I think you are being as fair as possible. I'm sure all on here who are in the same situation feel the same for the most part. If I can find the right people/resources I will see what other options there are. I know what you mean about believing our day will come. I've been in others that would sit at these levels and not do much, but then explode when it is obvious how much they are worth and how successful they could be. I think w/ Goya and the possibility of high revs., we still have a chance even w/ the lack of transparency. If I did not, I probably would not be here.
About the cheapies, of course they would have to initially come from the co. Like you, I find it hard to believe any regular shareholder would sell much now as well. Those who bought in this range could eventually get board though and bail. I don't have much clue to how many actually has an average much higher than this. However, I assume several got sucked in all the way down as I did. I'd still like some input on the legality of HFBV selling below par (.001) if that is the case. Of course there are other explanations. As I had said before, the shares could be from people who received shares for services or from business deals and the recipients decided to just cash out for whatever they can get even if they had to sell below par. Of you we also have the MM's in the game somewhere. Like I said, I don't know how they can legally do it below par, but the MM's could be buying from the co. at .0004 and selling at .0005/.0006. Many ifs and possibilities.
Maybe some day I will look into the subject a little more.
Regards.
Ya. What you said. Where do you think we are in relation to what you said? Sorry if my other reply might have ruffled your feathers. Just my state of mind at this time. Hopefully that will soon be resolved.
Peace.
Just in case there is a question about me analyzing your post and harassing you, that was not my intent. By the sound of Mike's post, I guess there are still a lot of ruffled feathers around here. I admit that I was pretty sarcastic at times especially when it came to suggestions like GL being the only mobster left in HFBV. However, how could I not admit to mistakes about that much dilution. I guess we aren't supposed to talk about it now, but I happen to care, and if anybody has any indications of what might be going on, I'd like to hear it.
GLTY
Thanks for the update Mike. It's somewhat amusing that the flava mag. site links to the AD page that still advertises AD at 2/$3.00. Did they ever do a 2/$3.00?
I only had some simple (make that safe and simple) questions for you. I think you are the one now acting as you think I had. That's bull about how much I deleted and you know it Mike. I deleted very few posts that should not have been deleted due to getting off topic too much. I was reprimanded last spring/summer for erasing something that could have been a complete lie, and I watched myself after that. Even before that I did not erase much. If you go into history, you will also find that I erased some of my own off topic posts as well. What do you mean analyze posts and respond? You think I should not respond to posts? That is bloody nice of you mike. You let me speak my mind because you have to just as I had to let people. You are not "letting" anybody do anything beyond what admin already allows. That is why head mod is really meaningless for the most part. Of course you will probably erase this because it is mostly off topic, and I will not hold that against you good buddy. I speak no lies here, yet you harass me for speaking my mind, asking q's and trying to get opinions?
I never said I had all the answers in the past. I was told by at least 2 people in the co. that there was not that kind of dilution going on, so I went w/ that, but I still never said that there was absolutely no dilution. I said that people had told me that big things were coming up. If you had talked to Philip, he would have told you that. I was not being secretive about anything. That was before Goya, and I assume Goya was that big deal. I even questioned the co. too. Especially when they had product out but were not doing the web site or letting the stars loose. So what is the big freakin deal here Mike?
I told you I knew nothing about S&S because I was gone. All you had to do was say what you know. If you don't want to share fine.
I did not say to post all of the locations. Just to keep track of the most recent ones is all. Then get them added to the map and give them to your source at HFBV. Just a harmless idea, so don't have a cow. I agree that you should not fill up the whole Ibox. Maybe you could make sure people know about the several Goya locations they can contact for product. I don't know where BBD is, so maybe the google map is not a good way to update at this time.
You should mellow out. I have no contacts lately mr smarty pants. You were getting info. from certain people too, so if you are still in good, you are much closer than I.
Don't bother analyzing this Mike, but if you have an opinion go ahead and shoot. I'm not afraid of your rath.
I see they did add 3 pics from PR to the HFBV web site:

Get out of here! Nobody has EVER been misleading. Sure would like to know what stores and what variety of drinks they are beating. That is not to say that they could not eventually beat Red Bull in some stores (they should--RD sucks). I've personally tried AD, and I think it is worthy of acclaim, but I still want them to be real.
