Thanks Canplay. This has been my question all along about this fine co. Do they really have a unique product? Apparently not. Is their process (patent) a huge advantage? Apparently not. Already too many apparently nots for me.

Bottom line: Unless this wonderful patent allows them to make this product cheaper and/or better than everyone else, then this product/patent is going nowhere.

Personally I don't believe in any production at this time. If it was going on, those with inside info would be buying stock and the sp would be rising rapidly. Common sense.

Sorry If I rained on your parade. If anyone hasn't asked the questions that I have, then they're not serious investors and don't really want to know the facts in my opinion. I'm a fact type person. Can't help myself. I appreciate anyone who can answer my questions however. Right now I feel like a fool that has been duped by all the hype. As always, hoping for the best.

That tells me they are hiding something. They sure as heck aren't going to be witholding favorable taste test results. At least I can't imagine why they would. NUBV would certainly make that info available it it were good. IMHO

I'll post it here. Like I said, I have serious doubts about the validity of NUBV claims. If they (Hall & Partners Research) won't talk to me about taste tests, then that pretty much would confirm my fears. I hope for the best however. Good luck to all of us holders.

Patent Help Please

So do they have a patent or not? Below it talks about a Patent APPLICATION. That is not the same as a patent. Does NUBV have any patents or just applications. I'm not a patent expert so someone please help me out here.

A preferred nutraceutical enhanced aqueous liquid is disclosed in U.S. patent application Ser. No. 10/286,352, filed Nov. 1, 2002, the content of said application being incorporated herein by reference.

Ya, me too. I'm also interested in the above. But it seems no one has actually tasted the stuff that will talk about it. Or if so, please direct me to the proof.

Also, a list of the nutrients in said Nutripure water (verified by an independent lab). We've got no proof that this product is even produceable at this point. WE GOT NUTHIN BUT A WEBSITE AND A CONCEPT!
