........

cobra.. unfortunately a large holder or holders of this stock don't share in your confident beliefs when you consider all the consistant 10,000 share sells......... little guys don't sell 10,000 at a clip and the big holders usually know when to sell, not a very comfortable feeling considering all the SEEMINGLY positive developements lately.until we get some real "meat" there is nothing but alot of wishfull thinking going on here and time is running thin..... just how i feel at this point with noting but WORDS to go on.

Not to be negative BUT !!! i have often begun to re-kindle my hope for this company and my MAJOR investmnt when i see major buy's versus consistant substancial selling,but at these levels it doesn't take much grey matter to realize u can double your $$$$$ and be out at $1.00. Thats how the "smart money " does it.they don't take a chance of going down with the ship.....just my thoughts and gut feelings. been down this road before. will i learn ?? probably not would be very very happy to recoup my investment in NVEI. and no i haven't given up, just tired of being used, need some real meat !!!!!! thanks 4 allowing me to vent fellow shareholdres.

Excel.... aside from coopers statement about financing i believe that no one is asking for ANY DETAILS , we would just like a simple YES OR NO do we or don't we have financing ??? not asking too much as i see it. and with the HEAVY BUCKS we are paying Ivan (considering his financial world connections)why do we sell 144's at a quarter a piece ??? i for one just don't get it.

hitimer.. The subject here is not to change the lineup at the shareholder meeting. a phone call from me would change NOTHING. Almost every stockholder I KNOW agrees that "new" team should ALL be present. this board is the only place where i receive opposition ???, this is a no-brainer. propps absence is a valid concern to say the least, to argue that fact is a futile effort.I will waste no more words on this subject,it has been sidetracked enough, the air is getting quite thick here. again, the best of good luck to all of us with our investment in NVEI.

pengy, with all due respect.. i'm not interested in "all the company is required to do at the shareholders meeting" i simply stated propp and entire "new" team should be there. i find it truly amazing that many of you take the time to write volumes of verbiage defending his non-attendance, i just don't get it, you are all on the defensive. anyway best of luck to all of us in this investment.

I THOUGHT WE HAD NEW LEADERSHIP !!!! I find it TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that Dr Propp will not be attending the s/h meeting. Considering the past credibility of this company, i would think Mr Cooper would have insisted on a full compliment of the "new" New Visual team to display the new commitment and direction of this company and to verify the existance of our tech, and please don't talk of previous commitments and such. if need be the date of the s/h meeting could have been changed to accommodate Dr. Propp. As a heavily invested and concerned shareholder could i possibly be the only one who notices the importance of this event (and no propp) WHY ????????