Some things that could add to excitement and faith do not take that much time. Update product locations, give us the interactive web site RR that was PR'd 10 months ago. Update us on plans for share structure. If the reduced AS means no more dilution, then we will have faith and excitement. Maybe management should dedicate themselves or at least the co. to do those things. As I said, some of that does not take time. It's just a matter of updating when the info. becomes available. For a few months, the web site was not a big deal. Now that product is out all over, they should get it in gear and do the web site. Since RR was supposed to do it long ago, and we got burned on that detail, maybe he could do the web site for us. Why the heck not? The web site should not take much time--at least not 10 months. Dilution and failure to do much of the the above gave us exponential negative growth IMO. I'm not into continuous bashing of HFBV. I never have been, but there comes a time that you have to vent a little, and for me the time is now. I still support the co. very much. If they completely lose me they will wish they hadn't, and you will know if I reach that point. For now, I say lets voice opinions in a constructive manner.
Seems like JB is out, but hopefully they finally make good on LJ hitting the market for HFBV. That in itself will say a lot to me.
It's worse than sucks. There's nothing there unless I got the wrong one (http://safeandsimpleusa.com/). No links, no contact info. What the heck is it good for? I would have fired them if they are getting anything from HFBV if that is a representation of who they are. If it is free or just an insider trying to help out, fine, but it is still not very attractive.
This is BS. Somebody needs to update the product locations. Google has not been updated since Nov. 8, and Who knows when anything has been added to the HFBV site. How can they expect people to know that .0005 is a good deal when they have not updated the progress? I cannot harass the Ihubber who updates the google map, but HFBV is different. Maybe we should be requesting that the product locations be updated if we want this to move up. We should start a list of places not listed that sell AD. Tell Mike or an assistant to add your AD location to the list in the ibox if it is not on the google map or on HFBV's site. Maybe we can then send the list to HFBV to have them update.
If I knew all the answers to q's like that I'd be rich. Thank you for explaining what you meant by getting from heaven. I assume the cheap shares are the ones from heaven as you put it. Honestly, if HFBV were actually selling direct at less that .001, they are doing it unlawfully and they should be prosecuted if that is the case. Par value is supposed to be at .001. Not that we would not be screwed anyway. The co. could just RS and dump to .001 again. I've seen it too much.
Seems a little unprofessional. What's up w/ this Safe & Simple web site w/ no links or contact info.?: http://safeandsimpleusa.com/
I had asked you about S&S a few days ago and got no reply that I remember. Anything I should know? Is it "safe" to deal w/ them as far as starting up a distributorship? Any idea what they are getting in compensation? I hate seeing shares or $'s going to co.'s unless they are doing a good job. Are they doing a good job? Like I said, I've missed a lot of info. about them, and it would take me forever to find all the posts. Have you ever posted S&S info. in the Ibox?
If the following ad excerpt is true, then why don't they show proof of it, and HFBV should fly. If it in fact is the leader in all the stores, we should be a lot higher than .0005. Should be trading in the cents IF HFBV IS the leader. W/in a couple of years of infiltrating the market we should see either a huge buy out or trading at 10's of cents/share IF AD IS in fact a product that beats all the competition.
"In California, Puerto Rico, Illinois, and the Caribbean, The Atomic Dogg® Energy Drink & Shots have become the number one seller in stores that sell a variety of different brands of Energy Drinks, it Taste Just That Good!"
I don't want to see bs ads like that if it's not true. If it is true HFBV PR the info. to the world and show it on paper. Otherwise people are going to think you're trying to blow smoke up our rears.
I remember seeing a similar claim for PR, but now they included all the locations HFBV is selling AD. Would just like to see them keep it real ya know.
No I'm not on your case. I was just curious if you had posted under a different name at one time. Not a big deal. So what did you mean about MM'd getting shares from heaven?
Not sure that you do have more shares, but it makes no difference to me if you do. I suspect I blew more money than just about anybody other than Mike if all is true about what he has said during the past year. I suspect he could own nearly 25% of the co. at this price.
I've seen these Goya products in AK: http://www.goya.com/english/products/product.html?prodCatID=8&prodSubCatID=34
Ya, and send pics. My friend from PR has not been communicating lately, and I never got any pics. I did hear that it is fairly plentiful there however. 102 or more stores in the little country of PR is quite a bit I guess. Lets hear it from Jamaica, Trinidad, and the rest of the Caribbean now!
Have you always been tmonkey? What do you mean MM's getting shares from heaven? Shares should never have been sold below .001. I believe it would have been unlawful to sell below .001, but the MM's or somebody else could have gotten around that as I have said before. Legally, somebody would have had to accept shares at .001 or more for payment, compensation, or whatever, and then sell below par. I still think that if the keep the 470M AS anything below .001 is a steal. Not trusting enough to dump every last dime into it, but I guess you can say that I put betting $ on the table.
