Hot and cold packs baby!! hehe
Do you realize that the stock price has fallen over 380% since last week? I'm not a basher here, I just see what is happening and it's good for ERUC and very bad for MIHS. Imo.
and the diluton begins!
Another thing to keep in mind is that this marriage took place behind the scenes over a year ago.
Like I said, it appears to me that ERUC is securing the supplies aspect of the business (and perhaps at the expense of the MIHS shareholders in the near future), and this way if payment for the supplies is unavailable they have options this way, other than another R/S and/or more A/S and dilution of ERUC'S stock. (Josey that one was for you! hehe)
The key to this whole idea/plan as I see it is this..ERUC must become profitable by the end of this year! period!
Purely speculation, but certaintly a possibility. I do however think that if this co-op per say is trully meant to help ERUC's bottom line and provide 24/hr delivery of much needed supplies for whatever the emergency (hot and cold packs for Shaq! lolz couldn't resist!), then this marriage is perhaps just what the doctor ordered for ERUC.
I am going to stick to my guns that this co-op is for the good of ERUC's growth, albeit, if ERUC doesn't become profitable as they forcasted for the late '08 then it will ultimately hurt the shareholders of MIHS. Now if/when ERUC becomes profitable then they will have no problem paying the (as of right now) $200k/yr for supplies and then this marriage was indeed a very good business idea/plan and then both companies will do very well, imo.
BUT! and it's a big but..if they are unable to pay for the supplies in cash, then I see MHIS authorizing a ton more shares to dilute to cover the losses.
I really really think that this marriage is designed to help ERUC's bottom line right now and as such I think it is to the benefit of ERUC's stock and shareholders!
IMO.
Could get lovely here! Tomorrow will tell...

Another thing I think is very admirable is that management has never taken the easy way to raise money by authorizing more shares and diluting them forcing shareholder value down. They are doing this the right way and trying to find real investors, which only solidifies and reassures me that they believe in this project whole-heartedly.
This isn't a pinksheet and they have always reported/filed on-time and in accordance with the SEC's rules and regs.
Again, imo, patience will pay off here bigtime!
Agreed. The potential now is actually upwards of $4+billion now with where gold prices are now!
The one thing that has remained constant is that these mines are indeed "GOLD MINES", pun intended. =D
It's not a matter of if anymore, it's simply when?!!!
I remain very very excited!! JMHO.
OT: Greedy, I welcome your insight to the board! You clearly state the obvious and there is nothing wrong with that at all imo!
It's simple, when ERUC can't pay MIHS for the supplies, MIHS will then authorize more shares and start the dilution process, THUS sucking the funds straight out of MIHS's stockholders. It's really quite ingenious and definitely legal until it blows up in their faces down the road. Or, perhaps ERUC will be profitable by the years end and both cos and stocks will prosper?
This will be a bonus for ERUC! Then ERUC won't have to dilute any more shares to pay MIHS for supplies and therefore ERUC'S stock price goes up.
This back and forth cycle could go on for years, but I actually think that MIHS's purpose in this whole deal is to take the grunt of the pain so that ERUC can prosper!
That my friends is the good side of this rediculous scenario IMO!
Yay..a positive post!! ERUC did okay today despite all the nonsense and clearly a new bottom has been formed as long as the longs don't lose faith. JMO.
buy it watch the dilution start..it's a trap imo!
Actually that was kind of funny pork! Amy likes pecks on the cheek also! (wink)
It certainly is interesting to say the least. imo.
HCPC is trading above its 13 day moving average. This is considered to be the sign of a bullish trend. There is added weight to this indication because the moving average is rising and suggests that there has been buying interest in this stock.
The funny thing is that today's PR is about big savings on the hot & cold packs! lmao
Well, not so much big savings..but a contract deal with the company that provides them! Too funny
Now ofcourse it was good news to hear that ERUC can order these supplies with 24/hr delivery, but sadly, I feel the PR is better news for the other guys (MIHS), since we know for sure that they will be (and have been) receiving $200k/yr from ERUC for supplies.
Pretty much a pointless PR imo, but good news for the growth and security of ERUC's operations supply wise.
porker, we have heard your story and your feelings...now enough already! I mean, lmao, you were talking to yourself all day today.
We get it, you are down on this stock and the company, now sell and take your loss and move along please.
You refuse to see the progress this company has made and instead you dwell on the past (over and over and over..), if you think this now gives you the right to play savior and paint gloom and doom all over this board, then so beit, but honestly, unless you are going to dollar cost average and try and make your money back, then you are rediculous, imo.
..and he scores!!!! =D~

ICPR's MACD is currently indicating a weak bullish signal. Although the MACD is trending above the signal line, the indicator is still below 0, which suggests that the underlying moving averages are bearish.
The only thing that is not normal about this situation is that the MM's are toying with the spread because there is no volume/interest in this stock at the moment, thus making the MACD inaccurate, imo.
Nonetheless, I am excited about the future of this company, bigtime!
I like it!
Sorry, I had no right to tell you to relax.
If you read my posts today, you will see that I was not thrilled either.
Also, I hope you and Josey feel better soon, I too have had that dam sore throat/chest/cold sickness all this week and it sucks. Got it from my niece. =(
The MACD for HCPC currently indicates a strong bullish signal for two reasons. First, the MACD is above the signal line, a 9day moving average. Second, the MACD is above 0 which implies that the underlying moving averages are trending higher.
Today, HCPC closed above its 13 minute moving average and on Wednesday its 13 day moving average. This is generally considered to be an indication of a bullish trend.
