True to an extent. But if the cost to borrow would stay as high as it is now, it would be a disaster to short, almost impossible. This could drive the price much higher. If not, it will be a short blood bath for us within a week.

Now they may actually be going long now then go short with those gains after the split.

IMHO

No one will be able to buy large amounts of AMC at 60-100 a share. So how will the SP rise, is my only concern.

We are certainly not a 300 dollars a share company.

How could they when they are only giving out the same amount of shares as AMC holders have as the float? 578 mil. or something. The APE shares were designed to show that the actual number of AMC shares that a real shares. I thought. Preventing any naked shorting etc.