Always buying at the ask is not a big deal depending on where you bought at the ask. If most of your buying at ask, for example, was at .032, then you kind of got screwed for the time being. However, if it were at an ask of .0005, then I think/hope you are ok. If .0005 is not good, nearly everybody here is screwed. Unless I was the only one to get burned real bad by the dilution, I think there are several people who have to see more than .005 just to break even.
Tiger changing stripes huh? Well I have seen no major change in tactics yet. I would not guarantee a sudden change in transparency, but I don't think they want to see the SP here any more than we do. I think there are HFBV friends and family still invested, so unless HFBV told them to dump, I'd think they have some pressure in them to bring this back up. Maybe one day we will see a change in how they promote the stock, or maybe just increased product marketing/promotion, incl. JL, and kicking it into high gear revs. w/ Goya, Seralles, and Spencer's will be enough to see big gains. Personally, I don't like many of the professional stock promoters out there. They are either paid in stock or much needed cash, and when the pumping, selling, and hype is over they just leave a bad taste in ones mouth.
The dip to .0004 was on a 10K/$4.00 trade. They don't seem to be trading much at that lately, but .0005 seems pretty common yet. "Most MM's don't have a clue as to the value of a Company until they get trapped." Hopefully in our case, the MM's know nothing of the actual value of HFBV and they continue to sell out before it goes up 5000% I'd love to see the squirm.
"Most MM's don't have a clue as to the value of a Company until they get trapped." Hopefully we can trap the sneaky buggers some day--like run it up, keep running it up, and leave it there a few hundred percent above there break even point.
If you are in PR, you should get your account back, send us pics of product, and help get this thing rockin again. To my knowledge, HFBV has given very little visual representation of the show in PR if any.
They gross $10/case on Monster? No kidding. I still think $2.99/can for AD at Spencer's is a little high, but if they can sell it at that and be competitive more power to them.I'm sure I've seen several drinks even in AK for less though. If they are competitive at that price it might also suggest the superiority of the product.
That is still a good deal on the HP. I'd buy some HP, but w/ shipping I'd be paying much more than V-Water which is an acceptable product. Once they get things under way, I will try to get them to stock somewhere here.
I've seen many ED's for significantly less than 2.99 here.
I agree w/ you. I would have bought a lot more lately myself, but I'd like just a little more info. Some reasons for the SP are not much heavy promotion and past cover-ups/lack of transparency. I think they scared those who have been watching, and have not done much to permanently hook those who might not care about the past if they really kick it in high gear and make a major public scene. I might even be able to overlook the past if we see some big revs. and all. I'd like to see LJ too. I was always under the impression that HFBV would get some low-cost support from LJ before now. I didn't see any need for it before drinks were out, but they've had them on shelves for over 6 mos. now, so I'm ready to see some overt action here.
Another Q I have is why at this price we have not seen and Form 4's on insider buying. If I were an insider and I knew they were through w/ the slaughter, I'd buy up several million. It's not a bad idea for an insider to buy a few shares occasionally. A lot better to see a Form 4 for insider selling. Don't pinks still require Form 4's just like the big boys? Of course, if HFBV wanted to buy shares as low as they could w/o starting a run I suppose there would be no motivation to report insider buying.
You've never tried Vitamin Water (now owned by Coke)? That is great to hear that HP is that good. How many in a case? If you're talking 24/case, if I didn't know better I'd say they are on clearance at 10.75/case and pulling the plug on the sinking ship, but I don't believe that.
How much is shipping?
I do remember that you always got AD cheap. Usually $1.00 cheaper than Spencer's. Are you a little surprised that Spencer's sold enough at $2.99 to officially accept AD?
As crummy Cramer would say "Buy now, Buy Now!" Either that or "back the truck up." I'd be interested at .0004 too. I bought some a few days ago higher than that. Rather not say what my highest buy was in the past year, but I know some people who started out at around .10 to .20 before we got slaughtered. Obviously most people have averaged down by now--I suppose most longs would be lower than .01 by now. Heck, I don't know. For all I really know, I'm the only long. Maybe y'all sucked me into this the whole time I joke. .0005 is a screaming good deal IF conditions are met. I don't think Dead or Killer/index would even disagree w/ that.
I see that. She has several different looks to her. Did not even recognize her to be from the old ads.
