The suspense is frustrating many, especially traders. Unpredictability. Silent period? For What? I don't want to watch SHACs, signup and read newsletters, do DD. For how long? Did he say 60, 90, 120 days? When did it start? Quite irritating. The ONLY ones who will benefit when news comes out, announcements will be those that are in the stock. Cause it will move, Rory the largest shareholder has made his feelings known regarding traders, some didn't like it. Well I can imagine many CEOs have said worse. From what I understand deep pocketed investors who own over 60% of the OS along with insiders had no problem with Rory's aggressive posture. Needless to say the tone from the company has changed, a transformation is coming. 'Investors' will be richly rewarded.

We're not dragging barges of debt and billions of Authorized Shares. Wait til revs start showing an increase, recurring at that, 85% margins. Couple that with Nfusz's value added proposition to a suitor(s). Maybe Rory will be forced to abandon construction and expansion if the Price Is Right.

Reread the filing, you misunderstood the difference between debt and value of shares paid to insiders with respect to SP at that time. And you're right many have been trying to explain this for quite sometime.
You brought up a great point, but not all the information. First, Mulesoft was an example of one software company sold for billions, 6.5 to be exact to Salesforce. This whole topic began regarding valuations over the past few days, even stretching back several months. While they did make money for the year and quarter, they posted NO PROFIT. Because they didn't just have a boatload of debt...they had a couple of barges. My post was taken out of context. So....for Salesforce to purchase Mulesoft for 6.5 billion they must have been looking beyond debt, looking beyond what Mulesoft is to what it will be, to what Mulesoft could add to Salesforces bottom line in the future in many areas....a valuation of the product portfolio. Mulesoft is just one....there are several.
I don't think SO projections of .20 are gonna happen. I think SP of double digits will happen in the not too distant future.
A number of software companies have been sold for billions without a dime revenue and steeped in debt. One more recently...Mulesoft. You've failed to review DD posted here numerous times regarding the portfolio alone. Even contracts, new products, and more. Stay tuned, buy in, or continue to watch.
They don't always reply when I send suggestions and leads. But don't interpret it as lack of interest. Some I've found out later they're all over it.
For months I've asked anybody to post an OTC even remotely close to what Nfusz has going for it 200m AS, 152m OS and of this over 60% owned by Insiders (CEO Largest Shareholder) and Accredited Private Investors....yeah that's right. No debt, toxic or otherwise, sufficient cash for balance of year at minimum. At that's just the short list....

Incomplete assessment. There's been solid DD posted to value the Notifi Platform alone well North of present value. Grossly undervalued, not even taking into consideration, new products, markets and existing customers and clients. Next.

In the past, Yerboss has been followed by several higher ups at Salesforce, I'm also aware of Salesforce and AIG (the lattet especially supported by other Strong info). It is what is, I file things and wait. Had some info on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube going back to March, redspeed and I put some of it up and a few scoffed. But look now. Very soon Nfusz will go through a Major transformation.

Good morning stock....just don't perceive buyout is in the works at this stage in the game based on the overall picture. Not saying overtures haven't been made, IMO, certain some have even back to a lowball last year. But watching Nfusz, Rory, continued strong push to satiate the market 'n' FUSZ, via several new markets, verticals, social media, technology advacement, etc. Rory's in 'building' mode.

There's a whole smorgasbord of OTC's that are silent. And when they do speak....empty air. Concerned about the 20k goal established for the Nfusz staff....not us? Patience....for 4 months Rory retooled AND focused on meeting the demands and deadlines for Oracle and Marketo integration. Upgrading to V2 leaving behind the mom and pop shop operation that some preferred. Concerned about numbers and sales? Demand is there and happening. Perhaps another OTC would be more preferable to one's investment dollars. Maybe an OTC without sales AND loaded with toxic debt AND billions of shares Authorized for your investment pleasure. Nfusz is a startup that is moving RAPIDLY past that phase, quicker than some willingly ignore. SP drop, some willingly ignore that over 3 months on the REGSHO list, every single week during which an entity(s) was shorting Nfusz stock sufficiently to cover and exceed demand. Even doing Wash Sales. In the face of that some sold. Take it completely out of the equation. Nfusz's stock would have more than held it's own.
Nfusz is in Demand. Denise you're perfect for the job and up to the task. I met and saw you work. Doing so many demos and meetings with reps and clients in Vegas your voice was completely hoarse by Wednesday.

That depends....hype no, anticipation by traders of something they didn't get, translated to unloading what they bought. But if one is a shareholder, investor or new investor as Rory mentioned at the beginning of the video....then you heard what was said. Hey, by the way have you noticed what has been transpired regarding recent developments for the company?
Confused with silent period? Perceived lack of updates? The SHAC was for shareholders, investors and new investors. Silent period has created an unpredictable atmosphere for trading. ;)

There's a number of investors who a million or more, and they're not PP's, even more with 5 digits.
Speaking for myself, since I tried to get into the Private Placements beginning of year but didn't quite meet qualifications. These are Accredited Investors looking for a long term investment, there were many lined up but not all got in. These are not broke individuals and would not hardly look to sell for double money more or less. And Private Placements from almost a year ago didn't sell in the run-up because the float did not reflect an increase that would suggest otherwise during that window of time. Needless to say, they are not traders I know a few, and they certainly would not consider selling with the developments over the past 3-4 weeks for those listening.
I beg to differ. I can list a number of software company's that sold for billions with not a dime of revenue AND debt to boot. Unlike Nfusz...debt free. Mulesoft acquisition by Salesforce a recent example. Now do You have DD that supports valuation of the Notifi Platform alone from a design standpoint? How much would it cost a suitor to duplicate? In addition, do you have DD to support this platforms lack of value and markets already in and establishing? Along with all products in the portfolio, upgrades, cross platform, social media? Much to consider you think? Then OS in 152 million.

Rory made it perfectly clear near the beginning of the SHAC he's speaking to long term investors and new investors. Traders, flippers, etc. are left to interpret, not interpret or misinterpret what Rory is saying AND also what he's not saying which is also vitally important to what's imminent. As for speaking to investors, not seeing and hearing what's been happening, put out in newsletters and silent period is akin to burying one's head in the sand. Even regarding videos put out and developments just this week. Silent period observations, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and more via technology advances and videos. I'm hearing much during this silent period....as an investor.
Absolutely, this was a SHAC specifically for shareholders, coowners...people who are invested not for a day, hour, week or month. People not invested for pennies. But for double digit dollars. Along with the Accredited Private Investors, Insiders of which Rory is the largest who together own 60% of the Outstanding Shares. Find another OTC with that much skin in the game. You won't. This is a legitimate, valid, validated startup company which has made beyond incredible progress in just 7 months, in addition to debt free. Again find that in the OTC. You won't. Rory is building a company, not for those in drive thru.
On a side note. Silent period, don't forget what that means. Trip to Seattle keep in the back of your mind...MS, Amazon. Time frames he mentioned, under promise, over deliver. notifiEDU and notifiMD, either of which could become a spinoff or IPO. I remember this conversation from Vegas. notifiTV....there is something coming...don't change that channel.
And the cost savings as Rory mentioned. Quite the ROI from the viewpoint of saving money, any and every business would have no qualms with that.
