Solid bid in the $.20 range and we can move up fast. It's all psychological now. We get a few at $.20-.21 it will look like it can move and will force a little buying, IMO. I still can't believe how cheap this stock is.
By then we should have more details of this acquisition flushed out. It sounds like it is built out from what I read from Finney's posts. And, would double WENR's subscriber base. - So, at a minimum it should double the already conservative share price (which, I believe should be worth a lot more than the current price).
Atna just posted part of their feasibility study.

SUGO is just down the road...market cap is dirt cheap. This part of California is going to experience a huge gold boom IMO.
The Briggs mine is about 60% mined out...SUGO should be the next one up and going.
Soon...WNRC is lining things up...Already has come a LONG way...even at 12,000 subscribers fully built out is $3000-4000/subscriber.
Do the math...
Share price does not reflect value here IMO.
It may not go up by tomorrow, but IMO - it is definitely worth every penny and more. :)
SUGO's comparative...
Atna operates the Briggs Mine, which is right down the road from Conglomerate Mesa. Here are the results posted yesterday for their program. SUGO's mineral content for gold is higher.
ATN.TO has about an $81 Million Market Cap (same share structure). Because SUGO's mine is larger and capable of producing even MORE...I am taking ATN's property as a conservative target for SUGO.
...Just one more reason why I think SUGO is undervalued.

Atna Completes Briggs Drilling With Strong Gold Intercepts
GOLDEN, Colo., Oct. 12, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Atna Resources Ltd. ("Atna" or the "Company") is pleased to report the completion of the 2011 drill program at its Briggs Mine, Inyo County, California. The program included 66 holes drilled in 4 target areas for a total footage of 32,071 feet (9,775 meters).
The final results reported below include some of the best drill intersections in the program and complement results reported in press releases issued between February and September 2011. Strong gold mineralization was encountered throughout the program. Highlights from our September 2011 drilling include:
Deep Briggs
85 feet (25.9 m) grading 0.056 oz/ton gold (1.91 g/t) from 700 feet to 785 feet (213.3-239.3 m) which includes 40 feet (12.2 m) grading 0.112 oz/ton gold (3.85 g/t) from 725 feet to 765 feet (221.0-233.2 m) in hole BMD11-098, the final hole of the program
110 feet (33.5 m) grading 0.034 oz/ton gold (1.16 g/t) from 230 feet to 340 feet (70.1-103.6 m) in hole number BMD11-093
50 feet (15.2 m) grading 0.029 oz/ton gold (1.00 g/t) from 345 feet to 395 feet (105.2-120.4 m) in hole number BMD11-091
North Main Briggs
85 feet (25.9 m) grading 0.031 oz/ton gold (1.05 g/t) from 375 feet to 460 feet (114.3-140.2 m) in hole NMB11-095 which included 35 feet (10.7m) grading 0.053 oz/ton gold (1.83 g/t) from 415 feet to 450 feet (126.5-137.2 m)
"Our 2011 drilling program at Briggs significantly expanded the size of the mineralized zones in Deep Briggs, Main Briggs and North Main Briggs. Work is underway to model the gold zones to produce a new resource and reserve statement for the mine. Drilling now has shifted to the Reward Project in Nevada, where we hope to have similar success in increasing the resource base," said James Hesketh, President & CEO.