I agree Mike. If nothing changes w/ the OS it should be a creaming deal at .0005. When we can eliminate the "if", it should see significant gains when they get their stuff together and heavily promote it. You'd think that HP alone, if it sells well, would be worth closer to $1M. Has anybody here commented on the taste of the new HP products? I'd like to hear of a taste test between HP and Coke's V'-Water. I'm seeing V'water selling on sale for 4/$5.00, $1.25/ea. Target had it for $1.00/ea for a while too. Is HP priced competitively? I suppose some people might buy it at first just to try something new, but unless it it is significantly better they will obviously have to price competitively. I'm actually a little shocked that Spencer's sold enough AD at $2.99/can before they had officially accepted it. That is a good thing of course. It must be a good enough product to compete at that price. Have you heard if they ever dropped the price from $2.99 at all?
No. I did not buy. They are down for a reason, and I have no idea when it could crash again. Aren't they bankrupt like most the banks that aren't really worth anything other than the bailout $? BKUNA did not even follow the general bank rally. Some are taking profits today. BAC is down.
Somebody got suckered into .40 huh?
That's cool. Too bad HFBV did not have a pic/ad up on the article like Bacardi Gold who Shelly Rio also represents.
I wonder how the one in Medford, OR is doing. They were a little slow last time I checked, but that was months ago. Now that Spencers has officially accepted AD, we should see it show up all over the country now like in places like Portland, OR rather than just Medfrod, OR. Never could quite understand why Medford over Portland or the Spencers at the mall by Jay&Lotty. I've shopped there myself. In fact, the 7-11's there would be better. I tried to get them set up w/ 7-11 there last spring. Those places are major busy, and they sell to HFBV's target consumer.
We need to get some major interest drummed up here. People need to take their $ out of bankrupt banks that are propped up w/ tax $'s and put their $ in HFBV dangit, and I mean NOW!! Or else. .
Ya I here you there, but I don't know about .10 this summer w/o an RS. Not that I think they should do an RS. .10 is a long way off though. I mean it could happen w/ an amazing financial report or a huge buy-in buy Goya or some other co., but not the way it's been going. The new investors is a big factor, and I'm not just saying a few people who want to flip a few hundred $'s for a couple of 100% either. We need some major action to get real people to see the potential here. I'm dumbfounded as to why there has not been more effort in that respect. Heck if they had enough sustained excitement they could probably get away w/ a little dilution. I totally agree that they need to put a little more excitement in it. We've done our time here, and we've earned the right to see some of this star-studded public exposure that we had anticipated months ago. We also deserve an exciting web site. Who knows how much it would have helped while they were diluting, but it's got to be time now or very close to a good time to tell the world that HFBV is making a mark. I'm ready!!
When are we going to see product in Jamaica Trinidad, Tobago, Virgin Is., etc.? Seralles is all over the Caribbean. It would be cool to hear what new lands HFBV and Seralles is conquering.
Tell me about S&S. I was not around much then, so I missed all that. Were they a bit of a "fly by night" operation or something?
See Mike. The AH is a little bothersome too. I hate to say it, but it triggers flashbacks.
Oh come on now PS. I've lost some of my positive thinking here compared to before, but HFBV is not near as bad as some I've seen. I'm talking 2 to three RS's and 1B+ shares diluted in one year w/ only a couple of stores to show for it. Just very very bad. HFBV has done well at a comparatively moderate expense. Ya they killed the SP, but if they are finished the slaughtering it this is going to be a screaming deal.
What do you mean drinks that are not on shelves? They've had drinks on shelves for over 7 months now, and my friend in Puerto Rico has seen product in several locations there. I don't disagree that a person should use some caution, but I'm also going to keep it real and say that they are nowhere near as bad as some, and if they can give us a good report, they will be in the top 25% IMO.
That's good for you, but also a bunch of crap on the MM's part. Wasn't the ask still at .0006? You bid above the ask, and they gave it to you at the .0005 bid price. Somebody needs to ring the MM's necks. I couldn't get any at bid the other day when I set a limit at bid. Yet you bid above ask and they give it at bid--unreal.
Took you 30 years to lose 55%, but only 6 months to lose 90% here. However, if we are near the bottom and this all works out, it would not be unusual for it to go back up 1000%+ in a short time. It may be less common lately in pennies, but I still think if the conditions are met we can see significant recovery. If we see a sustained recovery and more significant progress w/in the co, you could see 10's of thousands of % returns over a 30 year period. Look at HANS. If you factor in the forward splits I figured out once that the people who bought in the low cents made like over 100,000% return. Who knows huh. Lets see that market share HFBV!
Off the grid and the ability to grow your own food and sustain yourself is a good idea. We in AK often run out of certain provisions if the trucks are just a little late, so I'm a believer in gardens/green houses. Plus the food quality is often much better if you grow it yourself.
You tried a buy at .0007 and they gave it to you for .0005?
Sometimes, and I'd have erased your off topic comments if you had not stripped me of my powers Just joking Mike.
