Actually ozzy dude, I think most stocks are a scam, and you can see that in what happened w/ the overall market. Probably should not even be back where it is now. Sew to the wind and we reap the whirlwind. When you have financial institutions selling falsely rated securities to poor suckers knowing that those securities are only polished turds, you have a big problem. Now some of those same idiots are still influencing our country. Madoff was an official in Nasdaq. So yah--people like him are out there screwing us over. Yah it's been tough, but if I this this greed ridden earth with what is most important all will be well.

One thing that's good is that when it's all over nobody is taking the $ to the grave and somebody will be held accountable for the lies. I still think LJ is a decent guy, but he got wrapped up w/ the wrong crowd, and maybe he should wash his hands of
HFBS. I was good to them for a long time, but a guy reaches a limit eventually. No transparency like a good co. Could be a lot worse, but they lied to me, and they have not acted in the best interest of the shareholders.

Please keep me informed on occasion. I'm willing to give my info. to support all who have been taken by OGNA, HFBV, HFBG, etc. Just don't have the time or $ to do anything on my own at this time.

It was in reply to your comment about being up the creek w/o any chance of justice. It was about all the things that have legal consequences. I know of at least 2 personal actions between HFBG and me that should be probably resolved w/ all involved. Are you not game?

Are you still looking at options Mike? By the way, I was not trying to criticize you for thinking it was worth .005 on 470M shares. I was just trying to drum up some sick humor about how for the piece dropped. I always hoped HFBG would be different than the other pinks that do several RS's to sell more shares at higher prices while they crush the little guys. Sad to say, but at this rate they could do another RS after it drops off to .0005. No that nearly every dime I had in is gone, I sort of hope it does go to .000X. That is probably where it belongs considering how they have treated it. Maybe some day it will be different, but that will be after riding on the backs of others.

I have to agree w/ the others. There is no such thing here. HFBG has a few hundred million more to sell, so we cannot say it is oversold until we get to the end. HFBG does not care about what traders think about the oversold point. We should have been oversold at .0005, but now they RS'd, and we have to go up like 1000% just to get back to that point. Wew may be oversold in terms of true investors selling, but HFBG changes the equation IMO, and until they officially say they have stopped selling and report, I cannot see how anybody can thrust HFBG to be oversold. If HFBG cared about the SP for our good and the good of their own SP they'd be buying themselves and report it in a Form 4.

HFBG strung me along (lied to me) until the truth of their actions were revealed in Nov. I'm not going to be another MZ, but I will tell the truth as it is revealed occasionally.

Remember when we were supposed to be at a bottom at .005 back when we had like 250M to 300M OS? The bottom should have been above .01 (above $1.00 post RS) for most people here IMO.

Hi mr killer. Are you saying that ihub admin is trying to help HFBG fail by erasing positive posts or posts the "keep the spirit alive"? So what is your assessment of the SP? This is much worse than last year. We were above this SP on 200M shares last spring. Since not a soul other than MM's and HFBG can make a dime at .005, I must say that some stinky/fishy stuff must be going on w/o our best interest at heart. You're a learned college boy aren't you? Maybe you could get together w/ some of your associations and figure out if we have options here. Obviously the way in which they did this RS and what they have done or have not do afterwords was not in our best interest. Maybe the joke is on me though. Maybe all the so-called investors sold and are just waiting to slowly suck up the shares that get dumped. Then again, maybe HFBG wanted to buy the co. back for $100K or whatever. I would if my plan was not to continue to dilute upon the few people left who have $ to spend.

So what do you think about this being worth .005 now? You had mentioned that when we had 100's of millions of shares, but now we are at .005 w/ who knows how many 10's of millions. not one person who bought just before the RS can make money until after this goes past .03, and as you know, the longs here have to get to like .50 to 1.00 to break even. You know about some things better than I do. What options do we have? I think we unwillingly and unlawfully got screwed here. I hoped if they did an RS they would follow good timing and they would not use it to dump on us. They aren't even creation enough excitement to get this above like a $80K cap depending on how much they have dumped in the last couple of weeks. You, me, and one or two others here could have completely owned this thing at this price if we had not blown our $ earlier.

Well I'd say it is unethical to tell somebody that they are not diluting to a certain extent, but do so anyway. Is it not unlawful to say they are not going to up the AS, but do so w/in 2 weeks? Have you watched the Kevin Trudeau video? He says that officers are legally obligated to keep the SP as high as possible. They could have avoided so much dilution. We were supposed to get LJ and JB to promote product as part of the deal. The HFBG girls don't work for free. That model they hired does not work for free. Where did 600M shares go? They reduced the AS to 470M, but on a 1/1090 split, we ended up w/ 9M shares. It does not add up, and they may be unlawful. Are you losing the heart to see justice?

We have to do something. This would have to go up like 20K% for me to break even--like the next HANS or Red Bull basically. Either we get a legal IOU from HFBG, or we should file a class-action contingency lawsuit.

IR told me in July that they had plenty of $, but then they dumped like another 150M shares since then up to the new OS. They have no good excuse for this. They have done very little to create lasting excitement. We were supposed to see LJ and JB promoting product, but it always another month or so out. We were supposed to get an interactive web site out of RR 10 months ago. There were many other things they could have tried to help the SP, but they have failed us. Reluctant to sell?? If they gave a rip they'd be buying this w/ a market cap of 50K. As far as I'm concerned it's not worth .000X if they just keep diluting.

Should go up?? It should have gone up long ago, but we rarely see little more than flat lines and crashes here.

The funds we invested did go towards HFBG. Either directly or indirectly, they benefited from us buying. We deserved better however you look at it. Somebody please listen to Kevin Trudeau's radio show regarding CEO's/co. officers, and tell me what you think.

At .005 it is the same as trading at .00005 (yes 4 zeros) for those who were in pre split.

Then who's selling?.03 is the same as .0003 pre RS. Not many in profit at .0003.

At least marketing is looking up. If they are nice to the investors and the stock, we might have a chance here.
