Tontis from what i see its mere speculation on your part.
However, since we are speculating here and im going with your story, wouldnt it make sense that if the two companies were working together on a strategic initiative that they have a building to produce a final product together? If the larger company has the monies to afford the rent, but any risk associated with the building is tied to FUSE, it sounds like a strategic relationship to me? Keep in mind Musclepharm and "other investors" has stated in the PR they have made a strategic investment in FUSE.
from the PR:
"The investment in Fuse emanates from our interest in its delivery technology and products," stated Brad Pyatt, Founder and CEO of MusclePharm. "It is aligned with our strategy of leveraging our marketing and distribution channels while bringing both innovation and sophistication to the sport nutrition market. We look forward to continuing ongoing discussions with the Fuse management team and exploring various possibilities for a mutually advantageous strategic relationship."

wow that was a big wall at .46 but glad to see it came down. .48 will be tough!
IMO
I wanted to hear what you thought of the national advertising campaign when they were "supposedly" in default. It didnt make sense that a company would be incurring additional expenses if they were in default. I'm simply trying to understand both sides. Not having an answer to a question is okay. I was just curious if you thought of that in your analysis of the company. Look forward to January 2014 and beyond :)

Tontis,
This is probably the reason we havent seen it. If a company were going out of business or had to hand over business to a creditor, they wouldnt be doing this, as this is not ordinary.
This crescendo of advertising is planned to support the national end-aisle display program in the top 5,000 Walgreens beginning in January, 2014 and beyond.

One more question, if they "have to" do business in a ordinary course of action why would they be incurring additional expenses by going national with advertising? That is not ordinary as they havent done this in the past.
Tontis,
I am always one to hear both sides of a story. Can you explain this to me, because this doesnt make sense...If the company was in a position to default or has defaulted, why are they selling product and shipping product like they care to keep operations going? Wouldnt they just shut down operations and close? What incentive does current management have to keep selling product?
Thank you

Lets see us break .46 first :)
couldnt they just put the guy to sleep and then shock him?
I would say that about sums it up. Good post!
haha according to some a few years back, billionaires do follow this stock haha...
Dough if they fly, its a revenue maker. I'm okay with that :)
As of 7/25/2013, thats a pretty good post.
IMO
I like extremely busy. Thats something any shareholder should be happy about. Progress is the name of the game, grow the business and worry about the rest later.
IMO
Would not mind that. I would think most have sat around and watched this drop. Maybe management has a bone to throw our way to update us on business operations. Not really interested in additional litigation or pie in the sky ideas of potentials. Grow the business and develop repeat paying customers would be nice :)
IMO
no disagreements there :) Cheers!
or maybe the website hasnt been updated?
I think its pretty clear in this PR:

help us understand why this is stickied? Its hearsay...one person's opinion.
Very interesting, sounds like they are anticipating growth if they are buying additional simulators.
IMO
Looks like .003's are in the near future IMO
That would be great for QASP :) Something is up and its just not the PPS. IMO
Are you saying there are higher high's in the near future? So you are saying QASP has a chance :) Not bad at all.
This is moving! Quarterly was better than expected :)
Looks like you may have spoke too soon ;) Cheers!
Well if you read that, it looks like SEVIS is right around the corner. Passing inspection is a big part of it. Good stuff! Glad to see things are progressing.
i agree completely, only a matter of time :)
imo
I asked a few weeks back if QASP could be profitable by years end and was laughed at. Looks like they may be well on their way :) Possibly even next quarter?
IMO
so your saying there's a chance :)
I have the same number as of 3:36 EST.
I was just kidding??? :)
The ask just keeps moving up. Those waiting on the sidelines will be paying higher prices. Something is stirring :)
IMO
I'd particularly like an update on SEVIS. Government website says it takes an estimated 9-12 months, and if they applied April 2012, assuming some delays in paperwork, we should get an update soon?
IMO
nevermind i found it :)
I dont have insider knowledge and not close to the situation but from what i read it seems as though someone might be stuck between a rock and a hard place. IMO not good, not good at all.
Aimho
Question: What are the chances the company can be profitable/break even by years end with current operations? They grew revenue every quarter last year while reducing costs. Just looking to see other peoples perspective.
Definitely the wrong way. Maybe there is sunshine at the end of this tunnel.
haha...anything for a small short-lived win!
green on this side ;)