Analytical results contained within this press release were completed by standard fire assay methods with an atomic absorption or gravimetric finish by Inspectorate America Corporation, an independent, ISO certified, analytical laboratory located in Sparks, Nevada. Atna maintains a rigorous Quality Assurance - Quality Control (QA/QC) program utilizing both certified gold standards and blanks to augment Inspectorate's internal QA/QC program.
I think I know what the next conference call will be about :)
...Probably will need to work out the details of the LOI first. Then we get the conference call. I knew we wouldn't be talking about financials...we have a HUGE topic to talk about now.
That puts us at least at $2-3 Million in PROFIT!
Stock price should go to $.60+ ($20-30 Million Market Cap) IMO.
WNRC announces LOI - To DOUBLE the size of the company. Just completed a 12% share buy back. Doing another 12% buy back.
ZING!!!
VERY GOOD NEWS...DOUBLES WNRC (at least).
No more teens here. We'll be up very soon.
Looks like the ask is thinning way out.
1. About % of the shares have/are being bought back (12% completed).
2. On track to show $.03-.04/share in EBITDA for the year (financials show this).
3. Sounds like they are sifting through various acquisition targets too.
Ready to have another run like we did in January.
I don't think you'll ever get an understanding of a "point" here. Why? Because the so called "environmentalists" as they claim to be don't post logical arguments. And, their only "point" here is to post misinformation here I wouldn't even call anything as a half truth, maybe a 1/5th truth. But, I guess they are allowed to post anything taken out of context and it is clear to me that they don't understand investing and entreprenuership.
The ONLY thing that really matters here is can SUGO get financing to get things done. I'm 100% sure that if SUGO can get money in the bank they'll be able to bypass and get whatever done they want to get done.
Kind of funny how a pocket full of cash makes things happen.
I think this is pretty funny. I keep seeing your posts that say how SUGO can't get anything done. Then you do a copy/paste job that contradicts your own points.
I'm in 100% agreement. We've been pretty methodical so far. But, we are trading at a scant 3 times EBITDA. Another Acquisition and we trade at 3 times EBITDA (with no real growth in price) puts us at $.50+ ...IMO, we should be trading at 8-10 times EBITDA at a minimum.
Great link...it shows a lot of the things SUGO can do to prevent the things you claim will happen. I'm sure when they start digging they'll follow the rules and be environmentally friendly.
Absolutely agree... SUGO's market cap doesn't reflect ANY of what SUGO has to offer. Should be valued at $2-4 Million while it's finalizing things right now. And, that's a conservative number IMO.
All of the recent news has to be building up to some "bigger" news. Any bets on where we go from here... As a company?
I've driven through Lone Pine probably 30-40 times in my life. I have family around the area both North and South on 395... Mining is about the only industry that can create a buzz in the area. There are only so many movies that can be made there and not many go to the area on vacation (rather through the area).
I'm much more comfortable having a mine in our own backyard that is following the strict rules California mandates compared to a mine in a 3rd world country that destroys the environment.
I've read up and forwarded various mining techniques other than cyanide leaching. SUGO does not want to destroy the environment.
These shares are cheap. Market Cap here is $400,000...which is about what SUGO is on the hook for each year to pay for the permits. I'm looking for SUGO to close and for this to go to about a $20 Million-$50 Million Market Cap. I'm putting this target as a 50% achievable.
I've been around nearly as long as you have in life. Stranger things have happened. Truth of the matter is, as an investor, I'll probably cash out of most of my shares before the gold is brought to market, but that will still be a 10-20 bagger for me. ;D
rbtree, anyone can copy and paste from a website some general blurb, but it takes a real person to come up with some new material on their own... doesn't it? :)
If they are putting more than $350,000 in permit payments in...maybe it is worth more than the current market cap!
Maybe these guys can chain themselves to a rock on CM and protest from there. Inyo County is dump. dump. dump.
Blast away and get it started.
Inyo county has no economy to speak of. When SUGO opens up it will probably be the largest employer in Inyo County other than the government. ...Although it wouldn't take much. I bet 100 people on the payroll would do it.
Inyo County is the spot God forgot. It looks like it has already been nuked a half a dozen times or so.
Thanks for pointing out Unemployment is up nearly 100% over the last 2 years.
Oof...not many good paying jobs there is there?
Isn't it time for a blizzard in Milwaukee? I hear it gets mighty cold there starting in October.
We get a little more on the bid side and we'll have our day in the sun.
This is exactly what needed to happen before we could run...bids!
Should be getting another update before the CC. I imagine we'll also get a PR about a CC too. I say we should get an update before the CC because a CC to talk about financials is pretty boring. I'd love to hear a CC about an acquisition or growth.
I sincerely doubt any actively traded stock can get taken down to less than $300,000 market cap. Just doesn't happen as long as the company is active. SUGO can and should bounce back up into the penny plus range.
That is exactly what it is going to take here. Few more bids...then whammo, we get walked up! :)
I'd really like to see 200+ board marks on here by the next PR.
Chop! Chop! :D
I've often found myself wanting to try and sell at $.007 and try to buy back at $.004, but I think that one day, hopefully very soon that strategy will burn someone big time. I think we see a HUGE gap up on any news from here on out. I think the last PR bought a little time, but the next major PR should be a huge boom here.
Afterall, a market cap of $500,000? They have paid more than that in keeping the claims. Market Cap here is a joke.
That's just for starters!
People just don't think they can stumble on to something worth 5-8 times it's current price so they think there is a gimmick...all of us here know it's the real deal. It's worth so much more than the current price - doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize $.03-.04 EBITDA is worth MUCH more than $.20/share.
Let's get to $.35-.50 first ...Probably where we should be trading today, IMO.
$.03-.04 per share EBITDA is not a bad place to be. Dan says we can get to 20,000 subscribers if we use debt... I'd rather get to 10,000 first w/o debt. If we can get up to $.06-.07 per share EBITDA...WOW! :D
I think it's time we all hit 2-3 boards and get this up to 200+ board marks. Dan is giving us news... I think it's up to us to get the word out. I'm sure we don't want to use profits for stock promotion. I'd rather use profits to buy another system.
Right now we are at $.03-$.04 EPS on an annualized basis...
Adding another 5000 subscribers puts us $.06-.08 EPS. :D
Probably more now since the advertising agreement now gives them 50% revenue split, where before it was 30%. :D
They are able to buy these small systems and the systems are profitable enough to pay for themselves. NO BRAINER!
Oh, you want $1 Million for it? Sure, we'll make it profitable enough to pay off that $1 million over 2 years. Sounds good.
Then just repeat the process over and over.
I talked with Dan a bit ago...he said they could get to 20,000+ subscribers in a heart beat if they wanted to use debt to do it. But, he likes the fact they can buy these and have them pay for themselves. Also, since they aren't in a hurry to expand they get leverage. Some of these cable systems are run by people who really don't know what they have or know how to run them because they are just hedge funds that bought them thinking they could operate them and sell them. They want to focus on their core businesses. Which, is perfect for WNRC because they can come in...consolidate operations and get the whole enchilada for cheap!
How cool is this?
"The agreement will also allow WENR to finance future acquisitions through positive cash flow."
NO DEBT!!!
I have no doubt that when SUGO goes it will go big.
Yes, it is a bit of a lottery ticket, but I think the odds are in our favor.
No I agree. They need to update us on revenue producing items next. Wonder how much advertising revenue they are generating. That is a huge wild card here. Yeah, they make a lot of money on recurring monthly bills, but how much are they making on advertising. Not only on their own cable channels, but on the systems they operate. I think they can run their own commercials too and get some split.
WNRC is trading at 4-5x PE. And the company is growing...
Jerry Brown has been caving in a LOT to Republicans because he knows he is screwed, blued, and tattooed...if he doesn't start doing something/anything to get the economy going.
The BLM is not in business to deny companies to grow the economy. The BLM will do nearly whatever it takes to make this a success. I spoke with a city government employee in Lone Pine (not saying which agency), but she is very excited to have SUGO start doing something. They will back it 150% as they are desperate to get jobs going. They will actively fight outside interests to save their own economy.
End of Story...SUGO will go.
